Bright and Beachy!

Nice but needs a few updates

This room was nice, but needs a few updates. Regency towers needs an update as well. I’ve stayed here before. The room is larger than other condos, so that’s a plus! Pools were nice.

Family Vacation

Spring Break

My friends and I (all 21+) stayed here for our spring break! It was a great location and so nice to have easy beach access. We are a chill group that just wanted to relax so this was perfect. There were a lot of families but that didn't bother us. Drinks at the bar was great and the apartment was very clean!

This was our absolute favorite place to stay. Nice, clean, and roomy condo. The location is perfect. AMAZING view! Big pools, and tiki bar with good food. Not as crowded on our side of town but easy to where you want to go. I will be booking again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. the property staff was very helpful and friendly. It was so nice having a bar and grill at the pool. The property also has grills at both ends of the condo units that we used several times. We definitely want to return to the Regency Towers.

Pure bliss

I have visited Panama City once a year for the past several years. This condo was my absolute favorite stay so far. It had everything you'd need, it was very clean and quiet. Bikini bibs located at the pools was very convenient! You could see more wildlife in the water than you could other places since it's not a busy area!! Super close to st. Andrews! And the beach chairs and umbrella services was very handy!!! Thank you!!!

Perfect for the fam

Perfect 2br/2ba with pull out couch. The condo is a little older and slightly outdated, but clean and a good deal. Love that it comes with beach chair rental paid. Good location. Great pool with bar/affordable good food and activities like karaoke. Dollar General is across the road for all those things that you need last minute.

Great Place, Would Stay Again!!

Had no problem communicating with the owner. Condo was SPOTLESS when we arrived and looks exactly as pictured. The dryer was the only thing that wasn’t working very well, and I talked to the owner and they planned on getting that fixed/replaced. Would definitely book here again!

Family Vacation 2020

Everything was amazing! The experience was almost perfect! The only issues we had was the A/C wasn’t the greatest, we could never get the condo to actually cool down, and the guest bathroom commode water ran the entire time. We could not get it to stop! Other than that it was perfect! We completely enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again next year!

Great location but really rough around the edges.

Good location with fantastic view of the ocean. Older complex with decent pool area. Condo was very dated and really rough around the edges. Major mechanicals worked, but lots of minor repairs and updates needed. Hard services were clean, but the rug in the bedroom and fabric on the couch were gross. TV set up in the master was embarrassing.

Great Family Vacation

We always stay at Regency towers when we travel to PCB. We’ve never had a bad experience which is why we keep coming back. Bikini Bob’s was delicious, as always! The condo was nice. Having 4 free beach chairs is a huge bonus!! I had to contact the rental company due to the balcony handle being broken. They were polite and personable and were going to send someone as soon as possible. (This happened on our last day so we weren’t there when it was fixed). The only recommendation would be to replace the shower head in the master bath and wax the balcony doors so they are easier to open. Great stay and would stay there again!!

Good but not Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was great! The room was just ok. The neighbor who lives in the room next door smokes weed which we smelled all week. The frig leaked water all week, even after maintenance came. The bathrooms need work and the bedroom with 2 beds is so small you can't get in bed on one side. One bed needs to be replaced. Elevators are really slow.
