Appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé Le seul hic la terrasse ne donne sur rien d’agréable et très proche de l’immeuble d’en face et pas de vue mer malgré la photo de l’immeuble du 14 ! Le parking proposé est très d’office d’accès !

Incredible location on French Riviera

A block from the beach and across the street from the best bakery in town for delicious breakfasts - this little apartment has everything you need to be your comfortable and convenient home base in Juan-les-Pins, Antibe. We've stayed here multiple times with our family of three and would stay here again. Here are just a couple of notes: 1) The region has an ant problem, at no fault to the property owners. Make sure to put away all your food and clean up crumbs or you'll have some little visitors. 2) The apartment has been re-arranged since the photos were taken - but the new arrangement makes much more sense. Now the convertible couch (where our son sleeps) does not fall underneath the air conditioning unit. A guest sleeping on the couch no longer has to be frigid in order for the rest of the apartment to be a comfortable temperature. 3) There is no A/C in the bedroom, but there is a nice powerful and quiet high-tech fan. If you leave the bedroom door open you get some breeze from the air conditioned main room. If we were to change one thing about this apartment it would be to add a second A/C unit in the bedroom. 4) The plumbing in the shower has a smell, but if you keep the bathroom door shut it doesn't affect the rest of the apartment. We stop by the local grocery store and buy some deoderant spray and it's fine. 5) Having access to a washing machine in the unit is REALLY NICE! And the drying rack provided is great too. 6) I can't say enough good things about the electric shutters. They block all light and helped us get WONDERFUL sleep! 7) Also really nice to have a decent sized elevator in the building and not have to walk up all the stairs!

Nice stay

Overall we were happy with the apartment and the surrounding area. The description and the pictures were pretty accurate. Only a few points to mention, in the spirit of improvement. 1) The air conditioning in the living room was perfect, but the fan in the bedroom was insufficient. We stayed in hot days, and the fan only made the air even warmer. 2) In the apartment I found a booklet with information about the property and the surroundings. This was helpful, and I appreciated that the owners had put the time and effort to compile it. However, it was not pointed out to me during the check in process (which, by the way, was extremely quick). 3) In the TV, the "normal" channels that come with the Wifi work. However, to use Netflix or YouTube a software update is needed. I tried to do this myself but failed. None of the points above are "big" problems, I just thought about mentioning them in order to help for future guests, also because the communication is not direct with the owners but with the management agent and her team. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Gut, bis auf die Parksituation!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung und die Ausstattung waren wie beschrieben und sehr gut! Was nicht gut war, war der Parkplatz, der sich ca 250 m weit weg in einem anderen Gebäude befand und nur über eine sehr steile und kurvige Zufahrt zu erreichen war, mit einem größeren Fahrzeug äußerst schwierig anzufahren und jedesmal eine Herausforderung, so dass man sich schon jeden Ausflug mit dem Auto überlegt hat! Das hätte im Vorfeld klar formuliert werden müssen und war für den Mietpreis eigentlich nicht akzeptabel! Mit Luxus hatte das jedenfalls nichts zu tun! Für Reisende, die die Gegend mit dem eigenen Wagen erkunden wollen nicht zu empfehlen!

We were looking for a bright and sunny environment in order to come more often and prepare our retreat. Juan-les-Pins is ideally located between Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, and Monaco. It is the perfect place to discover the Riviera, as well as the magnificent sandy beach, and a village atmosphere that suits us with the excitement of summer. It is very pleasant.

The location, in the heart of the city, is less than a minute walk from the beaches, shops, restaurants, boutiques, nightclubs, the railway station and the bus. Therefore, it is simple. You can reach everything on foot and a car is not necessary. However, with our car park, you will have a holiday without stress. The 10-m² terrace has a sky view, a palm tree, and is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a sun lounger. These features make the apartment very unique and pleasant to live with positive energy. The bedding is upscale. There is a TV in the bedroom and living room. The bathroom has a tropical shower and ample storage space. It offers all the comforts, such as air conditioning, a dishwasher, household appliances, LED lighting, and an iron.
