Great location. Exactly what we were looking for. Clean and comfortable. Steps to the beach. Convenient to dining, shopping and site seeing in the area, The kids enjoyed the resort amenities like the pool and pickleball courts. Definitely would stay there again.

We had a fun second summer at this amazing ground floor condo! It was just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Perfect for my husband and adult children! Easy check in process and everything was clean! Can’t wait to stay again!

Condo and property as described. Very clean and accommodating. The entire complex was very well kept and quiet. Easy walk to two pools and a walkway to the beach. Host Rodney and Jane were very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this condo. Would give it a 10

We love the location of this condo, so close to stores, restaurants, and a short drive to historic old St. Augustine. The sofa and bed are very comfortable, TVs in LR and BR are great, and also shower in master bedroom has nice pressure. The beach and the jacuzzi are only steps away!

Nice, quiet, clean home, close to the beach (no view from home) but enjoyed the chance to discover Anastasia Island as well as the rest of St. Augustine.

Trip to St Augustine

Rental was so easy, booked on line and was provided all I needed to start family vacation! Check in was smooth as all we did was get our door code by email and the app and our parking pass and we were good to go!

Love Staying at This Great Value Beach Condo

This is the second winter we have stayed in this unit and it is so close to the beautiful, clean beach and also just a few steps to the relaxing jacuzzi. The bed and living room furniture are both very comfortable. We love the easy keyless entry and the owners are always quick to respond to any questions. We plan to stay here again!

We had the best time, enjoying the St Augustine area, did, and especially the beach! I loved how close this is to the beach. The property was the perfect size for us - very cozy. We’ll definitely be back!

Labor Day getaway

This little condo gave us everything we could have wanted. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath just steps from the beach. Almost everything we needed was in walking distance including great restaurants. This will definitely be my new spot when looking for a a getaway to St. Augustine Beach!
