This is my family's third time staying at this property which should say it all. The beautiful decks provide plenty of space for our entire family and are perfect if you wish to dine outside. There are plenty of kayaks for everyone and we basically lived on the lake. The convenience of shops should you need to grab something for your visit is also a plus. The hosts are also very responsive if you have a question. Donna & Joe, thank you so much for sharing your home with us again!

The home was absolutely beautiful! We were pleasantly surprised by several personal touches, such as a welcome bag with s'mores supplies and hand soap in every bathroom. The home was also incredibly clean. It was the perfect spot to celebrate our son's graduation from Davidson, and just as perfect for our fur baby, Peanut! Having access to the kayaks and paddle boats made it a wonderful mini-getaway. We definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Amazing visit!!

We really enjoyed this property. Great private cove and a perfect location in Lake Norman. The beaches were great for the kids and the fishing was awesome.

Nice sunsets easy access to town

Location was just a few minutes from restaurants, gas and groceries. Sunsets were beautiful. Property was clean and comfortable.

Family vacation

A very nice property and location provided a quiet place to do nothing. The house is well equipped for cookouts and eating in. We would certainly go back again.

There is so much space for a family to enjoy everything from paddle boating or kayaking to the firepit to game nights indoors! The kitchen has every dish or utensil that you might need and well-organized. Check in and out are so simple-we will be return renters.

Great deck!

Robyn’s Nest was a wonderful and relaxing home to visit. A great view of Lake Norman from a large comfortable deck. We were there for a short weekend however it was very relaxing and our family enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving stay

My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving at the Robyn’s Nest! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, and casserole dishes as well as basic essentials. We enjoyed the large dining table and the big comfy couch! It was a great stay!

We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and relaxing by the lake. The upper deck provided plenty of space for our family of 6. The host is very responsive though we really didn’t need anything during our stay.

Exceptional outdoor area!

This property was so perfect with an adorable beach and great dock! The location was so convenient to restaurants on the water and to any emergency shopping you may need. The inside was so clean and comfortable with any amenity you may need. The hosts have thought of everything inside and out and this was a perfect lake vacation!

Robyn’s Nest

Beautiful, calm cove created a perfect location for our family gathering. Our host was welcoming and always available for questions. The house met all of our needs and the decks were spectacular for sunset watching.

Excellent Lake House

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at this wonderful house. Great location - close enough to everything you would want or need, but peaceful enough to feel like you are away from it all. The house is well stocked, furniture is great and we appreciated all of the outside seating options. The hosts were amazing as well!

Perfect family getaway!

We have stayed here twice now. The first time with friends and the second with family. The house was great and the property was perfect with kids having the beach and kayaks. We fished off the dock almost every night, boated, swam, and had s’mores by the fire.

Great location! The house was well stocked with pots, pans, and spices. It was very clean and spacious. You have your own private beach and dock so we were able to keep our boat there. They also have plenty of kayaks and life jackets. Great location just across from the launch ramp if you bring your own boat and close to town to run to the grocery store.

Very relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable place at Lake Norman. The house was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for a great week. The beach and inlet area was perfect for the little ones and the big kids loved fishing off the dock. Rocking chairs and fire pit were icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us we will be back.
