"Star of the Sea" är en 4 Bdrms./3. 5 bad på en hörn direkt tvärs över gatan från havet med fri utsikt och privat tillgång till stranden. Ocean Blvd. W. - 1/2 mil från bron med alternativ för uppvärmd privat pool. Den direkta utsikten mot stranden är helt öppen utan hinder ... Du tittar bokstavligen på vågorna slår sandens bränning! Det är lindat runt däck (från fram till bak på båda våningarna)! Sitt på verandan och titta på och lyssna på vågorna kraschar på sanden direkt framför dig, eller sitta på en täckt bakre veranda med utsikt över poolen, eller se båtarna passera vid vattenvägen. Nyligen renoverade i vinter med nytt hallgolv, målning längs trapphus och uppdaterad tv i master, ny däck på verandan och ny exteriör landskapsarkitektur.

Det goda med detta hem är att om stranden är för varm eller för trångt, ta dig till din egen badresa i den integritets inhägnad trädgårdsoasen. Koppla av vid poolen i en lugn miljö, simma några varv eller spela till och med lite basketbasket i en av de största poolerna på ön Holden Beach!

Parkering med två sidor under hemmet för bilar och sedan gå till koralldörren som leder dig till din fristad för veckan. Välj mellan ett av två sovrum som vetter mot stranden eller ett av de två på baksidan (ett med utsikt över poolen). Två av de fyra sovrummen har till och med en lindad veranda längs hela sidan av huset med norra änden med utsikt över poolen. Tredje nivån har ett öppet golvkoncept med halvt badrum / vardagsrum / matsal, kök bar-center ö arbetsplats, och stort kök fullt utrustat med porslin, glas, verktyg, grytor och kokkärl .... fin skafferi också. Eller njut av den enorma verandan på denna nivå med utsikt över havet eller gå runt lindade däck till den täckta bakre verandan med utsikt över poolen.

TV: er med kabel i varje rum. Smart TV i Master Bdrm. Böcker / spel i vardagsrummet. Strand- / poolleksaker i nedre utomhusgarderoben för din användning --- kom bara ihåg att rengöra dem innan du sätter tillbaka i garderoben. Hämta WiFi i hela hemmet.

Poolen rengörs en gång i veckan och övervakas i mitten av veckan (om du vill ha ytterligare poolövervakning / städning, mot extra avgift). Detta är en av de största poolerna på ön och kan värmas ..... FRÅGA FÖR VÄRMEKostnader vid bokningstid.

Detta hem är beläget på ett hörnparti och är ganska nära huvudingången till ön Holden Beach och ligger inom 1/2 -3/4 mil till Children s Park, basketplaner, Holden Beach Chapel, Town Hall, Post Office och 3 restauranger (ligger på ön). Piren ligger precis längs vägen ca. 1 mil. Flera andra restauranger, vattenrutschbanor, putt-putt golf, butiker, glassbarer tvärs över bron. Holden Beach Island är ett underbart och roligt ställe att skapa minnen för familjer samtidigt som man påminner om sommarsemestern.

Shrubs needed trimmed…scratched my truck parking. Roaches in bathrooms seen. Tub jets diid not work & would have preferred cable or satellite TV.Pool was nice & view was nice.

Amazing location, with beach access right across the street! The floor plan was perfect for our group, which included 2 small children and our in-laws. We really enjoyed the pool and the charcoal grill. The property was very clean, although could use some updating (for example, the decking around the pool needs some TLC).

The owner communication was incredible. Owner was very responsive to our needs after having a power outage and electrical failures due to bad weather. He sent an electrician over the very next day and they were able to fix some of the issues, but we still had some lights that just didn’t work. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, but can use some updating. Especially in the lighting and electrical department. I give the owner 5 stars, but the home itself 3.5-4 stars.-April

Overall a decent property. The pool was dirty with sand and debris on steps and bottom of the pool. We contacted host and she came to look at the pool and take pictures. The pool guy was to come the next day but didn’t show until the last day of our trip. Host was apologetic and offered a discount if we were to book another trip. Should have offered something this trip due to this was one of reasons we booked the house it had a pool.

Family Retreat

The location is perfect! Easy access to the ocean, unobstructed view even though second room, not too far from the bridge. The pool is fantastic!

Fabulous

What a wonderful vacation home . The house suited our needs perfectly. The view was phenomenal, the pool area was wonderful (very large pool, comfortable seating in both the sun and the shade), kitchen was well equipped. Loved the shade porch overlooking the pool. The hosts were available to answer any questions we would have and were very accommodating. It is a short walk to the beach and the beach cart and chairs provided by the hosts made everything easy.I guess the best recommendation is we are looking to rent again next summer.

Great Location and Beautiful Home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy beach access and convenient to shopping. The house is pleasantly decorated with open airy feel in the living area. Great view from front deck and nice seating area around to the rear of that deck. Pool was greatly enjoyed by the grandchildren, especially. While we did encounter a couple of issues at first. They were quickly resolved. Very attentive owner who strives to make your stay wonderful. Hope to come back in the future.

End of Summer trip

Loved the location. The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed the pool and the decks, especially the little sitting area off of the kitchen. The house was comfortable and we took turns cooking meals. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Star of the Sea. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two children. The well-stocked kitchen with island allowed for two people to prepare meals. The pool was large enough for us all to play and swim in. Beach access was so convenient. The true star was the view from the front balcony. Another covered porch looks out over the pool. Owner was very accommodating and helpful, replying to questions quickly. Bedrooms are good size. Two bunk beds in one room, with its own bathroom. Spacious master has king bed and own en suite. The other bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. One of those bedrooms has glass panel French doors (with light curtains) that inhibits privacy in that room a bit. Holden Beach maintains a ‘residential’ atmosphere that contributes to a relaxing vacation. We will return to this house and would recommend to our friends and families.

We had such a wonderful long weekend at Holden Beach. We were surprised when we got there that the property was even better than we expected. The view of the ocean is amazing and the pool is huge. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The host was amazing to work with and answered any questions that we had in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

Great property for your vacation. Home was super clean, hosts were extremely responsive to communications, and check in/out was extremely simple. Quick note if you have little ones - make sure they don't drag their feet on the wood deck surrounding the pool. We came home with a handful of splinters!

Amazing location in a great little beach town!

We had a great time during our stay here! It has all of the amenities we were looking for and the property owner was wonderful and communicated everything we needed to know. Even stopped by to start the pool heater which we really enjoyed, and worked with us on switching properties after a family illness prevented some guests from attending. So awesome to walk across the street to the private beach access! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful location

This home has a beautiful view and plenty of space for a family. The home is located across the street from the beach with an uninstructed view of the ocean. It also has a pool that was so nice & very clean. The home was nicely furnished & the kitchen was well stocked. The owners are very nice and quick to respond. Our only complaint is that it is in need of a deep cleaning.

2023 Holden trip

Lovely view, spacious living area, well appointed Pool was wonderful, kids loved it. Lots of room for whole family 10 of us) I love to shell and walk to east inlet was a great vacation We usually rent oceanfront but none was available for our size group. This provides perfect unobstructed view of ocean and a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely come again

The Perfect Vacation

The home was great. The location was perfect. The house was well stocked with plenty of room. The pool was the perfect break from the hot beach, especially for the kids. We’d love to come back again!

Great location

We enjoyed being close to the bridge for easy access to grocery etc. Great ocean view from family room / kitchen floor with no house in front. The access to the beach was close and easy walk for little ones too. Chairs and bogey boards were nice to have on hand at house. Wish their was a toilet near pool Or outdoor shower area for kids to use Really enjoyed our stay!
