Detta hem är nytt på hyresmarknaden och det otroligt vackra strandhuset kan vara värd för alla familjesemestrar och fester!

712 Maldonado Drive hanteras professionellt av Paradise Beach Homes.

Bröllop är också välkomna och huset är färdig till en extremt hög standard (köket är OTROLIGT!) med sex sovrum, 3. 5-bad, två massiva däck med utsikt över viken och huset sover 20 totalt sett! Hemmet har direkt utsikt över viken och det är bara en mycket kort 500-promenad till stranden för att sätta dina fötter i bränningen / sanden. Det finns gott om parkering både under huset och i de två uppfart för att hjälpa till att vara värd för stora grupper. Den privata poolen med travertindäck kan värmas upp under de kallare månaderna. Hemmet har en kungmästare med sitt eget privata bad, tre drottningsrum, där två av dem delar ett hallbad och två av dem delar ett Jack-and-Jill-bad, och det finns också ytterligare två rum med dubbel över dubbel våningssäng bäddar och en enda rulla. Vardagsrummet har tre soffor för gott om sittplatser, varav en är en bäddsoffa med minneskummadrass.

Se till att kolla Naval Aviation-museet i Pensacola (cirka 20 minuter bort) som har ett otroligt museum och titta på Blue Angels-övningen!

Perfect family house

We found the perfect spot for a large family! The spacious kitchen with open floor plan made it perfect for hanging out together. Quick easy walk to the beach and the heated pool kept the littles busy. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was fully stocked. Modern appliances and had 2 refrigerators. Cooked out a couple of nights and grill was excellent. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. It was a very short walk to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach we were at the pool which was wonderful. Dealing with Paradise Beach Homes is so easy to deal with. Will definitely rent this house again.

Good stay for a large family

This house worked for the amount of people we had staying there. We had the pool heated during our stay and it was a nice thing to have. The extra frig was nice to have. We would stay again.

We hosted our reception here in the outdoor area after the gulf-side ceremony. It was perfect! The house was beautiful, spacious, and suited our needs to a T. Paradise Beach Homes was pleasant to work with, and even gifted us a couple of keepsakes for our wedding upon check-in. My only complaint is that the management told me that the $1,000 event fee would be voided if we had less than 30 guests attend our event. This policy suddenly changed when we did in fact host less than 30 guests, and the event fee would not be refunded as originally stated (I saved the emails that told me this). My advice is to make sure your guest count is absolutely finalized before submitting the event fee payment. Other than this, it was a wonderful experience.

Much needed COVID escape

The beach was a short walk, the ocean views were unobstructed. The fenced yard was perfect for the dog, and the heated pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids. Only half-complaint is that the tile flooring throughout made the house pretty loud.

And then some.....However, when we stopped at the rental office to book the week in June 2023 we were given a figure that reflected a 44% increase. Outrageous! If owners are expecting inflation at that rate.....what can we expect gas, food and utilities to be in 2023?We would have definitely rebooked had the price held or reflected a reasonable increase.

Plenty of room for everyone to have some space when they needed it . The porches are very big and although we were not right on the beach, we still had a view of the ocean. This house could use some porch furniture, it was very limited for such a big house . I would suggest putting some rocking chairs out there. The kitchen was very well equipped and the large island was great for both preparing food and sitting around to eat. Also, having 2 refrigerators was great!! The walk to the beach was easy , even with small kids. I would definitely recommend this house !

WEDDING WEEK 2017

Reviewer Comments: We rented this house because of its location, size, Unbelieveable Views and ability to have a wedding here..The house is a Great place with a lot of space and the kitchen and bathrooms are FABULOUS especially for big groups..We did unfortunately have to survive 3 days of Tropical Storm Cindy but had a Great Wedding..We needed maintenance for a few minor things and they were fast and friendly..The grill which was supposedly only a few months old needs some better cleaning and care..All appliances and the AC were Great..Beds and furniture were also fine but maybe a few more blankets..Also the deck furniture or shall I say cushions need cleaning or replacing mostly from the weather.ALL in ALL it gave us a GREAT MEMORY and we hope to be back..

Spring Break 2017

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. We stayed with one other family, so there were 4 adults and 7 children with plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had practically everything we could want or need, except there could be a few more dish towels and there were no dish cloths at all. Having a pool right at the house was such a plus. If it would have been heated, that would have been even better, but the kids didn't seem to mind at all. The only thing that could have made this house more perfect if it was situated right on the beach. That being said, the views to the Gulf are unobstructed by homes and you get beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway from the front balconies as well. We mainly stayed around the house, but did go to Red Fish Blue Fish for dinner which was great food and a great place to have dinner with kids. We took an excursion out to Fort Pickens and watched the Blue Angels practice as well as toured the Fort. We also went into Pensacola and ate at The Fish House. Gulf Breeze is a quick drive to get groceries at Walmart or Publix, though there are convenience stores that are even closer if needed. There is also an island market we would try next time as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this beach house and area. We are hoping to come back again!
