Welcome to our villa Brisa do Mar, a deluxe 3 bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned with a heated pool.
The villa is situated in the popular area of Porto de MĂłs. The beautiful golden sandy beach of Porto de MĂłs is about a 5 minute walk away with a couple of really good restaurants. A few minutes in the car and you are in the center of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbeled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and markets.
Brisa do Mar is 210 sqm, has sea views and three bedrooms for 6 (7) persons and is tastefully furnished with every comfort to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. From the living room and dining area you reach the illuminated swimming pool (9x6 meters) with terrace and sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. If you are looking for a shadow there is a comfortable lounge with seating and a lovely dining area with barbecue and outside kitchen.
The villa has a modern security system and plenty of space for parking inside automatic gates. All rooms in the house have air-conditioning and automatic shutters for windows and patio doors.
Fiber internet with wireless wifi throughout the villa.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped with all amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso and Moccamaster coffeemaker) and dishwasher as well as a welcoming living room, dining room with seating for eight people and a tiled bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the upper floor there are three generous bedrooms with king size beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, own furnished balcony, private tiled bathroom with shower, bathtub and bidet.
The beach Porto de MĂłs is beautiful and one of many amazing beaches in the region such as Praia Dona Ana and Meia Praia. In the marina you can rent a boat for a trip around the dramatic coastline. There are many opportunities for golf. Boavista Golf & Spa Resort is located two kilometers from the house and another five golf courses, such as Onyria Palmares, are within 30 minutes drive. There is also a wide variety of other activities such as padel, tennis, hiking, kite surfing, wakeboarding, kayaking and surfing to name but a few.

Vi Àr ett par frÄn Sverige som flyttat till Portugal och som njuter av livet med familj, vÀnner, resor och god mat. Vi har bÄda arbetat inom bank/finans och Àr i 55 ÄrsÄldern. Tillsammans har vi fem barn som alla lÀmnat hemmet för studier och arbete.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
NÀr vi kom till Porto de Mós första gÄngen och slutligen ocksÄ hittade denna fastigheten insÄg vi att detta var platsen dÀr vi ville bo i framtiden. Vi blev fullstÀndigt förÀlskade i omgivningen med dess spektakulÀra kustlinje och magiska strÀnder alldeles utanför charmiga Lagos. Villan Àr ett perfekt stÀlle för avkoppling och inget Àr bÀttre Àn att slappa vid poolen med nÄgot gott att dricka samtidigt som du njuter under den portugisiska solen. Med 300 soldagar om Äret och en konstant svalkande bris Àr detta det perfekta semesterstÀllet bÄde sommar och vinter.
