The house had everything we needed. Dishes, stocked condiments, floatation devices for the river, clear instructions and expectations, and great proximity to downtown.

Lovely property. Close to downtown with plenty to do! I came for an 8th grade advancement ceremony. Really enjoyed some family time on the pond.

Great, spacious house on the river. Close to downtown Bend. You can paddle board and kayak right from the house. We brought our own kayak and really enjoyed the water! The grandkids loved watching the deer and goslings. Emily is a great host and communicated well with us. Highly recommended property for families.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The access to the river was so nice and we enjoyed the paddle boards and the tubes. The deer and ducks made daily visits. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Gorgeous house in a beautiful location.

We enjoyed the peaceful setting on the river. A great place to stay with family or friends. A huge kitchen with opportunities to cook delicious meals. We would like to return there again.
