Välkommen till vår lägenhet (St Augustine Beach, Ocean & Racquet Resort-ett privat område) på den vackra vita stränder Anastasia Island, St Augustine Beach, Florida. Vår väl anlagda, familj orienterade lägenhet är en bottenvåning hörn. Du har lätt tillgång (bara några steg) till fastigheternas privata gated promenadstråk som korsar dynerna leder till orörda vidsträckta stränder och den fantastiska Atlanten! Njut av poolerna (en uppvärmd), både ca 150 meter från lägenheten, bubbelbadkar (5 Jacuzzi-en är bara några steg bort), nyligen ombyggda tända tennisbanor och (snart) upplysta pickle bollbanor, Bocce Ball court och en racket bollplan. Ta med metspö för surf fiske och damm fiske på fastigheten.
Vi har nya porslin golv i hela plus en ny värme / kyla enhet som är extra tyst. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med nyligen ombyggda privat badrum / step-in kakel dusch och stor platt-TV. Vi har enkelsängar i gästrummet och plattskärms-TV. Det fullt utrustade köket har granitbänkskivor, kylskåp med ismaskin, slät toppsortiment och stor mikrovågsugn. Vardagsrummet har Smart plattskärms-TV, soffa, soffa och nya skjutdörrar som öppnar på en privat kaklat uteplats. Gratis, snabb / säker internet tillhandahålls. Vi har en bärbar dator notering måste attraktioner och menyer från våra favoritrestauranger.
Vi ligger bara några minuter från stan och många attraktioner. Var noga och ta en lugn häst och vagn runt "gamla" St Augustine. Missa inte den 17: e århundradet fort, Castillo de Marcos eller historiska St Augustine fyr / museet plus många andra historiska platser och attraktioner. St Augustine grundades år 1565 är den äldsta staden i USA. Vi välkomnar dina mail eller text eftersom vi vill att du ska ha en fantastisk semester i vår lägenhet på vackra Anastasia Island / St Augustine Beach.

Love Staying at This Great Value Beach Condo

This is the second winter we have stayed in this unit and it is so close to the beautiful, clean beach and also just a few steps to the relaxing jacuzzi. The bed and living room furniture are both very comfortable. We love the easy keyless entry and the owners are always quick to respond to any questions. We plan to stay here again!

Fabulous property and stay

The condo was very clean with all the necessities provided. The hosts were very helpful. The property is beside the swimming pool and steps from the ocean. My husband walked to the beach every day. The property is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

We love St Augustine!

We had a great visit once again in St Augustine and we really enjoyed our first stay at St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. It was very easy communicating with the owners and they were very responsive to our needs. Master bedroom was nice and roomy and bed was comfortable. Location to the beach and pool were fantastic.

Still a great place to stay

We’ve stayed here three years now. It’s cozy and so close to the beach. This year we had our adult daughter with us for a week of the 2 weeks we stayed. Love having a toaster oven to warm up leftovers. We will be back!

Trip to St Augustine

Rental was so easy, booked on line and was provided all I needed to start family vacation! Check in was smooth as all we did was get our door code by email and the app and our parking pass and we were good to go!

We had the best time, enjoying the St Augustine area, did, and especially the beach! I loved how close this is to the beach. The property was the perfect size for us - very cozy. We’ll definitely be back!

Labor Day getaway

This little condo gave us everything we could have wanted. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath just steps from the beach. Almost everything we needed was in walking distance including great restaurants. This will definitely be my new spot when looking for a a getaway to St. Augustine Beach!

Family Vacation

The property was clean, quiet, and had easy access to the beach and pool. Not far from downtown and many restaurants. We also enjoyed fishing at the pond on the property. We appreciated the kitchen supplies to be able to cook when we wanted. It was a wonderful week and we would stay here again.

A Fabulous Vacation

Very comfortable…great bed…great TVs (all important) Recliners were wonderful. Jane & Rod super helpful to help us find stores & restaurants. Great Wifi. And a few steps from the beach. A very relaxing time away from it all. Thank you for making our stay so perfect!

Rest for the weary

The condo was very nice. Comfortable. Loved the recliners. We loved having hot tubs, pools and ocean so close to the condo as my 90 yr old father was with us. All within walking distance.

Lovely Condo on the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo on the beach. It was in a great location with regard to the rest of St Augustine, and the beach is just steps away, so we enjoyed that. It was very clean, and also was in a nice quiet neighborhood that seemed very safe and secure. We were a bit surprised that things like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags were absent. Whenever we stay somewhere, we always do the vacation grocery shopping trip, but we arrived late the night before Thanksgiving Day, so there weren’t very many stores open, and I was struggling to find a place open to buy coffee! Another note, I had next-to-no cell service, so I couldn’t open the email/app with the lock information. Totally my fault, but I would recommend printing that. I thought we were going to have to call Mr and Mrs Abernathy very late at night to be able to get in, but luckily my husband has an awesome memory, so we could avoid doing that! Overall, great place to stay. I would just be sure to bet very well stocked.

Best home away from home ever!!!

Cozy, extra clean, full kitchen & appliances, parking up front, beach a very short walk away (just cross the sand dune!) Beds super comfortable. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. 2 swimming pools nearby, Jacuzzis in the internal building patios. Surf & fish. Publix 5 min away. Dollar Tree next to Publix with everything just one dollar! San Augustine attractions 30 min away, start with the Trolley tour! Schooner Freedom was amazing!

Beach Condo

We stayed here March 2022. The condo is very comfortable, we loved being on ground floor, so close to the beach and one of the hot tubs. Having the 2nd bedroom and bath were great for having friends join us during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked but on the small side with not much room for food storage. We ate out most of the time, and so was not an issue for us. This location is the best option for a longer stay in the area in my opinion. I loved being close to St. A but on the beach and away from downtown. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice property and area

We loved our stay in St. Augustine. The overall property was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Our condo was more than adequate, but I missed some of the extras that were not provided. In fairness, the listing did mention it, but have stayed other places that provide more, such as trash bags and small bottles of dish soap. Encountered 3 snakes…one crossing in front of me on the patio and others on the boardwalk to the beach. Keep your eyes open and don’t leave the patio door open! All in all a nice place to stay.

My wife and I are retired educators that fell in love with beautiful St. Augustine many years ago. We live in the foothills of the mountains north of Atlanta, Ga.. We are big college football fans---a house totally divided. I am a Roll Tide Alabama fan and Rodney is a Dawg---that's a Georgia Bull Dog.

Many years ago, we fell in love with beautiful St Augustine. Not only does it have gorgeous wide beaches, it also has the luxury of interesting and historic features in quaint Olde Town St. Augustine. Wait until you cross the Bridge of Lions--you too will fall in love!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Park and walk about 10 steps to enter our condo. From our patio--turn right and walk about 150 yards to the beach or turn left and go about 150 yards to both pools. Head out front door and walk about 20 steps and you can enjoy one of the 5 Jazucci's .
