Amazing experience!

We rented this property for a month. The condo was perfect, the building and facilities spotless and perfect, the owners were perfect, our month was perfect. We needed a couple things fixed
toaster, coffee maker, and had a couple questions about stuff
reached out to Manal and within seconds it was taken care of! Probably the best communication I’ve ever experienced in rental unit!!! And I use vrbo and others often!! Thank you Manal!

Needs a few updates

The living room furniture and toliet was way too short for all of us..the oven needs to be replaced, it looks like someone spray oven cleaner in it and bake it on. No dish rags.

Most everything was was spot on however the construction on the neighboring condo was very annoying!

Great location, clean and spot on!! Construction on neighboring condo very noisy and annoying!! Shower head in master bath has small leak
 toilet and shower head very low!! Sofas too low to floor
 difficult for middle age folks to get up!! However we WILL return and stay there again!!!

Not as advertised

The condo was not as advertised. It would only comfortably sleep 4 people
..it was listed as 8. The couches are in desperate need of replacement. They were HORRIBLE. Not fit for even a dorm room.

Holiday for the girls

I took my daughters to the beach for Christmas. We had stayed in another unit in this building with the same owner. This unit was not up to par. The cabinet door and drawer was coming off the counter area by the bathroom in the master bedroom. One of the drawers was FULL of long black hair. The door to the master bedroom was off the hinges at the top. The master bath shower handle would not stay in place and would continue to get hotter during a shower. The removable shower head didn't work at all. The sink in the second bedroom's stopper was stuck and wouldn't drain. The lamp by the couch was missing it switch to turn it on. There were no plug ins for the lamps beside the bed in the second bedroom. This doesn't even touch the couch that was so low to the ground you were basically sitting on the floor or the fact that the coffee table had parts of particle board showing. It wasn't anything huge it was the continual disappointed of one more thing not working or up to par in this unit.

We had a nice stay, communication with owner was phenomenal. We had some trouble with our air and she had AAA out in no time to have it fixed, we really appreciated that!

Disappointed, Dirty and worn out

We had came into town a day early and the owner was very accommodating when we spoke earlier that week to let us rent the condo an extra night. We show up at 11pm and the condo had not been cleaned. we understand there was a miscommunication and we were okay with that- she kindly moved us to one of her open condos for the night. We return to this condo the next morning and it was still disgusting but the sheets had been changed and we had clean towels. I ended up cleaning the condo myself. The dirt and grim that came off the floor when I mopped was disturbing. I'm not sure if anything was actually cleaned. I refused to sit on the low, dirty couches. I wouldnt let my kids sleep on the couches and definitely not the very gross, worn out rollaway beds. We ended up buying cots for our kids to sleep on. The whole condo is in need of some major upgrades, a serious paint job and some good hard cleaning.

Fabulous vacation

Beautiful spacious condo located on Panama City Beach powdery sand Our vacation was wonderful with many amenities on property — great pool side tiki bar and Sharkey’s restaurant Manal and her husband were absolutely the most hospitable hosts. The security at the gated entrance ensured safety. We will be returning next winter!

Great stay

We had a great and very much needed trip to the beach. The condo was so close to the beach and the views from the balcony were amazing! The beach wagon that is provided with the condo is priceless. We used it every day to carry all of our stuff to the beach. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable, but the extra fold out beds could use new or better mattresses. The washer and dryer are very small and the washer needs cleaned. The couches are very low to the ground. Not a problem for us but I could see it being a problem for an older person or someone with back problems. A few things need to be fixed and updated but it was an over all nice place.

Great location

The condo is right on the beach and the beach and pool are beautiful. The condo needs to be painted and several places in sheet rock need to be fixed. We had issues with the toilet and both bathroom sinks the first night (Sat) we were there and maintenance didn’t do anything until Thursday. It could have been cleaner. Also, the couches are 2 feet off the floor. Very hard to get up from them. Would stay in this building again, but not in this condo.
