Thank you for your review. We’re glad you liked the view and found the cleaning solid. We’re sorry the beds and bathrooms fell short, that the basement washroom clog and water pressure issue wasn’t handled more quickly, and that communication felt unwelcoming. We also apologize for any confusion or repeated requests about payment details after a Vrbo booking. We’ll review our response process and payment communication so guests don’t have to chase these items. We appreciate the detailed scores and hope to provide a smoother experience next time.

4/10 Dåligt

Gillade inte: Incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet
The check-in process is not customer friendly at all. I had to call multiple times for a check in code. The host was not responsive at all with very long wait time for a response (sometimes overnight). The driving directions are the worst as the Google map will take you through a 45-50 degree incline to reach the apartment while there is a back road access available. The incline was very dangerous for 7 seater cars. The lower floor in the apartment had a deck outside which wasn't clean. The property is listed for 32 people but the hot water is just enough for 10-12. I had to call multiple times for a maintenance person to come and fix it and it wasn't fixed even after those requests. It wasn't worth the money at all and wouldn't recommend at all. There is no parking space for more than 5 cars even after the property sleeps 32.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry the check-in process and response times were frustrating. That is something we take seriously and are working to improve. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. We have a 9.6 rating with 95 reviews. The driveway is a concrete drive and is not as steep as described. There is parking for more than five vehicles. The property also has several large hot water heaters, and this is the first time we have received this type of feedback after many stays. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will continue working to make check-in and communication smoother.

Absolutely beautiful views! This cabin was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. We cooked every meal so this was perfect. We had plenty plates and cutlery. We would like to see a crockpot or 2. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I would recommend it to anyone that loves nature. We hope to visit again
