Mycket ljus och luftig, kombinerar elegans venetianska mosaikgolv, Murano glas ljuskronor, antika möbler och tyger till modernitet och funktionalitet kök och badrum. Bara de lyxiga restaurerings rör bostaden medan de gemensamma delarna av byggnaden visar tecken på åldrande. Lägenheten vetter mot en stor entré på vilken fyra sovrum (två dubbelrum, en tvilling och ett med en bäddsoffa), vardagsrum, kök och två badrum, ett med badkar och ett med dusch. Luca was an amazing host. His detailed communications made our arrival to Venice stress-free … he even went out of his way to meet and greet us at the station. The property was as advertised … clean, close to the Venezia Santa Lucia Station, with many restaurants and attractions near by. The property had everything we needed which comfortably accommodated our family of five adults … we had no issues during our stay. Luca even gave us an overview of Venice, with food recommendations and travel tips. Definitely would recommend this property.

Excellent stay in an ideal location. Beautiful property with extensive family history. Lovely canal views from the master bedroom. Cold A/C! The floors are exquisite. Clear communication throughout the whole process from owner. Be aware that if you cannot deal with stairs & bags than this place is NOT for you. Highly recommended.

Lovely time with my kids

Single mom traveling with kids, this place was perfect! Lovely and responsive host. Great central location. We took a water taxi from the airport and docked right at the property. A truly unique and magical start to the trip. Beautiful view and everyone got their own rooms! Right upstairs from a market, super convenient. We got to watch the July fireworks from the balcony! Just a wonderful place and stay!

I’d give 10 stars if I could.The apartment was clean, roomy and very comfortable. There were 5 of us so having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a large sitting room was perfect. Having A/C during a July visit was a godsend. Plus being upstairs from a grocery and so close to the train station and Vaporetto stop couldn’t have been in a better location. Also was able to book a water taxi that dropped off and picked up right out front! Hosts were so kind and helpful. Extremely good English speakers which we’re so thankful since our Italian skills are terrible. Building is safe and secure. Only thing to be cautious of are the 3 flights of stairs. You’ll need good knees!Would highly recommend and hope to return!

The Best Host Ever

Luca is the best host we have ever experienced. He prepped us on everything from where to eat to how everything functioned in the apartment. He wrote a manual that should be a primer for every host. We never needed to reach out during our stay. Yet he was available by phone/text at all times. He was so thoughtful that it made the experience hassle-free.

Great place to stay with your family

The apartment was perfect for my family. Everyone had their own space, plus there was common space. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and a grocery store downstairs. Great communication and advice from our host.

Plenty of Room

My family of four spent three nights in Venice and this apartment was perfect. It had a lot of room to move around, close to the train station and all the amenities of home. Two bedrooms are off the main street so it can be noisy and one bedroom is off the street and super quiet. Great place!

Authentic Cool❄️ Stay!

From booking to leaving the apartment, the whole experience was just great! Very spacious, well equipped unit. The soft towels were very much appreciated. It’s was 95-100F day and night during our stay, so AC in each bedroom and in a living room worked perfectly. Keeping us cool after a hike upstairs. Thank you Luca, we will be back🌸😊😍

Lovely Apartment and Location!

Luca was such a gracious host and his family home was perfect for our visit to Venice. We especially loved that there was plenty of space for our teens and two bathrooms. The location was perfect for us- outside of the craziness of St. Mark's square and next to a beautiful canal. It was super convenient to have the grocery store immediately below the flat. We also loved the proximity to Dorsoduro and Santa Croce neighborhoods, which provided beautiful and peaceful morning and evening walks.

Very Pleased in Venice

We had a great trip. We should have stayed longer. The Pia Domus location was perfect. Very close to the train station which made transfer to our apartment very easy. Also close to Grand Canal for vaporetto access. And finally … the owner was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Just what we needed to fill some of the many gaps in our knowledge about staying in Venice.

Great apartment in Venice

We liked the apartment and the size of it. Luca is a great host, he met us at the train station, gave us a detailed explanation of the apartment and he helped us with recommendations about the city. We liked the location and ability to walk everywhere. Having a supermarket just downstairs was very convenient. The only missing thing in the apartment is a dishwasher but we did not cook any meals at home so we did not mind it too much. We recommend this apartment to families and groups that need more space.

Dream Trip with a Magical Location

We had the most amazing experience visiting Venice and this was our home base. We are thrilled to have been invited into this charming home with authentic flooring, decor, and personal touches that were warm and inviting. The modern amenities were also much appreciated. The views from the apartment, especially from the balcony, were stunning and the location was amazing. The hosts were gracious, respectful, communicative, helpful, and inspiring. We stayed 10 days in Venice, each step offered a stunning museum quality of beauty. We are thoroughly grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Luca and Benedetta gave us information that catapulted our experience to the next level. The apartment had tremendous accessibility to travel by means of foot, boat, and train. Restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, festivals/events, and the most magical scenery began right outside our stay in this apartment. We also thoroughly enjoyed the supermarket below for stocking up along the way. To compliment the friendly, passionate and inviting residents of this location, we felt safe and welcomed here. We would love to return.

Sehr schöne stilvolle Wohnung in bester Lage zum Bahnhof und Zentrum. Freundlicher Gastgeber.

Alles war perfekt! Trotz gemischtem Wetter und „Aqua alta“ am Markusplatz konnten wir die gewünschten Ziele zu Fuß erreichen. Angenehm: Supermarkt und Pizzeria im Haus. Weiter zu empfehlen!

Fabulous experience

The apartment was stunning and perfect for my family (6 of us ) who were attending a wedding in Venice. The location is perfect, with many cute little neighborhoods in the back and just a 25 min walk to San Marco. There is a supermarket on the first floor that made shopping very convenient. Luca was an absolutely fabulous host and very helpful with recommendations of restaurants and hair salons too! We did not want to leave! Also very convenient for catching a water taxi literally right in front of the building! Highly recommend and plan to return.
