We had a great time at the cottage. It was centrally located to all the activities we had planned. It was clean and comfy. We will for sure stay at the cottage again the next time we come to Manitou Springs. Manitou Springs is a great place to visit.

What a great little getaway this was! We came for a long weekend the celebrate my 9 year old’s birthday and are so glad we chose this cottage. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown and close to all the sights, but it was quiet and secluded. We loved the hot tub, the beds were comfortable, and the host had clear checkin and out instructions. We’d definitely come back.

We came to Manitou for the Incline. The location was perfect, close to town yet felt like it wasn't. The cottage was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed for our stay.Our GPS was a bit short-sighted and told us we had arrived when we hadn't, but a quick call and we were given perfect directions for the last bit.We wish we had more time to check out the nearby hiking trails. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great cottage to stay in. The family enjoyed the stay. The host was very accessible and very responsive. Would 100 percent recommend this place. If we vacation in colorado again I would definitely rent this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Two couples were very comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful setting of the cottage. The hot tub was especially great during the cool evenings. We were very close to both the Manitou Incline (which we did not do ), as well as the Pikes Peak Cog Railway (which we did enjoy!). Everything was very clean and well stocked. Caitlin (the owner) was fantastic! She was very accommodating & responsive to all of our inquiries. Excellent communication throughout! I highly recommend this quaint cottage if you happen to be staying in the Manitou Springs area.

This was a great place to stay for our family of four! It’s enough on the edge of Manitou that it feels a little remote, while still being close to everything there is to do in the Colorado Springs area. The cottage was comfortable and clean with ample space.We enjoyed the private hot tub several times during our stay. We appreciated the full kitchen and laundry. Being able to make some of our own meals while on vacation helped keep costs down, and washing a load of clothes mid-trip helps keep packing lighter.

Host was very helpful. The cottage was well stocked and very clean. We're delighted with everything except the living room furniture was uncomfortable. The chairs were not what was pictured. Overall 9.5

Thank you for letting me know about the furniture! The recliners died a few months ago and I didn‘t have a chance to update our photos. We recently got them updated so the photos will be accurate but I am also going to look for some more comfortable seating for the living room this week. Thank you! We do appreciate the feedback!

We loved your family property! It was a wonderful setting, especially as Manitou was jammed with people! The little area by the hot tub was our spot to sit every evening. Also thanks, for helping us get to the place . We were pretty stymied by the condition of the road we tried to access. Hope we left things up to your standards! Joanne

The drive to the location didn’t GPS properly but there was signage up indicating Walton’s Cabin. The road is private to the property owners. Far enough away from everyone but close enough to everything. Nice cabin.

Very clean and well stocked. This is our 2nd time visiting Waltons Cottage. Its the perfect cozy little rental. The hot tub never disappoints and the location is perfect.

Perfect Manitou cabin

Great location to downtown Manitou Springs. Clean cabin that has everything you need. Great host! Scenic views and great privacy while only minutes from all the attractions.

Great location and mountain experience

We had a fantastic trip as a father and son. The cottage was a great location and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to see Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak area. We used the hot tub and grill a few times which made the experience very homey and relaxing.

Even though we were a little surprised by the mountain road to get to the cottage, it was a great spot. We really liked the closeness to Manitou Incline and the cottage had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. Easy access to the Springs, but at the same time you felt like you were in a remote spot. We had a wonderful stay.
