Oavsett väder, skulle du älskar att bo här! Och vi har gjort några större uppgraderingar för att göra din vistelse ännu bättre !!

Vår mysiga och bekväma beach house ligger på bluff ovanför Seacliff State Beach och erbjuder magnifik utsikt över Seacliff State Beach och Monterey Bay. Den har tre sovrum och två badrum och kommer att sova upp till åtta. Kungen sovrummet har en glidande glasdörr som erbjuder utsikt över havet och ljudet av vågorna. Drottning sovrummet har också en glidande glasdörr som öppnar till sidan uteplatsen. Den sista sovrummet har en helt ny dubbelsäng. Det finns också en liten bonus rum / den med en utdragbar bäddsoffa. Vi har installerat en gas spis logg i den vackra River Rock öppen spis - för att göra det lätt för att hålla värmen på en kall vinterdag eller värmer upp efter ett dopp i Stilla havet. Satellit-TV finns i vardagsrummet, kungen rum, och bonus rum. Trådlöst internet finns tillgängligt för att hålla dig uppkopplad. Vårt kök har nyligen uppgraderats med en 5 brännare gas, konvektions mikrovågsugn och bänkskivor i granit. Det är också fullt utrustad med köksredskap och dukning för över 8 gäster. Små apparater, kastruller, stekpannor, och ett brett utbud av kryddor gör det enkelt och roligt att bo i och laga en måltid. Eller, gå till en av de många restaurangerna i närheten för en rolig utekväll. Trex-däcken har en gasgrill, utemöbler och är perfekt för att hänga och underhålla. Uppfarten har parkering för 2-3 bilar. Bara en kort promenad till stranden - är detta den perfekta platsen för en familjesemester eller en romantisk semester för två!

Gorgeous View

The view was amazing! The house wasn’t as clean as we would’ve hoped. The oven was very dirty and the floors had crumbs on them. There was hair in the sinks and some of the dishes didn’t look clean. All the outdoor patio furniture was dirty and had cobwebs all over them. We would stay again but hopefully they can find better cleaners.

One of Our All-Time Favorite Stays! 11/10 rating!

We’ve stayed in over 40 short-term rentals as a family, and this one may just be our favorite yet.Perched on a cliff in Aptos with sweeping ocean views, the home feels like a cozy log cabin tucked away in nature (it felt like Post Ranch Inn but actually way better) — yet you’re only steps from local shops, restaurants, and highway access. The balance between total privacy and convenience is hard to beat.The view is truly something special. Watching the sun hit the historic cement ship throughout the day was mesmerizing — it felt like a living art installation, especially with the pier now gone and the ship appearing to float in the open ocean. We never got tired of just staring out the window.The home itself was the star of the show. It was warm, inviting, very clean, and had a truly unique charm that made us feel instantly at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we slept in until 10 AM every morning, something that rarely happens when we travel. That says everything about how peaceful and relaxing the space is.The host was responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We had hoped to extend our stay, but the house was already booked — no surprise there! We can’t wait to return. This will absolutely be our go-to spot whenever we’re back in the area.

Fabulous location of Sea Cliff Beach

The location was great. Scenic views of the beach from the living room, dining area and master bedroomNice deck and a beautiful little path to the beach Neighborhood is quite and there are some good restaurants within a 5 min walk House was nice. Just wished that the deck and chairs were dusted and cleaned. Same with the windows. They were are dusty obstructing the beautiful views. The bathrooms are tiny but ok.

A home filled with delights

From the streets you enter a comfortable inviting wonderland. Home decor fits the house, and it communicates the owners care and love for their place. You feel invited to enjoy the house as well as the incredible view of the ocean from the cliff. The house was well stocked.

Beautiful on the bluff

We had a lovely stay. It was a large space for 4 adults but we liked having the elbow room. Only cramped space was the bathrooms. The dining area at the back of the house was surrounded by windows and the view of the ocean made it feel like we were on the deck when it was a little too cool actually be out there. The only down side was the windows on the ocean side need to be replaced. The seal has been breached and there is condensation between the panes impairing the view a bit. But when it is warm you can just sit on the deck with nothing but gorgeous views.

A wonderful stay

Everything was clean and organized.The kitchen is extremely well stocked with every kind of cooking utensil and appliance. Everything worked well with no problems. There were plenty of towels and blankets. There is a ton of room to sit around both inside and outside.

Beachfront Relaxation

The property is beautiful, the view of the ocean is stunning, and the area is just delightful. The host is very approachable and attentative if you have any questions. We had a fabulous time there and plan to return.

Spectacular house with true ocean views great visit

The Aptos beach house was just as spectacular in reality as it appears in photos, and owner Gina was very responsive and helpful. The location is unbeatable, with unobstructed and gorgeous views of Seacliff Beach State Park, which had spectacular waves throughout our 6 days. The beach, Marianne's Ice Cream and a couple of cute restaurants are a short walk away and Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel and the Redwoods state parks are all an easy drive. We flew into San Franscisco, about an hour and a half drive. My husband and I, and our 3 adult offspring stayed very comfortably in the house through Christmas and the first few days of Hanukkah, and we made many of our meals in the kitchen and outdoor grill. Everything worked well and there were plenty of plates,utensils, pots and pans etc. We enjoyed the views, fireplace and movies and board games on rainy nights. I highly recommend this beautiful rental and would definitely stay there again!again.Weseeking

Beautiful view

We had a girl's weekend and we had the best time. Property is just as listed. It has a cabin like feel. The views of the ocean are unbelievable. We would have morning coffee on the patio. Then evening wine inside when it was chilly. Fireplace just topped it off. There were plenty of dishes, cups, utensils. There is a corner store in walking distance and also a path that takes you straight to the beach. I would highly recommend this place and gladly stay again.

Beautiful restful and inviting

The VRBO presentation is very close to how the property presents. The layout of the house and patio is convenient and welcoming. The space is designed to provide the best space available for the best access to views. This is a wonderful retreat.

Always a fantastic getaway

This was our second time we stayed in this property and it was just as amazing as the first. Can’t go wrong with waking up and being steps away from a peaceful morning walk along the ocean watching the waves and the wildlife. Gina was also quick to respond when assistance was needed, thank you for hosting another amazing getaway!

Great Weekend in Aptos

Our family of four stayed here in late August 2024! Had a great time. Great communication with owner. Property has everything you need, everything worked, and absolutely wonderful view of the ocean\bay. Very comfortable furniture and layout! Walk to the beach and area marts. Safeway, etc.. literally few blocks away! We would love to stay again!

Great views and plenty of space!

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 young teenagers. The house has all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with more glasses, cups, plates, pots, etc. than I’ve ever seen in a rental! There is also a good BBQ which we used many times. The dish-washer and other appliances were high quality. The sun room is part of the dining area which makes it a great place for everyone to hang out and enjoy the view. The views are amazing, both from the sun room and from the large deck. The location is just steps away from stairs down to the beach, or you can walk down to Marianne’s for the best ice cream around. If you like gourmet food shopping, do yourself a favor and take the short drive to Deluxe Foods market. Overall, we loved the property and location and hope to stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway!

This house is the perfect spot to stay for day trips to Monterey, Carmel by the Sea and Big Sur. We so enjoy the antiquity of the property, the deck on back, and the FULLY stocked kitchen for our meals. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the ocean was awesome. We will definitely ear mark this property for future stays! Thank you Gina!!!

Rustic, comfortable in old neighborhood.

The house is rustic but comfortable, and the neighbor has been there for a long time. Views are great. Leave all doors shut to keep uninvited visitors (i.e. rodents) into the house.

Amazing views!

This is a cute cottage right on the sea cliff with amazing views of the ocean. We saw otters and seals with our binoculars and watched surfers too. The bedrooms are small, but have very comfortable beds. One bedroom has an ocean view. The bathrooms were tiny, but functional. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and has almost any gadget or appliance that you could want. The living room and family room were larger than expected. The location is convenient and the view is fabulous. We sat on lounge chairs and watched the ocean while relaxing. Marianne's ice cream is a few blocks away, as is a Mexican restaurant and a small grocery/liquor store. Safeway is 3 minutes by car and there is a great smoothie store in the same strip mall. We highly recommend this cozy cottage and hope to go back soon.

Or take a drive down to Monterey or Carmel to experience the amazing Monterey Bay Aquarium or the famous 17 Mile Drive through Pebble Beach.
