Everything was lovely about the beach house, except the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. I have had to have back surgery and difficulty getting up out of chairs. The low sofa and furniture that was in the house was extremely hard for me to navigate. I would suggest getting much more comfortable furniture, and it would be wonderful! Thank you,Leslie

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us following your stay at Cooper Cottage. We are so glad to hear that you found everything else about the beach house lovely! We truly appreciate you bringing your experience with the furniture to our attention, as this is the first time we've received feedback like this. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we would have loved to look for solutions—such as bringing in supportive cushions or alternative seating—to make your visit more comfortable, especially given your back surgery. Your suggestions are very valuable to us as we continually look for ways to improve our guests' experiences. We wish you all the very best and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with a much more comfortable setup!

Great Rental

Cooper Cottage is a very nice place to stay in Folly Beach. Great location close to the beach on a quiet street and still close to the commercial area. Kids and dog park close by too.

Great little cottage short walk to beach!

The cottage was everything we needed. It was clean and close to the beach making our stay very pleasant. The only thing is that the bed felt like a full (I believe queen is on the listing) but it was still fine.

Cute, quaint cottage close to the beach. Great for a small single family. The shared beach carts, chairs and coolers make it very easy to enjoy the beach. The owners make sure you have everything you need. I would stay here again.

Beach Dog Getaway

The property was perfect for us. Clean, convenient, quiet and close to walks on the beach and restaurants. Staff at Best Rentals could not have been nicer. A visit with dog treats and a help with a business issue was taken care of with efficiency and a smile. Highly recommend a stay on Folly with Best Rentals.

Cute cottage

We enjoyed staying at this rustic tiny cottage. It was well maintained and the grounds and amenities were nice. We loved the screen porch and could hear the waves with the windows open. Also there was laundry and an ice machine on the beautiful grounds. Really nice. Would stay here again.

The perfect cottage!

This cottage was better in real life than the photos. There were more than enough household supplies, super cozy — exactly what you want when you think of a beach cottage. From the decor to the beautiful landscaping and ease of walking to the beach, we hope to make our stay here and our visit to Folly Beach an annual Labor Day trip.
