Vår lägenhet i källaren är mysig men ändå rymlig. Du kommer att njuta av en bekväm queen size-säng med gåsedundare, plyscha kläder att packa in i, alla bekvämligheter du behöver. Vi har försökt att tänka på allt du behöver för att göra det till en underbar och bekväm vistelse. Vi är stolta över renlighet. Den privata ingången är på baksidan av vårt hem nära parkeringsområdet reserverat för denna studio.

Vi är belägna i ett fantastiskt läge - kvarter från sjön, offentlig strand, Tubbs Hill (vandringsleder), unika restauranger, barer, konstgallerier, shopping, centrum av Coeur d'Alene.

Det finns många saker att se och göra i CDA ~ sommartidskonserter i parken, båt- och jet-skiduthyrning, Ironman Race, Car d 'Alene Car Show, sjöplan, snöskidåkning på en av våra lokala skidorter (Silver Mountain 32 miles , Schweitzer Mountain 59 miles, Lookout Mountain 53 miles).

Cozy

Over all this is a cute and cozy little place to stay. It is close to downtown and you can walk to most things. It ia easy to get to and the owner has almost everything you need if you forget something. I look forward to staying here again.

Great location and studio

We had a wonderful stay. This was a great location for my family and me Location was amazing, very walkable to downtown, and lots of fun activities. The studio was clean and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating.

Short but SWEET

We loved visiting CDA. My husband spent time there 27 years ago and this was his first time going back. The area is magical and this studio was perfect for the two of us.

Convenience on Couer d'Alene

This property is in downtown Couer d'Alene and within walking distance of many things and short drives to everything else. It's a cute little apartment with many amenities.

Nice property nice owners

Stayed for 2 days, nice little studio. Owners super nice and friendly. Only 1/2 mile from the main strip of downtown, walkable or drivable. Will have to duck a little in the studio under certain areas if you are 5’11 or taller. But only walking into kitchen or bed space. I typically hate beds that are not mine but this bed was glorious!

A very comfortable place. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom, but it's a cozy place, so no problem .

Great Coeur d'Alene Hideaway!

Hosts were great, unit was cute and the temp in the unit was nice and cool even with 100 degree weather outside! Perfect for a stay in CDA. Will be back if we stay in CDA again!

Lovely suite for a stay

We were so charmed by this wonderful property that has amazing features so you feel at home — large light filled windows, a wonderful seating area and a roomy kitchen. We were very comfortable! Parking was very easy and the location is also fantastic.

Great, private apartment close to downtown CDA

We loved our stay at this (fairly large) studio. Communication with the hosts was prompt, and while we never met them in-person, they seemed lovely. The place is on a quiet street about a 10-minute walk from downtown and the lakefront park. And it was stocked with everything we needed - and then some. Wifi worked great, and it was nice having a full laundry. As a basement apartment, it was blissfully cool, but the ceilings are a little low for any tall folks out there. Would totally stay again!

Great place to stay

The place is a comfortable basement suite with all amenities that you would need. The bed is super comfy and the location of the house is within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly and engaging…yes we will be staying here again.

Lovely Studio Close to Downtown

This is the 2nd time to stay at Jan and Gary’s 1220 Studio. They are lovely hosts and the studio is extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Nice basement apartment. Had everything you might need. Host available for anything you might need and very friendly. We enjoyed our time in CDA, very close to everything. Host even helped us with out bags when we arrived. Did I mention Friendly, they are so nice.

Cute and cozy!

Convenient spot, just a short walk to town. Very cozy and has everything you need! Comfortable bed. Gary was so nice and greeted me when I arrived, also helped guide me backing into the spot in the rear of the property, also carried my luggage downstairs. Great hosts, would definitely recommend to family/friends staying in town. Thank you Gary & Jan!

We have lived in Coeur d' Alene (Heart of the Awl) over 45 years, and love our city by the lake. We have rented this studio apartment for 8 years to family and friends, but now we want to share it with you!

You will have privacy with all the comforts of a home suite, yet be close to almost everything you may need. I have tried to provide the amenities that I would enjoy while away from home to make you comfortable.

Separate entrance, beautiful tile flooring, safe neighborhood, fenced yard, yet can sit on the porch and watch the neighborhood activities. One block from main street where the 4th of July parade passes by, only blocks to beach and hiking.
