Ocean Blvd. W. - 1/2 mil frÄn bron med alternativ för uppvÀrmd privat pool. Den direkta utsikten mot stranden Àr helt öppen utan hinder ... Du tittar bokstavligen pÄ vÄgorna slÄr sandens brÀnning! Det Àr lindat runt dÀck (frÄn fram till bak pÄ bÄda vÄningarna)! Sitt pÄ verandan och titta pÄ och lyssna pÄ vÄgorna kraschar pÄ sanden direkt framför dig, eller sitta pÄ en tÀckt bakre veranda med utsikt över poolen, eller se bÄtarna passera vid vattenvÀgen. Nyligen renoverade i vinter med nytt hallgolv, mÄlning lÀngs trapphus och uppdaterad tv i master, ny dÀck pÄ verandan och ny exteriör landskapsarkitektur.

VÀlj mellan ett av tvÄ sovrum som vetter mot stranden eller ett av de tvÄ pÄ baksidan (ett med utsikt över poolen). TvÄ av de fyra sovrummen har till och med en lindad veranda lÀngs hela sidan av huset med norra Ànden med utsikt över poolen. Tredje nivÄn har ett öppet golvkoncept med halvt badrum / vardagsrum / matsal, kök bar-center ö arbetsplats, och stort kök fullt utrustat med porslin, glas, verktyg, grytor och kokkÀrl .... fin skafferi ocksÄ. Eller njut av den enorma verandan pÄ denna nivÄ med utsikt över havet eller gÄ runt lindade dÀck till den tÀckta bakre verandan med utsikt över poolen.
