Great vaca!

The hosts were helpful throughout our stay, answering any questions and providing recommendations for us to enjoy. Good location, cute cottage vibe, and the downstairs was a nice bonus. The home had everything we needed!

Wonderful Secluded Stay

The host was fantastic about communication, very kind and organized. Not only was the house beautiful and spotless, they also provided us with recommendations all over the island for food, entertainment, etc. Would absolutely book again in a heart beat.

Just as perfect as we remembered

This cottage is a true gem in Nantucket and we were thrilled to return this year. Clair had thoughtfully included everything we could possibly need during our stay, including toddler supplies. We can’t wait for our next trip.

Excellent Stay in Beautiful Cottage

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The owners were fantastic—so friendly and responsive, and they made everything so simple. Communication was seamless, and they were always available if we needed anything. The property itself is wonderful; the cottage was well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Family summer vacation!

This house was great for our family summer vacation! My teen sons loved that it was so close to Surfside beach! It is in a very convenient location to get to everywhere on the island.

The ideal ACK cottage!

Perfection is the word to describe this cottage. It’s a quintessential Nantucket cottage with all the charm, but also updated, extremely clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay on my vacation. Michael and Clair are also the perfect hosts and have thought of everything a guest would ever need while visiting - the cottage has every household, beach, grill and kitchen amenity and that you need and more. I can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Accomodations

Perfectly located to access the entire island. Grill, fire pit and beach chairs and towels provided. Beads and showers were great. Our friends stayed in town and spent most of their time with us.

Amazing property

Our stay at this beautiful cottage was everything we wanted. It was secluded, clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you would need if you plan to cook. We loved the outdoor area and fire pit and took advantage of that after dinner to relax and enjoy each others company. And we all appreciated a good nights rest in the very comfortable bedding. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quality stay away from it all.

Five Stars Near Surfside

It’s hard to imagine how the hosts could have made this cottage more comfortable or more welcoming. It is beautifully appointed; the kitchen is well equipped; the outdoor area is warm and inviting; and the hosts have anticipated the guests’ every need. The hosts are next door, so readily available but respectful of privacy. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great Property, Great Location

Great communication with the lovely owners; they provided plenty of information prior to check in. The house has all the amenities and supplies you could want. Very quiet - you can hear the waves at night and the birds and horses in the morning. We also loved the outdoor fire pit! Great two week stay!

Five stars is not enough

Property is very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Large nicely kept front yard with patio furniture is perfect for outdoor dining, bbq-ing or just relaxation. Property owners live in the same neighborhood and were very helpful and responsive. This property exceeded my expectations and I truly recommend it anybody who is looking for a clean, well equipped cottage in a beautiful setting.

Wonderful experience

From booking until departure, we had a perfect long weekend in Nantucket. Michael and Clair were so helpful with recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. the cottage was perfection - fully stocked with everything you could want or need and high end linens and towels. Beautiful attention to detail and design while being extremely comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfection

The house is lovely. Nicely constructed with quality furnishings and linens and lots of little touches. It is surrounded by plantings that create an oasis . One can leave the doors open and fall sleep to the sound of waves on the nearby beach. The beach is a quick walk down the road, and beach chairs/umbrellas /etc were provided. The hosts were gracious and friendly, and respectful of our privacy. Would love to stay there every year.

Sweet, sweet cottage

Mike and Claire are the perfect host. The cottage has everything you would ever need. This was our third summer here at the cottage. Perfect for my husband and I along with my son and his wife. We look forward to returning next year.

Lovely Cottage

Michael & Clair’s cottage was wonderful!! Great secluded location, but very easy to get around the island. It was perfect for 4 guests with privacy. Beautifully renovated bathrooms, etc. They were stocked with everything we needed, from coffee to umbrellas & beach towels. Clair was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We will definitely return!!

This was the nicest stay at a rental property I've ever had. The house is spotless, beautiful and extremely well appointed. It's in a nice central location. The owners went above and beyond to answer questions, accommodate needs, make sure we were happy, etc. Highly highly recommend!

My family LOVED this rental. Michael and Clair were wonderful hosts and the house was just lovely (the photos don't do it justice!). Everything was immaculately clean and well taken care of, both inside and out. All of the details were fantastic: the softest coziest blankets, a well stocked kitchen, eclectic book selection, beach chairs + towels provided, and fire pit and patio were amazing. You can hear the waves crashing! The house is right on the bike path, a major perk for us. My family had an amazing trip. We can't wait to come back! Thank you M + C!

Peaceful Surfside Beach Getaway!

Michael and Cláir were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were very accommodating and helpful with local recommendations. The cottage is even better than pictured! It is tucked away in a private, peaceful setting with easy access to the beach or into town! Inside, the cottage was so charming and nicely updated! Comfy beds, well stocked, and thoughtful touches inside & out! Sparkly clean throughout! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend to others!
