Lägenheten är utrustad med alla bekvämligheter, luftkonditionering, uppvärmning, fullt utrustat kök och utrustade med diskmaskin. Det finns också strykjärn, hårtork, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och allt du behöver för att låta en familj på 6 personer att njuta av din semester i lägenheten bekvämt ..

Great location just a step away from the crowds

We really liked the location of this property. It was close enough to walk to St. Marks Square but far out enough to be away from crowds. There were also a nice selection of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Wonderful neighborhood, lovely walk to S Marco

We loved the many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was nice to have Netflix when we came home from a long day of sight-seeing! . Elena was a very charming and cordial manager. Appliances, beds, baths, and kitchen equipment were all top-notch. I would love to stay here again for a longer visit.,

Excellent stay

We really loved this apartment in Venice. The apartment was extremely clean, well maintained and the décor was lovely. Very spacious and the beds were great. Fantastic for a family of 4 with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning worked great. The location was fabulous. Lots of dining options right outside the door, grocery shops, very quiet at night and we barely heard the others who lived in the building. The water bus stop closest to the apartment was great and it was just 2 stops to the Venice Lido which was fantastic with the super hot weather to enjoy a day at the beach. Also easy to get to the islands from Murano and Burano from the closest water bus stop. A nice walk over to St.Mark's. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment close to heart of Venice

Lovely apartment and super host, very close to the heart of Venice whilst being away from the hustle and bustle. Apartment was well equipped but would benefit from having an extra sofa space/chair in the lounge for the 6h person. Some noise in the front bedroom early mornings 7am as the bar below sets up for the day, but other rooms very quiet and all true to pictures.

Perfect vacation

Our stay in this apartment was very comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths all in one floor! The host, Elena, was the best! She’s very helpful and friendly. She even helped us booked our water taxi home. Walking distance everywhere !

Der perfekte Urlaub

Die Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Elena als Kontakt war liebevoll und hilfreich. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch mit zwei Kindern keine Probleme. Die Gegend ist sehr geeignet für Familien. Der Brunnen vor dem Haus hat Schildkröten! Ab vom Rummel, aber man fühlt sich wie mitten drin. Danke sehr für die schöne Zeit!

Amazing Home!!

The Host was amazing as she met us at the dock and walked us to her wonderful home! The home was immaculate and clean. It was accommodating with three large bathrooms and three bedrooms. The location was spectacular with surrounding restaurants and markets. Only two minute walk from water taxi and 15 minutes to the Basilica! We will definitely stay again!

The best 3 bedroom in Cenice

Elena’s care and attention was the icing on the very fantastic cake of a well designed 3 bedroom apartment right near the Arsenale and Guiardini. The local shopping for at home cooking is superb as are the local restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked a meal for 9 people several nights without any problems. It’s clean, comfortable (ok a better couch would be appreciated) and well stocked with linens, towels and basic things like toilet paper, napkins etc.

Magnifique

Nous avons passé 4 jours à Venise entre amis. Elena est venu nous chercher directement à la station de vaporetto proche de l'appartement. Elle reste joignable tout au long du séjour. Elle est très arrangeante. L'appartement est magnifique, mieux que sur les photos, proche de toutes commodités. Le quartier est très sympa, bars, boulangerie, restaurants, supermarchés. Allez y sans hésiter !

Perfekt.

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Paar und unserem erwachsenen Kind mit Begleitung in der wunderbaren Wohnung. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist ideal für drei Paare: Zentral ist der große Wohn- und Essbereich mit allem, was man zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Tafeln benötigt, darum gruppieren sich die drei Schlafzimmer (mit separaten Badezimmern), so dass man sich auch entspannt zurückziehen kann. Die Lage an der Via Garibaldi ist zu Biennalezeiten ideal, aber auch sonst super angenehm. Supermarkt und Gemüseschiff sind direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfection in Venice

This stunning apartment has everything: location, space, light, comfort, etc. Just downstairs you find endless excellent food/drink options and in a few minutes you can walk to the water or the gardens or the shops. There are two ensuite bedrooms and a third bedroom and bath next to each other. The central open living area is perfect. We four friends all agreed it was our favorite Venice stay ever.

Bellissimo e comodo Appartamento

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento fornito di tutto l'occorrente per un un piacevole soggiorno. In ottima posizione, l'appartamento, nel sestriere Castello è vicino al centro, alla Biennale e alle fermate del vaporetto. Cordiale accoglienza da parte di Elena, la responsabile della struttura, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli su Venezia e su dove mangiare. Siamo stati veramente bene e sicuramente ripeteremo l'esperienza.

L'appartement est fidèle à la dedcriotion. Fonctionnel et aménagé avec goût. Le quartier est agréable, on y trouve de tout : restons, bar, épicerie poissonnerie... À 10mn de la place St Marc et à proximité d' un parc arboré. Le vaporetto est à 5mn. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Helena. Nous recommandons.

Amazing stay with convenient location

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located property. It has multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and bakery within walking distance. The property itself is well-appointed with 3 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, A/C (a must in summer), and WiFi. Elena, the property manager, was very communicative before our arrival and helped us navigate transportation from the airport to the vaporetto stop closest to the property. She even met us at the stop and walked us to the apartment and recommended restaurants, a gondola ride, and how to navigate the vaporetto lines to Lido, Murano, and Burano. I highly recommend this apartment when staying in Venice!

The property was clean and spacious. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths great for a larger family. Great location but also allows you to experience a more real experience of Venician life. Amazing apartment in a quiet beautiful setting very close to downtown Venice

Elena, our host, was incredible. She answering our questions quickly prior to arrival and was available during our visit if we needed advice. She even texted during our stay to make sure everything was alright. Elena met us at the dock at the exact moment our water taxi arrived and we immediately were comfortable. Elena explained her city and made excellent recommendations. The apartment has three full baths. Two are accessed through bedrooms and one was in the hall leading to a bedroom. There are many little touches that make it like a home that has been truely loved. It is so much more than a rental. There is plenty of dishware, and supplies to get you started, like paper towels and napkins. The air conditioning was efficient which we turned off during the day to save electricity. We were a family of two children in their twenties, parents and an aunt. This was a perfect place for us. During our stay we did a walking tour of Venice, went to Murano and Burano by valporetta, and walked to the center of the city daily. The neighborhood has its own restaurants and bakeries so after a long day of crowds it is a beautiful oasis that smells beautifully while the jasmine is in bloom early summer. There are turtles to watch In the park and super yachts that park at the end of the road. I can’t say enough of the beauty of this experience.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé 4 jours à Venise en famille au mois de mai. Elena est venu nous chercher directement à la station de vaporetto proche de l'appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son accueil et ses précieux conseils. Elle a vraiment pris du temps pour nous accueillir et discuter avec nous ce que nous avons trouvé tres sympatique de sa part. En cas de besoin, Elena reste joignable tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est superbe et pratique ( 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain). Le quartier est tres sympa, plutôt calme et proche des stations de vaporetto. En résumé : appartement top, quartier sympa et hôte adorable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Wunderschönes Apartment

Tolles Apartment an sehr guter Lage. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen und sogar noch mehr… Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Elena ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die gerne bei Fragen hilft und gute Tips geben kann. Wir waren rundum zufrieden ! Alles was man braucht wie Laden und Bäcker in Sichtweite zu erreichen. Tolle Café Bar unter der Wohnung mit sensationellen Croissants !
