Vackert renoverade 2 sovrum, 2 badrum hem ligger i ett lugnt område inom 4-5 kvarter med 2 stränder! Carmel River State Beach och Carmel City Beach.

Köket, vardagsrummet och matplatsen är rymliga och bekväma för små sammankomster av familj eller vänner.

Ditt hem hemifrån, njut av uteplatsen, laga mat i köket eller på grillen och äta ute vid gasvärmaren. Och när kvällen svalnar, suger du upp med din favoritroman när du tänder upp kakelgaskåpan eller njut av en av dina favoritfilmer på HDTV-plattan från vår filmsamling eller spela en egen på vår Blueray DVD spelare. Comcast lägger till 140 kanaler plus HBO, och wifi är också tillgängligt.

Detta vackra hem är under nytt ägande. Det har varit en välskött semesterbostad i flera år. Ingen havsutsikt, men så nära kan du höra havet surfa på natten. Den tidigare ägaren hade underbara recensioner av hemmet och en 5/5 betyg. Det finns en gäst enhet bakom huvudhuset, men vi hyr bara ut den främre enheten just nu. Båda enheterna delar en uppfart och är helt separata och privata.

Excellent return trip!

Enjoyed our second stay at Beachwalk just as much as the first time! The location is great! Sandy and Alec are excellent hosts who think of everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend a stay here and look forward to returning in the future!

Peaceful retreat

This home was absolutely perfect for our trip! The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the beach and minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Mission Ranch. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful garden patio that we loved spending time in. The hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a truly magical stay, we’d come back in a heartbeat!

A Sweet Cottage in an Ideal Location

This is a beautiful and well appointed home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby beaches and neighborhoods full of quaint architecture are footsteps away. The owner Sandy is very friendly and has paid great attention to detail regarding necessities. Our family loved the time spent here and hope to return!

The perfect get away.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this, by far was the absolute BEST. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could ever imagine you might need. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful home base while exploring the area.

Cute Cottage with Great Patio and Garden

Absolutely clean everywhere. Very comfortable to relax indoors and outside on the patio with all the varied plants and occasionally hearing the sound of the ocean. Short walk to beach.

Spring break getaway

The house was located in a cute neighborhood close to beaches and easy to walk to nice restaurants. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed in the house. The patio had beautiful gardens and lots of birds. Would love to stay again!

Amazing House!

We loved this house! The location was so perfect! A few minutes walk to 2 beaches that were so gorgeous! The house was decorated so great and had everything that we needed! The beds were very comfortable! The house was spotless. Excellent communication from the owner and they have a great welcome book that has a lot of fantastic suggestions! Oh my highly recommend this property! We walked to the shops in Carmel, and we're so glad that we did as parking was difficult to find, and it was a very easy walk. We hope to be back again someday!

Perfect!

This lovely home has it ALL for a Carmel stay. Three of us stayed for almost a week in June and it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The host has thought of everything including every utensil you can think of. Nice glassware and silverware- we didn’t feel we were relegated to using garage sale finds as so many other rentals seem to provide. We walked several blocks to both beaches everyday and walked about a mile to downtown. It’s a gorgeous walk and you get to enjoy Carmel’s whimsical architecture and gardens! Listening to the waves crashing while enjoying a glass of wine around the firepit can’t be beat!We will absolutely book another stay at Sandy and Alec’s place again.

Charming stay in a unique neighborhood

We had a marvelous stay with beaches and restaurants at our fingertips. The amenities in the house were lovely and comfortable. We can’t wait to stay again next year and make it an annual visit!

Lovely neighborhood

The location was in a quiet neighborhood but there was repairs being done to the street and there was a noisy dog next door. The master bedroom was nice but the second bedroom was so so. The main bathroom was functional but had poor lighting and an awkward door handle. The wi-fi continuously dropped its signal which made using it a pain. Aside from that the accommodation was lovely.

Quiet and cozy❤️

Loved our stay at this sweet home. The owners were close by in case we needed any assistance,they were welcoming and gracious. The home was well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils which make home cooking so easy. The front courtyard area in the mornings was a favorite Listening to the songbirds❤️❤️

Wonderful Property and Stay

We just spent over a week at this wonderful property and absolutely loved it. It was a great location, and nice house with all the amenities. Very clean and did not reek of plug in air fresheners. The owners thought of everything-games,puzzles,books, beach towels/chairs,etc. we will definitely be back soon!

We gravitate to the ocean and beaches. Having made frequent trips to Monterey and Carmel over the years, we recently decided to move to the coast. Our dogs love walking on the two beautiful beaches! And within walking distance of downtown Carmel, the shops, the restaurants ....

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Two rather different beaches to walk to: The long main, gently sloping Carmel city beach, and the changeable, more steep and wild Carmel River State beach with its inner quiet river front and meadow.

A 20 minute walk through forested neighborhoods to Ocean Avenue and favorite restaurants and shops.
