Välkommen till vår lägenhet (St Augustine Beach, Ocean & Racquet Resort-ett privat område) på den vackra vita stränder Anastasia Island, St Augustine Beach, Florida. Vår väl anlagda, familj orienterade lägenhet är en bottenvåning hörn. Du har lätt tillgång (bara några steg) till fastigheternas privata gated promenadstråk som korsar dynerna leder till orörda vidsträckta stränder och den fantastiska Atlanten! Njut av poolerna (en uppvärmd), både ca 150 meter från lägenheten, bubbelbadkar (5 Jacuzzi-en är bara några steg bort), nyligen ombyggda tända tennisbanor och (snart) upplysta pickle bollbanor, Bocce Ball court och en racket bollplan. Ta med metspö för surf fiske och damm fiske på fastigheten.
Vi har nya porslin golv i hela plus en ny värme / kyla enhet som är extra tyst. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med nyligen ombyggda privat badrum / step-in kakel dusch och stor platt-TV. Vi har enkelsängar i gästrummet och plattskärms-TV. Det fullt utrustade köket har granitbänkskivor, kylskåp med ismaskin, slät toppsortiment och stor mikrovågsugn. Vardagsrummet har Smart plattskärms-TV, soffa, soffa och nya skjutdörrar som öppnar på en privat kaklat uteplats. Gratis, snabb / säker internet tillhandahålls. Vi har en bärbar dator notering måste attraktioner och menyer från våra favoritrestauranger.
Vi ligger bara några minuter från stan och många attraktioner. Var noga och ta en lugn häst och vagn runt "gamla" St Augustine. Missa inte den 17: e århundradet fort, Castillo de Marcos eller historiska St Augustine fyr / museet plus många andra historiska platser och attraktioner. St Augustine grundades år 1565 är den äldsta staden i USA. Vi välkomnar dina mail eller text eftersom vi vill att du ska ha en fantastisk semester i vår lägenhet på vackra Anastasia Island / St Augustine Beach.

We love the location of this condo, so close to stores, restaurants, and a short drive to historic old St. Augustine. The sofa and bed are very comfortable, TVs in LR and BR are great, and also shower in master bedroom has nice pressure. The beach and the jacuzzi are only steps away!

The hosts were great from promptly answering questions prior to booking and after as well. The villa has a great loction ... the building is next to the beach, has a nearby hot tub and a very short walk to the pools. The unit has a well equipped kitchen and both a K-cup and Mr Coffee. This is a ground floor unit with ample parking, but no view of the ocean. However, the walkway over the dune is closeby. The beautiful white sand beach awaits you.My only small issue with the villa was there was no laundry detergent nor bathroom supplies. Not a big deal, but a surprise based on previous rentals.The resort is a short drive to St Augustine and all the city has to offer. A new Publix is a short drive as well as a Winn Dixie.I would return!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The property was very comfortable and well situated for easy access from the car and easy stroll to the beach and the pool. The vibe was peaceful, friendly and relaxing. It was also an easy drive to the downtown area and the inter coastal. We loved it. 4 stars for communication was more about the app than the owners. It was a bit awkward. The owners were very responsive.

Love Staying at This Great Value Beach Condo

This is the second winter we have stayed in this unit and it is so close to the beautiful, clean beach and also just a few steps to the relaxing jacuzzi. The bed and living room furniture are both very comfortable. We love the easy keyless entry and the owners are always quick to respond to any questions. We plan to stay here again!

My husband & adult kids stayed at this condo for a summer beach getaway. It was in an excellent location, just a very short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beautiful beach! The condo was clean & perfect for our family. I liked the keyless entry so we never had to worry about taking a key to the beach. The pool & hot tub are very close to the condo and clean. Close to restaurants, grocery store, & downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 minute drive. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. We will be back for sure!

Great location

Hosts were great, answered every question we had and even gave us some restaurant suggestions that were perfect. Great proximity to the beach, so we went out for sunrises and sunsets that were perfect. Pools were great too. We loved the updated shower off the master, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also very nice. We go through a lot of ice and the ice maker kept up the whole time, that was a huge plus. Sometimes is the little things, but their sharp knives were actually sharp. It made cutting those fresh Georgia peaches we bought super easy. Would definitely consider coming back here if and when we make another trip to St Augustine.

We love St Augustine!

We had a great visit once again in St Augustine and we really enjoyed our first stay at St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. It was very easy communicating with the owners and they were very responsive to our needs. Master bedroom was nice and roomy and bed was comfortable. Location to the beach and pool were fantastic.

Trip to St Augustine

Rental was so easy, booked on line and was provided all I needed to start family vacation! Check in was smooth as all we did was get our door code by email and the app and our parking pass and we were good to go!

Labor Day getaway

This little condo gave us everything we could have wanted. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath just steps from the beach. Almost everything we needed was in walking distance including great restaurants. This will definitely be my new spot when looking for a a getaway to St. Augustine Beach!

My wife and I are retired educators that fell in love with beautiful St. Augustine many years ago. We live in the foothills of the mountains north of Atlanta, Ga.. We are big college football fans---a house totally divided. I am a Roll Tide Alabama fan and Rodney is a Dawg---that's a Georgia Bull Dog.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Many years ago, we fell in love with beautiful St Augustine. Not only does it have gorgeous wide beaches, it also has the luxury of interesting and historic features in quaint Olde Town St. Augustine. Wait until you cross the Bridge of Lions--you too will fall in love!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Park and walk about 10 steps to enter our condo. From our patio--turn right and walk about 150 yards to the beach or turn left and go about 150 yards to both pools. Head out front door and walk about 20 steps and you can enjoy one of the 5 Jazucci's .
