Ligger direkt på stranden med fantastisk utsikt över havet från alla rum. Fastigheten är extremt nära havet. Det finns tre stora däck och en balkong med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Vackert smaragdvatten, privat strand, exteriördusch och bord och stolar för att koppla av och titta på stranden och havet. Två sovrum med privata badrum och skjutdörrar öppnar upp till däck till vyn havet. Ett sovrum med privat badrum har inte utsikt över havet. Fjärde badrum på öppen spis, matsal och köksgolv. Fastigheten är tre nivåer inredning med ett garage och full storlek tvättmaskin, torktumlare. Exteriör är 4 nivåer av däck. Gasgrill för grillning utomhus. Alla rum har tv.

On The Beach!!!!

You can’t beat the views from all four decks or the easy access to the beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I needed to get away for a peaceful experience to ourselves. That is exactly what we got! The location was perfect, right on the beach. Our host was more than generous and responded immediately when we had a question. Thank you for a great vacation week!!

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachfront Experience

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful Miramar beachfront townhouse! The location couldn’t be more perfect—waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the stunning emerald waters right from the comfort of the large deck was an experience beyond words. The townhouse is spacious, well-kept, and offered breathtaking ocean views from almost every room. The beach was just steps away, making it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The proximity to restaurants and shops was also a plus, giving us the convenience of exploring local spots without any hassle. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a serene beachfront escape with all the comforts of home, this townhouse is the place to be. We’ll definitely be returning for another stay! Highly recommend!

Summer vacation

We were absolutely surprised as to how beautiful and up to date our house was! It was very clean and perfect for our entire family! The separate bathrooms were great and very clean! Our house had everything we needed and then some! The view was breathtaking and better than we expected!! We recommend this house n host! Judy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during our stay! Definitely going to book it for next year matter of fact we may book for two vacations next summer!!

Great Destin Vacation

Property made vacation enjoyable. Location is great being right on the beach. In addition was just as described and very clean. Judy was very responsive to the few questions that we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great property in Destin.

Great place to stay!

We were apprehensive at first with all the stairs, being 60+ age women. After getting our luggage in, no problem! Loved having all the space and not right on top of one another! We have gone to the beach together for years and always stay right on the beach. This place was awesome! Will definitely return!

Perfect Beach Vacay

This property had everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation! Right on the beach, easy access, plus umbrella and chairs. We enjoyed grilling out on the deck. Stores and restaurants were close.

Perfect Location for your Vacation!

We spent a wonderful week at Seamist! You will not be disappointed, the property had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. So nice to be in a low density townhouse complex with amazing views from every floor. It’s a great location - convenient to everything. Judy is a fantastic host, we cannot wait to come back!

Very nice property with great location. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have beach towels to use. Those are difficult to pack for a flight.

Beautiful beach views

Judy was so helpful and easy to work with. Her condo is right on the beach. We are from the Midwest so being able to see the water, listen to the waves and easy access to walk the beach was just what we needed - trying to escape the cold winter weather.

The perfect ocean vacation

We LOVED this home, the views and sounds of the ocean were incredible and the location was perfect. The home was a great size for two couples. The only complaint was the lack of beach towels but that was a easy purchase. The NY pizza across the street was 10/10, worth a try if you stay here

3 level townhome that is right on the beach. The decks were our favorite part because they have areas to sit or lay in the sun or sit out of the sun. Judy is always prompt at responding and has this place more stocked than any place we have rented. The beach out front also has very few people compared to most areas along this whole strip. This place is within a couple miles to grocery stores, the outlet mall & sooo many restaurants. We cant wait to come back!

Amazing property right on the beach with everything you need. Could not of asked for better location. I have been coming to Miramar for decades. Tons of balconies. Loved the dolphins in the morning and easy access to water. I will be daydreaming of my time there and looking forward to coming back!
