Nyligen ombyggd 2 bdrm, jag bad duplex. Trägolv, utsikt över Rocky Mountains. Inom gångavstånd till järnvägsstationen Westminster, som går till DIA och Union Station i centrala Denver. Det mest centralt belägna området i Denver. Bara 10 minuter via lätta järnväg till centrala Denver för att njuta av ett Rocky-spel, Denver Aquarium eller Denvers fantastiska restauranger och nattliv! 5 minuter från I-70 West för att njuta av de vackra Colorado Rocky Mountains och våra kända skidorter! 5 minuter att hoppa på US-36 och gå upp till underbara Boulder där du kan turnera den fantastiska CU-campus eller vandra Chautauqua-parken längs Flat Irons! Fortsätt sedan upp till Estes Park och besök den berömda hemsökta Stanley Hotel medan du njuter av det vilda livet längs vägen! För de resenärer som tycker om att hålla sig passande under resan erbjuder vi fri tillgång till Big Horn CrossFit vilket är en 5 minuters pendling från denna fastighet! Kom och stanna hos oss! Great Experience

Julia was super attentive and her place was super clean and had everything we needed. Place was within 15-20 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Denver.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice, clean and comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. The furniture is comfortable. The location was very convenient to all the activities we did in Denver. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the nice private patio. I would definitely recommend this home. Thank you Julia!

Cute and Festive

Place was warm and welcoming. 3 of us staid and had sufficient room. Lots of treats in the Kitchen and Fridge making it welcoming. Did not get to enjoy the clean kept outdoor space due to schedule, but would have liked to stay and lounge around at the house more.Check-in was easy. Host was easy to contact and had lots of notes and menus on the fridge. Check-out was also super easy.Loved the Art Work for sale that was displayed in the house!

Beautiful Space

This space looks like it’s been recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Owner responds quickly. We had everything we needed, stocked well. Beds were comfortable. My husband and I had a great time enjoying this space with our two adult kids after playing in the mountains.

So cozy and peaceful!

This place felt right at home, so clean and even decorated for fall. The neighborhood is quiet and cute and the host is top tier. Stocked with everything you could need. Excellent communication with the host. 10/10 would stay again!

Clean and Comfortable

The top reason we chose this property was for the reviews on cleanliness. This is always a top priority for our family. This home was very, very comfortable from the mattresses to the sheets, blanket choices and the furniture. This property had absolutely everything we needed and we would definitely stay again. The outdoor space was fantastic with beautiful sunsets in the backyard. The location of this property was also ideal as we traveled to the north, west and south of Denver and had easy access to all the major routes. The description of the property was spot on and the host was super responsive to all of our questions. We were very pleased!

Perfect Place

I don’t think we could have found a more perfect place if we tried. There were so many special touches that made this place wonderful. The location was perfect, we could get to everywhere we needed in 15-20 minutes, stores, Empower Field, the piano bar downtown, whitewater rafting, etc. It is cozy and clean and supplied with everything we needed. Julia was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Parking was plentiful. I loved that there was central A/C and not window units. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Denver.

Very comfortable!

This property provided very comfortable and clean bedrooms and a nice-sized kitchen and living space. Everything was super clean and organized. It was great that Julie provided fans for the sleeping areas for white noise and circulation. Parking was super easy - right in the driveway. The area was certainly central, although a bit more "city" than we pictured. Still, we felt safe and secure for our three-night stay. Thank you!

Amazing property

This property was absolutely amazing. My wife is very picky about places we stay because of cleanliness. We walked in and she was shocked at how clean and well maintained this property was. Had everything we needed plus more. When driving in coma the surrounding neighborhoods might have seemed a little Sketchy, but the street this house was on was wonderful. The neighbors were quiet, and we felt perfectly safe and well rested. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway

Westminster was the perfect getaway for us. Everything was just as described at VRBO. We were disappointed that we could not use the outside deck as much as we would have liked do to high winds and the heat. But, this did not stop us from enjoying the property.

Lovely rental

We had a great stay here. The property was clean, except the microwave, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable with cozy linens. Plenty of towels, blankets and even provided robes. What we loved most was the outdoor area. Great views of the lake and mountains, with plenty of comfortable seating. We really enjoyed the fire table as well. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable.
