Detta hus var på Georgetown House Spring Home Tour. Prisbelönta Interior Decorator gjorde hem. Hjärta av Georgetown med av gatan parkering men fortfarande ingen buller, 5 minuters promenad till tunnelbanan. Restauranger omger dig och den bästa Bistro ligger inom en minuts promenad. Huset har en eldstaden, en utomhusgrill, vindruvor, restaurering Maskinvarumöbler, fontän, utsidan bar och vackra hängande ljus gör detta utomhus utrymme fantastisk. Biblioteket i en lackad chokladbrun med en smart tv och WIFI ovanför eldstaden med en underbar bar. det stora rummet har 4 uppsättningar franska dörrar en öppen spis och en 70 "TV komplett med Netflix. Sonosystem, katedraltak och skrivbord och en 72" soffa och två matchande klubbstolar. En lång lantbrukares bord som sitter 12 sitter i området med tre vackra ljuskronor. Öppet konceptkök med Bosc apparater och en rostfritt noll. Boos slaktblockbord och separat ismaskin. dubbel ugn och ljus fylld. ett pulverrum och garderob kompletterar huvudvåningen.
Den andra våningen Master innehåller en 60 "tv en queen size-säng med 1000 räknare monogramed designer lakan, uppvärmda badrum golv med ett regndusch huvud och handdukshängare, en smart tv är ovanför jacuzzi och 4 nya spegelvända dörrar för att hjälpa dig klä. en fåfänga med en tv med gott om diskutrymme och lådor, samt dra ut stavar för att hänga nya inköp, 4 fönster flödar överklädningsrummet med ljus.

Det andra sovrummet är en king size-säng med 1000 count designerplattor en vacker anpassad fåfänga med sminkspegel och shagreen byrå. Sovrummet har en sittgrupp med en kärleksstol, stol och soffbord. Monogramed svensk duvet täcker allt i en vacker blå och vit design.

Andra våningen badrummet innehåller en Carrara marmor dusch och fåfänga fylld med allt du kanske har glömt
Andra våningen helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare med vikningsområde och inbyggd i strykbräda och ett torrt ställ för delikatesser
Källare är en lycklig familjeplacering med en storskärms-tv en läderstolare för att titta på spel en vacker soffa som drar ut till en drottningstorlek. Källaren har ett pokerbord och själva har spel som schack och monopol praktiskt. En gitarr sitter på ett stativ som väntar på att bli strummed och HBO, Showtime och Netflix gör allt som hänger ut ännu roligare.

Beautiful house in perfect location!

This house is SO elegantly and beautifully decorated--quite a treat! The location is perfect--there's a pickleball court one block away which was such fun, and the nearby restaurants in Georgetown are amazing and so varied. The off-street parking spot is a godsend--such a luxury! And the patio area is really terrific--we enjoyed our nightly glass of wine under the patio lights. The kitchen is better appointed than most, and is all just so beautiful. It was a treat to stay here--thank you!

Hidden Georgetown Gem

Perfect small house for family of four. Teen boys shared the king size bed in upstairs bedroom with full nearby bathroom and parents used the master bedroom, which has a queen and en suite bathroom. Kitchen and living space all spacious with patio. Parking spot. Can walk to market for butcher, groceries and ice cream. Park is close by for pickleball, tennis or playground. It was a nice way to stay for six nights. Parking around DC reasonable and we were happy to have our own car.

Georgetown house

What a unique experience. The house was very fun, very eclectic. The interior design was great and very good for entertaining and simply hanging out. Location was fantastic. Very walkable. We really enjoyed the place.

Beautiful space

It is our second time here and we hope to return. It feels like we are at home with everything easily easy to use and access Every room has incredible attention to detail, with a lovely palate. Also, we love Stachowski Market; it is the best food shop in DC and conveniently across the street. Thank you once again. Cheers!

Perfect Georgetown Spot

Beautiful row house in Georgetown within walking distance of so many great restaurants and things to do. The home was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the main living area was gorgeous with tons of light, quirky and fun decor, and a great outdoor space with parking as well! Perfect Home Away From Home

We were in town for Georgetown graduation and this was the perfect home base for our stay. The home was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was a peaceful and private oasis and the open floor plan on the main level was ideal for our family. The location is close to everything and we felt at home the entire time. Would definitely stay here again. Michele, thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful home…we had a great time!

Gorgeous property in a perfect location

We loved this vacation. Georgetown is such a charming, safe, polite, clean and beautiful place to spend time. The cultural diversity of the restaurants and things to do was wonderful. We were so blown away by the beautiful nearby parks and walking trails just blocks from the house. My husband is a marathoner and this was a huge plus for us. The rental property is gorgeous, immaculately clean and it has everything you could possibly need. Michelle went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and she was easily reachable at all times. We especially loved the giant bathtub! The kitchen is great and we found it very easy to cook and live there. There is a nice grocery store with everything you need only 2 short blocks away. You can get to all of the main DC attractions very quickly by Uber, but you come home to a quiet serene place at the end of the day. Best of both worlds!

Property is beautiful and in great neighborhood.

The house is lovely! The large decorative objects everywhere take up a lot of counter space and the cushions on the seating bench make it almost impossible to actually sit. The sheets in the blue bedroom have no elasticity left so I had to remake the bed every morning as the sheets completely came off the mattress while my son was sleeping. The heating is quite tricky, cold downstairs, very hot upstairs. We found that you had to completely turn off the floor heat, and lower the heat in living room a few hours before bed to cool the upstairs. Other than those little home hacks, the house was amazing and Michelle was incredible!! She got us a parking permit, without which we would have had no place to park our car as there is no on street parking.

The property was as advertised and in a great part of Georgetown and simple walk to many great restaurants….we did a private tour of Georgetown and DC and when they pick us up they couldn’t believe this was on VRBO…….will do it again next year

Fantastic spot and host

Michele’s home is gorgeous. The pics are very accurate. On top of what you see, the place is amazingly well stocked. Michele was a true pleasure, responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect for our family with two bedrooms upstairs and two beds in the basement for the kids. And the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend both Michele and her home.

Perfect Georgetown Weekend

Michele's home is lovely with all necessities provided and much more. This is a great location for staying in the Georgetown area, walkable to everything. All the beds and furnishings were extremely comfortable. Lovely patio to relax outdoors. Highly recommend!

Great location, love Georgetown. Place is very well decorated with lots of light. Comfortable beds, modern conveniences and Sonos which allowed us to play all our favorite Christmas music. Definitely a comfortable, feel good kind of place. Make sure you visit the deli across the street!

Stunning home in historic Georgetown neighborhood

Michele’s home is perfectly situated on the historic streets of Georgetown, allowing easy walking access to the restaurants and shops on M street and other neighborhood gems. With 4 adults, we felt “at home” during our stay, having everything we needed. After we exhausted ourselves on the town, we had a comfortable place to come back and relax in. It’s just what we wanted. Street parking over the weekend ended up working out well, but there are restrictions Mon-Sat 7 am - 10 PM; there is off-street parking for one compact car. Michele was responsive and understanding of our many questions and, throughout it, it was really nice getting to know her. We all look forward to having another opportunity to book her house in the future.
