Denna stuga pÄ Beach Dreams ligger i Selkie Village enhet # 184 och ligger pÄ baksidan av fastigheten i ett mycket lugnt omrÄde. Stugan backar upp till skogen och har en mycket avskild kÀnsla. Det Àr gÄngavstÄnd till tennisbanorna ..
Stugan Àr luftkonditionerad och har takflÀktar i bÄde sovrum och vardagsrum. Det finns en TV och DVD-spelare i sovrummet samt i vardagsrummet. Enheten sover 6 personer bekvÀmt med varje sovrum med en dubbelsÀng och en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns ocksÄ en queen size-uppblÄsningsmadrass som kan stÀllas in i verandan för en extra sovplats.

It was a nice and a quiet place. We had a great time, everything was wonderful. Everyone at Beach Dreams was nice and felt like a 2nd home. I would stay there again.

Great Stay!

Very clean and clutter free property. The house is the 2nd away from the pickleball courts and backs onto a forest. Great quiet location at the very end of the Beach Dreams property with very little car traffic.Quiet and safe, great for families!

We were surprised that we had to bring our own towels and linens, although we do understand that there are probably issues with some tenants!! We were so busy doing outside things, we never did have time to use any of the facilities, pool, club house, etc.!!

Cozy Cottage @ Beach Dreams

Perfect little cottage

We traveled up to Maine to spend time with our daughter’s family and to spend time with our grand- daughter for her first Birthday. The cottage was only a short drive from her and located in the perfect area to explore with them. The little zoo near by was a perfect day out for the family. We enjoyed staying at cozy cottage! It had plenty of room and it was nice quiet. The porch was a nice bonus! We personally didn’t use any of the amenities but they looked very nice! We would definitely book again!

We had a very nice stay in Wells. The cottage was perfect had everything we needed, very neat and clean. Very private location. Location of the property was great close to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely rent again.

Great family rental

Our family had a wonderful stay. The rental was great for young kids with so much to do - safe biking, access to the pool plus close/easy drive to multiple beaches, a variety of restaurants, shops and kid friendly activities. Wish we could have stayed longer than one week!

Great Stay!

The property was so clean, uncluttered and comfortable! The only thing I would change is a regular ironing board, and to most that would be a non-issue - who irons on vacation? :) We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was very clean and safe. Good location for our needs and access to many attractions. Close to family and friends. For us perfect. Linens would have been a plus, been when in doubt leave nothing to chance.

Great Stay

Kimberly was a fantastic host! We love coming to Beach Dreams as it is perfect for a family with young kids. This cottage was located at the back of the association and was very private and quiet. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Love all the hooks and drying options for wet towels and suits. A washer/dryer would be an added luxury. A great stay all around!

Lovely Cottage

My family enjoyed our stay. The cottage was just the right size for our family of three. The kitchen was well outfitted if you plan on doing some cooking. We spent a lot of time in the community pool and there were plenty of places to hang wet towels when we returned back to the cottage!

A few weeks in Wells

My husband & I stayed here for the better part of two weeks. The location fantastic and the amenities were great and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Two things caught us off guard. First, the listing indicated there was laundry on-site. There is not. We had to go to a laundromat down the road. Second, it was not disclosed in the listing that we had to provide our own towels and bed linens. We didn’t learn this until shortly before arrival - when it was too late to change our arrangements.
