This home is the perfect spot for a family vacations, Clemson events/football weekends (14 Miles to Clemson University) , fishing tournaments, or a tranquil "getaway". We are ideally on a secluded wooded lot, 1.8 miles from Greenpond Landing and Events Center (Home of the Bassmasters Pro Fishing Tournament), and 4.7 miles from Portman Marina and The Galley Waterfront Restaurant.
This welcoming property boasts 2 Master Suites with king beds, adjoining bathrooms, and large Smart TV's on the main level of the home. Enjoy the upscale master bathroom that includes a jetted tub, shower with dual shower heads, seperate his and hers vanities, and an additional powder room w/vanity and a walk in closet. The additional 2 bedrooms offer queen beds, Smart TV's, and one room has a full trundle bed and pack n play.
Relax on the expansive screen porch with an Outdoor Smart TV, Fire Table, Weber Gas Grill, Dining Table, and incredible sunsets. Or, enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room w/ 60" Samsung Smart TV, reclining leather sofa, and comfortable oversized swivel chair. We also have an additional Kitchenette on the lower level of the home that has a second refrigerator, oven, washer & dryer, and utility sink. The garage will not be accessible to guests, however there is plenty of parking on the property.
Bring your boat or jet ski's to the large covered dock that can be accessed on foot by a gentle slope to stairs. Enjoy the large Watermat, 2 Paddleboards, 4 Person Paddleboat, 2 Person Kayak, or some fishing off the dock. Don't forget to check out our walking/hiking trail through the woods to the waterfall located on the property or gather around the firepit for S'mores and great memories!

*Located on the property is a small guest house that may be tennant/owner occupied. The tennant will not have access to the dock or any of the main house amenities, and will park in a seperate parking area.
