The back patio was a mess - it was dirty and needed to be hosed off. The outdoor furniture was bug ridden. (Spiders), some of the chairs were old and cracked. There were insufficient towels - ONE facecloth and ONE hand towel FOR FOUR DAYS STAY! There was no sponge to wash dishes. None of the clocks worked, and all read differently. The lawn was half dead in front and back lawns. There was no access to the shed although it was where bicycles were stored. We left the property a day early. We would not stay at this property again. It would be more suitable for one person rather than two and a dog. My husband is 6’4” and the house is very small including very low ceilings and narrow doorways. Jim’s restaurant was great!

Perfect location!!!

We could not have asked for a better location to stay. We could walk to many restaurants and shops within minutes! And the lake was so close as well.

Cute Cottage

Loved this little cottage! It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The house is attractively furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire place is spotless. My little dog loved the big, fenced back yard. The resident white bunnies are fun to to watch. I’ll definitely be back.

Cute home, pretty neighborhood

The house was clean and cute, although super heavy handed with scented cleaning supplies. The stove and the dryer both only worked in limited capacity. The home was not toddler safe. Overall, it was snug and cozy.

Great Location

Nice small house with great location. Very disappointed that we were not able to use the bikes or chairs located in the shed. Reached out to property manager and they told where the key was to the lock. Key was not there since it was a number combination lock. Did not know the combination, thus we were not able to use them.

Great Get Away

Great little spot to get away that’s still close to all the downtown amenities. A little cold upon arrival, we turned up the heat and walked next door to Moontime for dinner. When we got back it was warmed up and ready to relax. Very clean.

Beautiful home

The location of this home was perfect for us to enjoy a long weekend to visit our daughter at Eastern Washington University. Within walking distance to lake, resort and many awesome restaurants. Loved that it was dog friendly so we could bring her dog for a visit.

Love the stay

Love hicking, so there nice trails near by. Love the night life and the variety of restaurants. Stopped by the herd a live singing group and enjoyed them so much we went post falls to see them the next night. This is the fourth time we have been to couer D lang a nd would come again, would love to come again with our children and their significant others.

Cozy, quiet home with convenient location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Coeur D’Alene and at this home. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the backyard is great. The home is conveniently located near lots of things that CDA has to offer, so we walked almost everywhere we went. We would have liked to use the bikes that a sticker by the door mentioned, but they were locked up with no instructions on how to access and the Vacasa agent never got back to us after acknowledging the question. We would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Accommodation

A home away from home

This beautiful property is located just a mile from the Coeur d’Alene Resort. We walked to events at the resort and enjoyed the quiet streets, wild turkeys and rabbits along the was as well as the beautiful homes. The property itself was so wonderful. It was decorated in a way that was warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the space was practical and organized. We loved everything about it. Thank you to the people that know how to run a vacation rental.

Charming cottage

Such a cozy little cottage. Had everything we needed. And great location. You can walk to a lot of good eats and also to downtown. The local wildlife adds to the charm - turkeys, rabbits and squirrels.

What a precious little house in an ideal part of town. Walkable to everywhere. Nice modern upgrades to a classic house. Our fur baby loved playing in the big backyard. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy Cottage

We really enjoyed this charming house. It had everything we could have asked for: comfy bed and bedding and living room set. We were able to really rest and relax. Kitchen is well equipped. Quiet neighborhood and good backyard for pups. The house is close to downtown with all the good restaurants and shopping. My favorite is Seasons and Tito’s. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway

The location was perfect and near all the downtown areas. Took a drive at night and the downtown shopping strip had cute trees all lit up with clear lights. It was only a few minutes drive but the house was quiet. The house itself was small but it was enough for a small family. We had 2 adults and a teen. The wifi was decent. My boyfriend didn't like the water pressure in the shower but he's very particular. I left my phone behind and my son called it a few times and the house keeper picked it up and eased all my worry. I was thankful for her kindness. The stay was great and the suggestions book was very helpful. We hiked Tubbs Hill after all the suggestions and we had a great time. I definitely recommend this stay.
