Simma, surfa, sol, roligt på en privat första våningen "Carolina Cottage" i Hidden Dunes Beach och Tennis Resort. Denna grönskande anlagd 27 tunnland gated community ligger precis vid sockrade vita stranden på Costa Smeralda och erbjuder avskildhet samt många bekvämligheter och aktiviteter.

Hidden Dunes är bara en halv mil öster om Silver Sands Factory Stores Outlet Mall och bara några minuter från både Destin Commons shoppingkomplex och Baytowne Village. Den välkända Sandestin golfbana är mindre än en mil från stugan. Många restauranger och fritidsaktiviteter är mycket nära.

De pittoreska städerna Seaside och akvarell är bara minuter öster. Den största av 3 pooler och jacuzzis är bara några steg från stugan dörren och 6 lera tennisbanor är en kort promenad bort.

Du kan koppla av och suga av den uppvärmda poolen (säsongsbetonad) Barnen och vuxna kommer att njuta av BASKETBALL domstolarna och två HORSESHOE domstolar också. Strosa den vackra fontän fodrad bana på väg till stranden. Promenad till stranden är kort, men om du vill ha en åktur, det är en säsongsbetonad gratis spårvagn som går från stugorna till strandpromenaden - hoppa av spårvagnen och du är på stranden - kul för barnen, bra för trötta föräldrar. Det finns ett husdjur ombordstigning kennel i närheten, utanför fastigheten - Rötmånad kennlar, för dem med husdjur som reser.

Wonderful Cottage

The cottage was awesome. Easy to get to in the community. It had everything we need for a nice comfortable stay. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend for anyone.

Hidden Dunes is a favorite place for us to stay

We have stayed several times in Hidden Dunes and love the neighborhood and its pools and the beach location. We find it very relaxing to unplug and we will continue to return to this location year after year.

Stay at Hidden Dunes

Nice place, a little inconvenient for the beach for older guests. Main complaints: king size bed mattress in poor condition , and pillows need to be updated. Lots of palmetto bugs, both dead and alive inside cottage. Got to be too much. Owner is very informative and responsive.

Great family vacation

The condo was very clean and we had a great time during our stay. We needed assistance with the master bedroom after arriving and Doug responded right away and had everything addressed. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Miramar Beach.

We were THRILLED with our stay at Hidden Dunes! The condo was gorgeous and comfortable and had everything we have ever needed and more. The proximity to the beach was great and the walk was beautiful! We enjoyed the lake, the pools, and the grounds so much. Already counting the days to our next visit!

WONDERFUL STAY

We had a wonderful week at our cottage in Hidden Dunes. The two bedroom /2 bathroom cottage was a perfect size. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had all the necessary cooking supplies. Hidden Dunes has two easily accessible pools, one which is heated. Each had a hot tub. Our girls enjoyed both. The walk to the beach was easy and about 7 mins (even with a child). The beach access and private beach area was large with plenty of seating. They do set up their own property chairs and umbrellas, but there is still plenty of open space for your own as well. The only issue we ran into was the lock box not working. However, this was addressed within minutes. Communication with the owner and staff was easy. We appreciated the owners quick responses and helpful information packet. All and all we had a perfect family vacation. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful time!

My family & I came down & it was an amazing time!! The pools were beautiful & clean! The ocean was amazing, about a 5-8 minute walk. The ocean was as beautiful as the pictures! Check - in process was super easy & Doug was able to let us check in an hour earlier. There were beach chairs at the condo that we were able to use! The security at hidden dunes were super nice! Downfall about the beach - SOO many chairs set up waiting for people to rent. If you bring your own umbrella, you have to sit behind the first row of green chairs. The condo could have been a bit cleaner - hair on the bathroom floor, ripped underwear in the bedroom trash & the screened in porch smelt a bit like mold when it rained. I asked the owner if they supplied paper products & he said yes - there was only 3 rolls of toilet paper & 1 paper towel for the whole week. Another HUGE downfall which wasn't the owners fault at all was that the people upstairs WERE SO LOUD! It sounded like they were stomping around like dinosaurs! We had some issues with the toilet (kept running & wouldn't shut off) & the kitchen sink was difficult to turn off (you would turn the knob off & it would still leak water) Overall it was a pretty amazing trip :)

Sad to leave

Sweet little cottage for a great vacation! Loved the screened in porch for meals - cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved the master shower after a day at the beach! Only drawback is the distance from the beach - beautiful walkways and boardwalk to get to the beach but we didn’t use the chair and umbrella rental service (To save some money) so it was work to get there - you can drive closer but parking was limited with the number of people who were there. The property owner, Doug, was amazing to work with - very responsive to emails/texts. Would love to stay next year!!
