Deer's Eye View was very well located for our explorations in Sequoia and King's Canyon NPs. My daughter was especially thrilled to see the wild turkey's strutting around the field in front of the house, hear the coyotes yipping at night, and watch the neighbor's horses walking around in their pasture. It's an older home, but the beds were very comfortable and there was a ton of space. We were especially impressed and appreciative of how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. If we ever decide to revisit the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A nice property in a quiet neighborhood within Three Rivers, not far from the restaurants, gas stations, and grocery store. Adequately stocked with the necessities. Excellent communication from the owner before and after our stay. Easy in and easy out. Yes, you can try to get closer to the Park Entrance, but it really doesn't matter because you still have to drive a good distance into the Park once you're through the entrance station (another few miles outside the Park really doesn't matter). Had a great time hiking in Sequoia and Kings Canyon, before we headed up for a week in Yosemite. It was quieter at the end of September, and the weather/temps were perfect.

This was the best place on our trip. It was difficult to find initially because we didn’t have cell service. But the house was great, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was nice. We really enjoyed our time here

Cozy and comfortable for the four of us! We had two great days in the parks! It was not as well kept in bathroom ( baseboards) but the tub was divine!

We loved our stay here!! We were very comfortable and happy with our choice. TV and mini splits in all the rooms. I especially loved the sofa, it’s huge and so comfortable! We did a puzzle and played games. The morning view with coffee was a real treasure. It’s very close to Sequoia as well. The hosts communication was top notch.
