Villa Casa Palma har ett exceptionellt läge med en fantastisk havsutsikt.
Husets exponering beror söderut. Närheten till havet gör huset alltid svalt och trevligt nog.
Husets alla levande områden har havsutsikt.
Huset har många utrymmen belägna i 3 olika våningar:
- Vid poolnivå finns det tre sovrum med utsikt över poolen och havet, samt ett stort badrum (med badkar och dusch) och separat toalett.
-på första våningen finns en vardagsrumssal, ett stort kök och ett fjärde sovrum med havsutsikt och eget badrum. En stor och trevlig terrass är utrustad med ett sommarkök (grill) och ett täckt område.
-på övre plan finns en takterrass omvandlad till en lounge med en fantastisk panoramautsikt.
Villan är omgiven av en 1000 m2 anlagd trädgård.
Läget är lugnt men ändå nära centrum av Luz.
Luz-stranden (Praia da Luz) är lättillgänglig till fots med en stig längs havet 100 m från villan (ungefär en fjärdedel till fots) och ligger bara några minuter med bil. Byn Luz erbjuder alla butiker, daglig marknad, stormarknad, butiker, många barer och restauranger. Luz-stranden erbjuder många vattensporter (vindsurfing, segling, vattenskidor, wakeboard, surfing, båtturer ...)
Burgau Beach i väster ligger inom gångavstånd.
Staden Lagos ligger 10 minuter med bil eller buss som går vid foten av domänen. Lagos är en charmig historisk stad omgiven av vallar, som har ett pittoreskt centrum. Det finns alla butiker (stor Lagos-marknad varje dag), butiker, barer, restauranger, nattliv och den stora marinan med alla båtturer tillgängliga (grottor, delfinupptäckt ...).
Bortsett från den vackra stranden i Luz, finns det andra lika magnifika stränder i närheten: Ponta da Piedade och dess grottor, Dona Ana, Meia Praia, Porto do Mos ...
Luz ligger i utkanten av Southwest Alentejo Natural Park, Vicentine Coast, ett surfers paradis, med de fantastiska havsstränderna i Amado, Arrifana och andra ...
Casa Palma underhålls noggrant och regelbundet. Utsidan av villan har totalrenoverats. Alla rum är inredda med omsorg. De flesta av möbler för inredning och yttre är nyligen.

Great house and view. Walk on beautiful coastal paths right from house. All was as advertised and perfect. Luz is a very nice small town with enough restaurants to enjoy and a beautiful beach.

Relaxing stay, glorious location

Super week with family relaxing in this beautifully located villa. Sublime views from all the terraces -when we did tear ourselves away we enjoyed coastal walks to Lagos & Burgau. Fully equipped kitchen meant eating in was easy & again enabled us to make the most of the lovely living space & terrace overlooking the pool.

This villa is simply stunning. The view was amazing and the photographs do not do it justice. We have fallen in love with Portugal and cant wait to go back.

We have just returned from the most wonderful holiday at this villa with 4 adults and three younger children. The view is spectacular and the living area and outside space has been finished to such a high standard. Marie was very responsive prior to the trip and Margarida was great and so quick to respond during our stay. The standout part of the trip for us was the panoramic view and balcony overlooking it - you get the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It’s easy to walk into Luz (approx 30m at a leisurely pace) and they were also laying a road while we were there so this should be even easier by next year. Uber very easy too or you can get delivery from local supermarkets like Continente in Lagos (via Uber eats) for a minimal delivery fee. We were slightly worried about the lack of air con but the constant sea breeze meant it was perfectly pleasant and there were fans for some of the rooms if needed. There are also window / door shutters which block out the light for anyone who needs blackout to sleep. Our baby slept really well in the cot. There are some games for adults and children, books and a tv which connected to Netflix if you have an account (and others). Outside there are two drying racks. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of cooking utensils, crockery, glasses (including plastic glasses) etc. BBQ is also great! Altogether great hosts, lovely clean and beautifully decorated villa and overall a wonderful experience - we look forward to returning!

Amazing

Absolutely fantastic Villa, we all enjoyed thoroughly, plenty of space for a large family. Definitely would recommend, probably a good idea to have a car, although there is a bus and it’s 30mins walk into Luz.

Perfect Holiday

We enjoyed the Villa Casa Palma very much. The Villa is well equipped with everything you need. The Pool is perfect for swimming with small children. The View is a dream, we even saw dolphins multible times. We will certainly be coming back.

Beautiful villa, stunning views

This is a beautiful villa about 23 mins walk from Praia Da Luz town. The pictures are great but in reality it’s bigger than it looks. The layout of the balcony and terrace means two families or parents and kids can have two separate outside areas. Would definitely go again.

Amazing Villa

Words cannot describe this Villa. It is perfect. The views are so beautiful from all bedrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony and pool area. Kitchen is very well equipped, with everything needed. The villa is very spacious, lovely interior design and very clean. Checking in and out all very easy, warm and friendly. We have been holidaying in Portugal for many years and this is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in. We hope to be back next year. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your amazing villa.

We had 5 family members together after a German wedding celebration. The house was amazing, the photos are accurate. The area is lovely. The kitchen was well equipped but we ate out most of the time. Margharita was very through in our check in. Highly recommended.

Wonderful

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this lovely Villa. Natacha gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around. The Villa was very clean and had everything that we needed. Wonderful!

A lovely well-appointed villa. We enjoyed many meals in with the charcoal grill and well-stocked kitchen and pantry. The central living area is spacious and conducive to groups. The outdoor space offers multiple seating areas and a beautiful pool and side garden. A quick walk down the hill places one at the coastal trail. The bedrooms offer comfy beds and linens, one master bedroom upstairs with adjoining bath, three bedrooms downstairs with a hall bath. We had a great time - two couples and two other friends, for one week I. October 2024

Beautiful Home/Amazing Gardens

The only constructive comments I will give, which are minor compared to the overall enjoyment of the property would be to change the sheer, small curtains in the washrooms to something with a little more coverage as these windows can be viewed from the street as well as the gardeners/pool maintenance people, and to consider improving the beds/bedding and linens/towels. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the necessary cookware. The house is beautiful with a breathtaking view for coffee every morning! The location was convenient with only a short drive to everything we wanted to visit. The gardens were amazing with such gorgeous flowers and vegetation.

Fabulous family holiday in September 2019

We were a family of 6 adults and we found that the villa was both elegant and spacious enough for us all to enjoy hanging out together as well as relaxing in our own space. The villa was spotlessly clean throughout and the swimming pool immaculate. We took full advantage of dining both inside and (mostly) al fresco. The views from the villa were absolutely spectacular and given the location between Luz and Burgau, it was incredibly peaceful. The rooftop terrace was an unexpected surprise and we often watched the sunrise and sunset from there. The supermarkets were a short drive away and coastal walks to the beaches right on our doorstep. We had everything we needed for a truly relaxing family holiday and we would recommend the villa to all our friends.

Perfect for small family reunion

This property exceeded our expectations. Great for family reunions, as the younger guests can enjoy their own space when they want, and all can gather for a meal at either of two full size dining areas, inside and outside. Gorgeous ocean view, all rooms have sliding doors onto the decks. Master on main is very private from the 3 bedrooms downstairs. Decor is just lovely through the whole house. Kitchen fully equipped, bring your own consumables including kitchen/bathroom trash bags, charcoal for bbq and laundry tabs. Lovely walk along the beach trail to Praia da Luz where there are plenty of restaurant choices. Easy private parking for our 2 vehicles. Lots of homes on this site are highly ranked, this one definitely deserves a 10/10.

Ideal location and views of the sea

We loved the quiet location of the villa, it’s a 25 minute walk to Luz along the coast path. Burgau is also worth a visit and Lagos is a short drive or Uber ride away for the larger supermarkets and activities - recommend sea kayaking. We were very lucky with the weather so enjoyed spending time on the balcony and around the pool enjoying the sea view as well. The kitchen was well equipped, it was great to find herbs and condiments in the cupboard. The villa was very clean on arrival. Margarida was easily contactable and let us drop our bags there after an early flight until the 4pm check in. The only things that could be improved are minor - better information in the visitors book about local walks and the recycling of the rubbish etc. The single beds are lightweight and not really suitable for adults, a parasol for the pool area would be nice plus pillow protectors please. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return to the area and the villa.

Amazing Villa with views

This villa is lovely and has one of the most beautiful views we have ever experienced. It is situated at a level that gives you the best view of the water. The villa is large. It has a full kitchen and large dining and living room area. We utilized the patio every evening either having dinner or just enjoying the incredible views. Watching the light from the moon light over the water is incredible. The lower level offers a pool and lounge chairs while still enjoying the water views. We walked into Luz for dinner and groceries. Generally took an uber back to the villa. We went to Lagos for a day. Enjoyed sardines for lunch and walking around the town. This is an extraordinary villa and we hope to return one day. The owner Sandra and her manager and house keeper were all wonderful. Thank you Sandra for sharing your beautiful villa with us.

Gerat view, nice place

We were 4 couples who have travelled extensively together over the years and finally got to Portugal. Our stay at Casa de Mar was very good. The view overlooking the ocean was stunning. The full moon during our stay was awesome. We used the pool and patio quite abit after a long day of exploring the Algarve. The floor plan of the house worked well for our group. Fitting in showers for 8 people with just 2 full bathrooms was a bit of a challenge but we were aware of that when we booked. So no complaint there, just be aware. Overall the house worked very well for us and the pictures are very representative. A nice surprise was that there are a fair number of good restaurants right in Luz We were expecting to have to go into Lagos a fair bit but found getting into Luz was easy and inexpensive via Bolt. Try l’Esgargot, a five minute walk down the road at the little local hotel. The food is good and Fabio the waiter is a hoot. Communications with the host and check in went well I guess the only thing to be aware of is there is no air-conditioning in the place and except for one couple found the rooms to be comfortable with the fans provided I’m thinking it would be a little hotter in July and August. To wrap it up the listing is very accurate and we all had a very good stay.

Wonderful property with amazing views

Wonderful property with amazing views in a very pleasant part of Algarve. Nice beaches all around. Some really good restaurant i Luz and Lagos is just 15 minutes away by car. The description and pictures of the property was spot on. We'll recommend it for any of our friends and everyone else any day :)
