Denna nya vackra 2000 kvadratmeter hem, precis avslutad en 1 år komplett remodel, är elegant i sin enkelhet design. High end-finishen kombinerar sömlöst höften och sofistikerad atmosfär i mitten av århundradet med moderna bekvämligheter för vårt sätt att leva idag. Detta hem var noggrant planerat för det ultimata i avkoppling och njutning! Gourmetö köket har en stor halvö och ö, stort skafferi, bra diskutrymme och är fullt utrustad med alla nya rostfria vitvaror. Franska dörrar leder till uteplatsen på floden!

På floden, Downtown, Läge tvärs över gatan från Drake Park! En av de bästa platserna i hela Downtown Bend !! Lätt promenad till Galveston, Newport, Old Mill och centrala Bend!

Starta våra kajaker på den bakre uteplatsen, eller koppla av med en cocktail watching floaters gå genom. Utomhus nöjesområde är unik och privat: Water feature, utomhushögtalare, alla asfaltläggare uteplats, grillplats och vackra landskap.

Comfortable House/Great Location

This is a lovely house directly on the river with four spacious bedrooms. Our multigenerational family have stayed there twice and would eagerly book it again. The owner is incredibly responsive and gracious. It's a 10 minute walk along the river through beautiful Drake Park into town. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house and location

This house was perfect for our two families for a vacation to Bend and skiing at Mt Bachelor. Everyone had plenty of space and the house had everything we needed. Great location--easy walking distance to the Lot food trucks, bagels, and coffee.

Wonderful trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The kitchen is INCREDIBLY well stocked. Fit all of us very well. Easy walk to Downtown and over the little bridge to great food options. We barely had to drive. Definitely coming back when it's warmer to take advantage of the kayaks. Thank you to the hosts for a really lovely home!

Location, Location, Location

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The SUP, kayaks, and tubes made the river so much fun and easy. The home is in the perfect location for walking every where. We would definitely come back again!

Great place for family gathering

We came for the July 4th holiday and could not have been happier. The house is designed perfectly for gathering but also affords privacy for an afternoon nap or some down time. We loved the direct access to the river and the fact that there were so many places within walking distance. Kelli was a superb host!

Best Family Vacation

This was our second year at this house and it works perfect for us. Location is prime. The river is out the back steps, Drake's park is across the street, and Mill District and Ole Downtown are walkable The house was clean and communication was great. We hope to go back again next year

Great location with dominant street noise.

As other reviews said, there is a considerable amount of street noise at this location. However it’s a great location to walk to downtown Bend, great food trucks that we frequented and lots of coffee shops and breweries. And yes the Deschutes River is “a step away” from house. Fun to see people on floats, kayaks, paddle boards pass by. It was fun to see your family wave at you from the back patio when you’re the last one in the family to float down the river. We had a good time. And happy we had this experience. Host is excellent!

Don’t miss this place

Great location and walkability. Beautiful view of Mirror Pond and great flow in/out. Wonderful kitchen & baths. Everything in good shape. We had cool weather but a warm vacation will be great at this house. Walk out access to the river.

Magic in Bend

Our family flew in for a whirlwind Thanksgiving week and could not have been more pleased with the property. The location is perfect, the amenities were good, and the checkin process was seamless. The property was spacious, clean, and fully met our needs. Wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

Great location to Drake Park, river, and downtown Bend

We really enjoyed our family time here. We walked everywhere to dinner and breweries. My son used the paddle board. The backyard is amazing. There is some street noise, but this did not bother us. We will go back.

great location in heart of bend

sometimes you have to sacrifice location for quality... that is not the case with this wonderful home. It really does have it all. Location - heart of bend... brewpubs and restaurants and coffee abound. setting - river views from two sides! Details - beautiful fireplace, wonderful and fully equiped modern kitchen, cozy sitting in light filled and comfortable areas.

Great Location

Walking distance to breweries/bars/ restaurants. The river is your back yard and it’s slow moving in that area. Only difficulty we had was parking. We were there for my daughters wedding and we had to play musical cars for a few days. Other then that place is great!

Family Fun in Bend

We had a great time in Bend and Kelli's house on the river made for a wonderful stay! Kelli was a delight to deal with and the house was very comfortable and well equipped. This was our first visit to Bend and we were with our two teenage grandsons. We all enjoyed being on the river and greatly appreciated the view from the patio, easy river access and use of the house's kayaks and paddleboards. Lots of fun stuff to do in and around Bend and a good time was had by all.

Top Place to Stay in Bend

Beautiful property and home located right on the river. Excellent location with park playgrounds, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores nearby. The house has a large, super functional kitchen furnished with everything you need. We ate-in most nights fixing meals for 6 adults and 2 kids. The living room is also large with a gas fireplace and large TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also well-equipped and work well. We had a lot of fun and quality family time while staying at this excellent home in Bend.

Little Slice of Heaven

Perfect location for a summer visit to Bend, right on the river and across the street from the tubing takeout / shuttle stop at Drake Park. Beautifully remodeled modern home, plenty of space for our family and dog. Air conditioning was perfect on the hot days. Walking distance to downtown Bend and many great restaurants.. Kayaks, SUP, and four comfortable river tubes made it a perfect week. We had such a great time that we’ve already requested another week here next summer!

Walk to everything

What a great property! Centrally located to everything! It's just a quick walk to downtown and only two short blocks to some incredible breweries. If you like hiking it's about a 15 minute drive to Tumalo falls which is stunning. The property itself backs up to the river and is in pristine condition. Newer updates and fixtures throughout. It was a fabulous property we will be back!

The hostess with the mostess

We loved our stay at Kelli and Angela’s place. The kitchen was very well stocked for all the cooking we were doing. The location could not have been more prime. The size was more than enough for four people to work from home and not feel like we were crowding or distracting one another. To top things off, Kelli and Angela were very prompt with their responses and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. If you get the chance to stay with them, we highly recommend!

This is our second home and love everything about the home and location; On the Deschutes River and surrounded by restaurants, food carts, breweries, and shops! Open and spacious floor plan, large rooms, close proximity to everything: Downtown, Old Mill District, Newport and Galveston. We also love all what Bend has to offer and take full advantage of all the outdoor sports!

Bend is a very special place., but being on the river is even better. The home was built in the mid 50's and we have kept a lot of those architectural features. This home just went through an extensive remodel in 2018 and was torn apart and brought down to the studs. We moved the kitchen onto the river, vaulted the ceilings, added a third bathroom, new electrical wiring, new plumbing, new heat and A/C, new roof, everything is brand new. We love the new lush landscaping and easy access to the river from the back patio. A very special and unique property!
