Great Stay!

The townhome was just as expected. It was walkable to the beach but for our group with a wagon it was easier to drive. The house was comfortable and management was very responsive when we had questions. Great stay, affordable, and would for sure recommend.

Easy walk to the beach!

This property was great for our group of 3. Plenty of space, clean bathrooms upon arrival, has all your basic kitchen needs! You will want to bring paper towels and toilet paper (as the listing suggests) if you’re staying longer than a couple of days. Great for a group of friends or family.

Great trip

This place is very well kept. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. I love that it is on the end, so it's very private. We also enjoyed the balcony and patio. The beach was great and is just a short walk away. We ate at Surf Hut which was right across the street. Overall, this was a perfect vacation!

Wonderful place, for even everything going on.

We had booked this place a while back for my brothers wedding. However when we went the outbreak happened with the coronavirus. We still went, the place was awesome, and clean. It was during spring break and neighbors were all courteous and polite. The place was well taken care of and enough room for my family.

Awful Place! Should not be listed on VRBO

This townhome looked nothing like the pictures and it was so run down and filthy dirty! It smelled awful and was not clean at all. It had old food under the pull out sofa bed with ants all under there. Real Joy, the management company, did nothing to help and we ended up leaving their in under 2 hours as to it being uninhabitable! Worst customer service and townhome!

Great location

When we arrived there was signs the place had not been cleaned in a long time. Dust so thick I could write my name in it in everywhere, plys hair still in bathrooms and on bedsheets. To their credit the owners sent someone out second time. The bathrooms got cleaned but dust was never touched in most places. Im betting its still there. This place had promise but cleaning is getting paud for doing nothing! Great location. I felt like it was dirty all week. I appreciate that they did a clean after i arrive but a lazy cleaner did not do their job. second. The bathrooms got cle

Cheap/affordable

The staff is fantastic and check in is a breeze. The house comes with nothing, only 2 roles of TP and no beach towels. The house needs some TLC with things that you can’t see in photos. Burnt out bulbs and things that do not work, cracked tiles, we had a water leak in the living room, however they were super quick to try and fix the leak, and hopefully it is fixed and never happens to anyone else. It wasn’t as nice as other homes in the area, but it also was a couple hundred dollars less. If you can get something nicer you should, but it was a fine place if price is your main factor.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful. Great location, very close to the beach. There were a couple maintenance issues but the property manager was fast to respond and to resolve the issues. The patio was a very nice place to relax and enjoy the morning. The outdoor shower was great to clean up at after the beach. We had a great time.

Great vacation getaway

This property has been well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. The place was beautiful and a very short walk to the beach. It was also close to shopping and other activities. I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
