Tiny but mighty!

This is a small cottage but it has everything!! The host provided every thing we needed. All we brought was our food. There were games, tv, comfy seating (plenty of pillows) and fully stocked kitchen equipment. Just bring the groceries.

Rest and relaxation

I booked this place for rest and to reset which is exactly what I got. It was quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the market was within walking distance as well as the beach. Definitely going back as soon as I can!

New Years getaway!

Me and my girls stayed here for two nights for New Years weekend and it was fabulous. The house was adorable, quiet neighborhood and right across the street from a liquor store with the sweetest owners ever! I’ve always loved Rockaway but this house in particular made the trip even more enjoyable. A 2 minute was to the beach as well and only 20 minutes from Manzanita :)

Affordable, quiet, comfy, just across the highway from the beach

The house was cute, clean, warm, comfortable, and affordable for our stay. The only complaints I had were that the amenities said it included a coffee maker (they had a Keurig with no pods or reusable empty pods for the coffee I had brought) and with it being Thanksgiving morning, nothing was open to be able to purchase pods. Secondly, the shower pressure is extremely low and it is really difficult to get the temperature just right. It either went really hot or really cold super quickly and with toddlers, it can make it really difficult to shower with them. Other than that, I would recommend the house as a nice place to stay for your Rockaway Beach Trip!!

Spring Getaway

This is a cozy little cottage for a small family. One of the bedroom doors couldn't close because the bed was too large for the room, so best to keep in mind for a group of people who don't require too much privacy. But it was quiet and close to the beach, which was lovely, by the way. Lots of beautiful sand and not very busy. Gorgeous flowers greeted us at the front door. Lilacs and lillies in bloom. We loved the dragonfly touches inside, especially the tiffanyesque lamp. The white furniture was a bit stained, making me question its cleanliness a bit. Also, there's a significant slope from the front of the house toward the back, making the walk through the kitchen a bit of a vertigo inducing experience. The kitchen was VERY clean. We'd stay again. Lots of outlets which was a nice plus. VERY close to the neighbors on either side, so not a ton of privacy there. The sketchy motel across the street gave us some concern, but it seems to be out of business and unoccupied.

The place was not clean. Trash near front yard, spots on lr chair, dirty toilet, dirty kitchen curtains Thoughts. A level floor would fix the refrigerator door problem. Please upgrade to 2-ply tp. Pay for late check out? Really? 10am is TOO early.

SHORT WALK TO BEACH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Rockaway Beach. The location worked well for us to explore the Northern Coast with only a short walk to the beach. We would recommend hitting up a grocery store in Tillamook as open restaurants are a rare find. The home served all of our needs well. Our only complaints would be the sloping in the dining room and in the 2nd bedroom, the construction across the street, and the water heater that kept going out. All in all, I’d give this property four stars. The owner did a fantastic job at aesthetically personalizing this home for comfort and ease. We will miss the West Coast!

First week stay in Rockaway!

In the past we’ve just been passing through, but found this great little beach house by chance and stayed five nights in June! It was small, but perfect for our family of four. We were so close to the beach we could walk down easily with all the toys and chairs and bonfire equipment, and easily get back to the house when needed. It was clean and comfortable for the time we were in it-which wasn’t much because we were out enjoying all the new Rockaway attractions and adventures. Thank you for letting us use your home! We had a great trip!

Great Location

We really liked how close we were to the beach. Having the neighbors so close is interesting. I would also recommend the owners replace one of the beds which has a huge dip/sink hole in it. Aside from that a great stay.

Adorable cottage, great location!

My husband and I were in town for a friend’s wedding on the coast and the place was perfect. Super close to cute little shops and restaurants and right on the beach! The property was spotlessly clean and more spacious than we expected. Loved it!

Cute, Cozy and Clean

This cozy little place is right across the street from the beach. Literally a minute and a half walk and you’re on the soft sand. The house was clean, warm, and inviting. The price is great for what you get, and has all of the amenities you’d need.
