Perfectly charming little house for two or three people. The amenities are all brand new and the huge plus is a washer and dryer. Close to many attractions and a very short drive to downtown Colorado Springs. Will definitely book again when we go back.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. It was located in a great location, easy to access and was well appointed. I would recommend to others and if I'm back in the area, will book again.

This little spot was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. The little hot tub was also perfect. Hosts have super reasonable rules, processes, and great recommendations. One of the best stays I’ve had with VRBO.

The property was very quaint for the area . Very accessible to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak . We were just there for the night , therefore we did not use the hot tub. Beautiful kitchen.

We stayed at this cute place for 4 nights in early September. It has a great location near Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Broadmoor Falls and close to the Air Force Academy. Great place to stay when in town to visit a cadet at the AFA. It was very clean and modern and comfortable with anything you may need. The host was a great communicator. Would definitely love to stay here again. Look no further!

You can count on this place to be clean and well furnished for your stay. We found the location perfectly centered to do all the things that you would want to do in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Communication with the host was fantastic and helpful. They provided a binder they gave us several ideas on how to get the most out of this area of the country. Just so you know when booking, there's one large bedroom and one pretty small bedroom. The small bedroom has a single bed and not much room for anything else. Also the bathroom is quite small as well and being a large frame person it was a tight fit in the shower. It was workable.All in all we found it a delightful place to stay and it kept us comfortable in the evenings after a long day of sightseeing.
