The Shady Knoll. Fantastisk utsikt! Bara 1,5 mil till parkens ingång.

Renoverat av ägarna och innehåller alla nya möbler. De satte verkligen allt tillsammans mycket snyggt och mycket grundligt. Fastigheten ligger bara två miles från ingången till Sequoia National Park på en avskild och lugn körfält. Det är verkligen på en Shady Knoll.
Utsikten från framsidan och baksidan är verkligen en av de bästa i Three Rivers och de är helt olika. Koppla av på den stora bakdäcken med panoramautsikt över Morro Rock, Alta Peak och Eagles Nest! Framför kan du ofta höra Kaweahfloden i avstånd och titta över hela staden Three Rivers och var alltid ute och titta på foto ops av vårt lokala vilda djur!
Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga mat om det är vad du älskar att göra. Med massor av gratis godsaker på disken och ett matbord med plats för sex.
Vardagsrummet är beläget för att ta utsikt över det (ofta) snötäckta Sierra Mountain som båda är king size-sängar!
Ja, det finns en HD-TV med massor av kabelkanaler och Wi-Fi. vid "The Knoll".

The property was amazing! We had all the amenities we needed plus the views of the mountains were unforgettable. Mark was a terrific host. He promptly answered any questions we had. Also the info given pre-trip was helpful along with the info inside the home. Mark really thought of everything. The home was plenty comfortable for four adults and was impeccably clean. The snacks and wine left by Mark as a welcome gift were greatly appreciated. We all greatly enjoyed each of the many outdoor patios both front and back. We’ll never forget the beautiful sun and moonrises and sunsets! Gorgeous. The home was also close to restaurants and provisions. A memorable stay. I’d love to return some day.

Our stay at The Shady Knoll was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking, and the house stayed nice and cool. Communication with Mark was very easy. I would definitely recommend The Shady Knoll to family and friends.

Spectacular views

We were greeted with a nice welcome gift which included a bottle of wine and various snacks. Views from the front and back yard sitting areas were beautiful. Great location for visiting the Sequoia National Park. The kitchen was well equipped and living areas comfortable. Only negative was the master bathroom needing a little TLC and some areas a bit more dusting.

A Welcoming Retreat

We stayed here with some friends over a long weekend. The home is beautifully arranged with several comfortable areas, inside and out, to enjoy the lovely views of the surrounding mountains. Our host had everything prepared for our stay along with several treats which we all enjoyed. Communication was prompt and helpful. Would absolutely love to come and stay again 10/10

Cute home away from home in the mountains

The Shady Knoll was the perfect place for my family of 4. It has everything you need, and the views are incredible. We felt right at home, my 2 little boys enjoyed seeing the wild turkey and quails visit. It's close to everything, Sequoia & Kingdñs Canyon National Parks, and the shops. I would definitely recommend!!

Anniversary getaway

The house and property was wonderful. Felt right at home immediately. The views were spectacular and was convenient to Sequoia National Park as well as the small town of Three Rivers.The house was fully appointed and we didn’t want for anything.Mark was very helpful and easy to communicate with from beginning to end.We highly recommend!

What a view!

Our favorite part of this house were the views from every window… amazing! The beds were comfortable…lots of room to relax. And outdoor seating everywhere! House is very close to Sequoia Park. The ride on Mineral King Rd is epic!” One suggestion… more bath towels!

The Shady Knoll

The Shady Knoll is a very comfortable home. We found everything we needed. It is very close and convenient to Sequoia National Park. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the house in the daytime and looking at the starry skies at night. We highly recommend this place!

I have spent most of my life south of the grapevine in San Diego and Orange counties where I worked for over ten years at two very private Country Clubs.
