Bara 10 minuter via lÀtta jÀrnvÀg till centrala Denver för att njuta av ett Rocky-spel, Denver Aquarium eller Denvers fantastiska restauranger och nattliv! 5 minuter frÄn I-70 West för att njuta av de vackra Colorado Rocky Mountains och vÄra kÀnda skidorter! 5 minuter att hoppa pÄ US-36 och gÄ upp till underbara Boulder dÀr du kan turnera den fantastiska CU-campus eller vandra Chautauqua-parken lÀngs Flat Irons! Cute cozy house! It was decorated for fall and adorable. Clean, quiet and well maintain. We didn’t cook while staying but the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Julia was so sweet. Would stay here again.

Good central location for seeing Denver area. House was very well kept and there weren't any surprises. The outside sitting area worked nicely for evening wind-down time. The host was kind enough to adjust the outdoor lighting so we could better enjoy the gas fire pit.I really can't say there was a single we would have a different way.

We had a great stay at Julia’s place. It was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished and had everything we needed and more. Loved the outdoor area too! Very convenient to everything we wanted to do in and around Denver. Julia quickly responded to a question we posed before arrival. We had no need to contact her once we arrived because we had zero issues. Would definitely stay here again. Great property and host.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice, clean and comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. The furniture is comfortable. The location was very convenient to all the activities we did in Denver. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the nice private patio. I would definitely recommend this home. Thank you Julia!

Cute and Festive

Place was warm and welcoming. 3 of us staid and had sufficient room. Lots of treats in the Kitchen and Fridge making it welcoming. Did not get to enjoy the clean kept outdoor space due to schedule, but would have liked to stay and lounge around at the house more.Check-in was easy. Host was easy to contact and had lots of notes and menus on the fridge. Check-out was also super easy.Loved the Art Work for sale that was displayed in the house!

Beautiful Space

This space looks like it’s been recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Owner responds quickly. We had everything we needed, stocked well. Beds were comfortable. My husband and I had a great time enjoying this space with our two adult kids after playing in the mountains.

Let's not forget about the famous city of Boulder with our stunning Colorado University, Chautauqua Park and the beautiful Flatirons mountains!
