På en lugn gata en mil från staden erbjuder denna Cape Cod stuga tre sovrum med badrum på övervåningen och nedervåningen, ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, öppen spis, kabel-TV, en uteplats med möbler, grill och slutna utomhusdusch. Uppfarten ger parkering för tre fordon. Det finns två sovrum på övervåningen ett med en queen size-säng och det andra med två enkelsängar. Den nedre sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Bottenvåningen har en öppen kök matplats. Det finns hårda trägolv i hela huset med undantag för övervåningen.

Nice location away from town

Older furnishings but very clean. Nice yard, surrounded by forest to give privacy from neighbors. Quiet area. Our main suggestion would be to provide something other than a half used jar of instant coffee to go with the coffee maker. Some coffee to actually brew would be nice.

Wow! We thought it was a 2 bedroom. It was a 3 bedroom plus 2 bathrooms, two amazing floors? Impeccably clean and well appointed. I highly recommend this property. It could sleep at least 8 people.i almost never left the cottage because it was so cozy! My only negative is...no handrails to get in and outside for fun. I have neuropathy

Fantastic stay

Wonderful family vacation! Great location to town and surfside beach You do need bikes as it is about a mile to town or you can always take an Uber. We hope to be back next year.

Relaxing place

Second year in a row we’ve stayed here with the family, so we know what we’re getting. Location is a little out of town, but everything is very accessible by bike- beach downtown, Bartlett’s Farm (can’t be missed for sandwiches, pre made dinners, etc). Mary, the owner, is wonderful. A very relaxing place- we love it!

Wonderful home on Nantucket

This home is wonderful and so is Mary! The house is so convenient to town, spacious, is in a beautiful neighborhood and has everything you may need. I highly recommend and will absolutely be returning.

Perfect Family Location in Nantucket

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Mary was a wonderful host and her home was perfect for our family of 5. It has all the amenities of home, is near bike trails and not too far from town. We used Clyde’s cab to shuttle around when needed. We would whole heartedly recommend Mary’s home to anyone looking to stay on Nantucket.
