# 426 Seaglass Village Resort. Mycket nära till alla bekvämligheter och klubbhus!

Ny loveseat, stol och ottoman på verandaen! Ny matta i stort rum och nya lock på soffor! Denna stuga på Seaglass Village är den enda modellen som har ett andra halv badrum i Gästrummet !. Det finns också två matsalar och två vardagsrum som är ganska unika i detta samhälle också. Du kommer att vara mycket nära klubbhuset i detta 2 sovrum, 1. 5 bad stuga. Det finns inget behov av extra kostnad med en golfbil! Detta har också centrala luft- och takfläktar i alla rum. Observera att det finns sängar för fyra personer och två full size soffor för personer 5 och 6 !! Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, TV, klocka / radio, takfläkt, 2 nattduksbord, en hämma och gott om lådutrymme. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sängen har en madrass topper och skum topper. Det andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. Den halva badet öppnar till det andra sovrummet. Vardagsrummet har två full size soffor för extra sittplatser. Det finns också gratis WiFi, och du har möjlighet att ansluta till Netflix och Pandora på den helt nya TV-apparaten via Blu-Ray-spelaren! Vardagsrummet är fyllt med böcker, dvd-skivor och spel. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver förbereda och njuta av middagar och drycker och det finns också ett extra bord och stol. Räknare är fast yta. Vi har en andra sittgrupp I veranda med en helt ny loveseat, stol och ottoman. Matbordet är rund och har ett inbyggt blad. Det finns en tv och anpassade persienner på dörren och alla fönster för ökad integritet. Utanför finns solbelysning och ett utomhusbord med två stolar. Också ingår en gasgrill. ** Även om det finns två fulla soffor i vardagsrummet, anses de inte vara sängar ** Observera att många av våra bekvämligheter är reserverade för dem som är 18 år och äldre.

Please turn off the AC when you leave. It is very efficient, and we never know when the next people are going to be there.

We loved the layout of the cottage after having booked in Seaglass for the last few years. The half bathroom off the bedroom was clutch when people were already using the main bathroom to shower post beach. Location in the complex was perfect, just a short 2 minute walk from the 18 pool and in the shade most of the day. Will definitely be going back!

Awesome Vacation

Enjoy Sea Glass Village which has lots of amenities. Great location to many attractions in Maine. Have rented this cottage a number of years and it is the perfect spot. Plenty of room, plenty of items on hand, beds are comfortable and when you arrive it is spotless.

Great location and amenities

We had a great time! The property was close to local attractions and restaurants. We were close to the on-site club house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. We had a small issue, but it was easy to contact the owner and the issue was taken care of right away.

Perfect cottage for young families

The cottage was a perfect retreat for our family. Very clean upon arrival and provided all the comforts of home. Despite being an adult focused community, we enjoyed the amenities available to us with 2 kids under 6 including the family pool, beautiful morning walks throughout the properties and proximity to beaches, entertainment and restaurants. We hope to come back next year.

Comfortable cabin

Nice location. Good price. Clean and comfortable. Could've had more supplies (towels, garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper...). But overall we had a great stay and would consider again!

Hello! You were our last guest for this season. It was a very transitional year for many reasons. We had many partial weeks this season and there were extra towels under the bed in the guest room. Sadly my mother in law died the beginning of the month and unfortunately we were not available to restock . I am told our rates are going down for next year so I will be in touch. Diana and Kip.

Nice Gated Community

The facilities are great, the fitness center was huge and well equipped. The unit had most everything you need, I enjoyed handing out on the all seasons enclosed porch. Wi-Fi worked well and I was able to work remote while my spouse played. Tons to do in area!

Relaxing week end!

We found this cottage very clean and comfortable. Well equipped for a extended stay. The club house offered everything you would want. We were attending our grand daughter's wedding and we hope to return in the future to enjoy more time exploring the area.

After playing destination roulette with a cheap time share for many years and having been landlords, we wanted to quit while we were ahead. In 2010 we had the worst "Trade experience" with a time share trade. I think they were all renovated in the 70's, We fell in love with the adult focused community of Seaglass Village Cottages. Close to our home, able to rent, and a resort. Perfect. Going on our 14th year we still feel the same way. Many of our renters bought and even some sellers have moved back!
In 2023 We went on Rental Sabbatical and started to host other cottages. We learned first hand what our rental guests needed and all the extras we were able to provide since 1. We lived there and 2. we had rented our cottage in the past. Able to help more, work on our own place, more, enjoy the resort more, enjoy the area in the summer more, relax more. So we are back in 2025 renting a bit, hosting a bit and relaxing..... more! 2026. We are looking for a place close by to live full time in order to continue to stay a part of this community and to be able to help our neighbors as handy helper and senior downsizers.

Varför värden valde detta boende

71 miles from our home, close to wonderful restaurants and attractions, or once you go through the gate you can be a "resort potato" cause it is all there. Comradery of friends with lots to do but the ability to go back to your quiet space. Our next door neighbors used to live across the street. Be nice to them. We don't want to lose them again! :)

Close to Clubhouse with Central air and a half bath that opens to the guestroom. 2 eating areas and 2 living areas, both with TVs and DVD ability: in Porch and great room. Lots of new furniture, floors, paint and artwork! WIFI or wired connection Golfcart available for rent with a new cover.
