Detta vackra strandhem inkluderar utomhusdusch. Hemmet är bosatt i en super ganska stadsdel utan verklig trafik som i en domstol .. Första nivån har två sovrum och ett badrum, andra nivå har vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Master svit med master badrum och stora garderober. 3 däck, största på andra nivå men ett däck på varje nivå. Huvudet har en ny gasgrill. Nytt tegelgolv i badrummen. Välvda tak på 20 fot i vardagsrummet. Eldstad, anpassade möbler och ljus, full av antika ands beach grejer. Sitt på bakdäck för att titta på solnedgångar på sensommaren och hösten. På en klar dag kan du höra vågorna krascha. Detta strandhem ligger nära 70 vingårdar och smakprovrum. Kul för alla! Vinprovning, kafé, fantastisk restaurang, allmän butik, surfing, solbad och vistelse i ett vackert anpassat hem för din komfort.

Beautiful Beach House

Great location, within walking distance to the beach. The house is beautifully furnished, very clean and well stocked. Lovely, inside and out. We would like to vacation there again next Summer.

Central location close to everything

Enjoyed being walking distance from the beach, especially with teens. Short drive to the Boardwalk and redwoods.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of ice made by the freezer. Nice grill for cooking. We had a great stay.

Best Beach House experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- amenities were on point and the property owners thought of everything we could potentially need! The home's proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions was stellar! I highly recommend this rental!!

Great Get Away

We loved staying at the property. The house was very well equiped and very comfortable to stay at. David reached out to us several times to make sure everything was just right. On top of the great place to stay, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Fabulous house for a get away

Amazing home, very clean, comfy beds and has everything you would need for your stay. Two short blocks to the beach and restaurants. Great outdoor space with plenty of seating and a grill. Feels like a cozy home and the décor is adorable. Highly recommend choosing this home for your stay in Aptos!

Golfing Getaway

How wonderful it was to be on the coast! The house is walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to Seascape golf! The layout of the house offered privacy for the 3 of us and the kitchen was quite well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, etc. to make meals. The neighborhood is tight and we did hear some partying but nothing that kept us up. Overall, it was a fabulous stay! Thank you David!

Margaritaville

It has a great tropical feel with privacy. My family loved how comfortable the 3 level home was, with the kids having there own private area. We love walking five minutes to and from the beach and local restaurants it was very convenient. The Margaritaville sign inspired us to go there for our first night and was a lot of fun.

Perfect Thanksgiving

Staying at this property was perfect. My family lives close by so it was the perfect sport for our thanksgiving/my birthday dinner. The house had plenty for the kids to play with and a well stocked cabinet of pans for cooking dinner. It was also nice to have the battery operated candles since the storm made the power go out the first night.

Hidden gem

On a quiet court this little gem hides. It's max 10min (with kids!) to the beach and has a lovely deck for when you get back. It's fully stocked with all that you could possibly need (including toys for kids). We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend anyone else needing a getaway to check this one out.

Really relaxing and easy

The house was very welcoming - comfortably furnished, well-stocked with cooking supplies, with generous congregation spaces both outside and inside and amenably sized room. The location of the house was the best - within a few minutes walk of the beach, and the beach had a long expanse for walking; and within a short drive of hiking and other activities. We loved it. And the manager was great.

Spacious comfy quiet beach house

Lovely home 5-10 min walk from the beach. We really appreciated the warm private outdoor shower and the kids toys. Fresh linens and extra cozy blankets, variety of mattresses and pillows to suit everyone’s preferences. Well equipped kitchen and excellent communication and hospitality. Very clean but one guest had trouble with their very sensitive dust allergies with all the silk plants.

Birthday for Dad!

We found this amazing house while looking for a place to stay visiting family in CA and celebrating my dad's 75th birthday. We found the house extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our five days. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies along with a really nice gas grill that we used for dinner one night. The location is great with access to the beach, a coffee shop, a mini mart and a couple cool restaurants. The house is also very close to several shopping areas including a supermarket, drug store, liquor stores and many more. We will definitely consider returning on our next trip!

Beautiful home near beach

This home is quite nice - 3 bedrooms, adequately furnished and we had everything we needed. House doesn't have view of beach and is more than "steps away," but still pretty close to walk to. We liked the area - close to Monterey and Carmel. Only thing I would say needs to be improved is to get a new door lock! A regular lock with a code would seem to be much easier than having to send instructions by you tube. Also maybe just a list of what to do when you check out instead of all the monetary threats would have been nice - these are minor complaints - all in all I would recommend this house to others.

Good location & short walk to beach. Nice large windows across entire wall of dining & family room allowing for a lot of natural light & fresh air. Good amenities with kitchen & pantry well stocked. master bedroom bed was comfortable. Nicer bath towels, unlike some places w/thin flimsy ones. Place was clean but there were ant traps everywhere, so was a tip off they could be a problem. Some appeared 2 days in a row on master bath counter.

GREAT HOUSE

This is a wonderful house in a great location. Very spacious and stocked with anything you would need. Beautifully decorated with such a "homey" feel. The balconies throughout offer a peaceful place for coffee in the morning with privacy and space. Beautiful landscaping & the "fence" of tall bamboo is gorgeous off the large balcony from the main floor with plenty of seating, shade & a BBQ. Home is very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect for those wanting to adventure in any direction of the coast. Owners are amazing!!! Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you guys for having my sister and I stay in your lovely home. BTW the mattresses are super comfy! Thanks you guys for caring about your guests.
