Promenera till Downtown restauranger, barer, bryggerier och mycket mer. House backar upp till en grannskapspark med en lekplats, löpar- och cykelleder, och ligger en kvarts mil till centrumremsan. Trots att det är så nära centrum är detta ett förvånansvärt privat och lugnt läge. Detta är den nedre enheten till ett vackert restaurerat, hantverkarehem, duplex i den bästa delen av staden. Fullt utrustat kök: kaffe, grädde, socker osv för dina morgnar. Queen size-säng i ett sovrum. En dubbelsäng och två våningssängar i det andra sovrummet. Dessutom sover soffan i vardagsrummet en vuxen vid behov. Direkt-tv-kabel-tv är ansluten till vardagsrums-tv. Höghastighetsinternet.

* Kaminen i köket har kopplats från men det finns ett högteknologiskt elektriskt sortiment tillsammans med grytor och kokkärl som får jobbet ner för det mesta matlagningsjobbet (ledsen att jag inte har en ugnslösning) men du är tillräckligt nära för att gå eller ta en kort bilresa till många fina restauranger.

Cute little place, kinda hard to find. Could’ve been cleaned better. There is no ac, just a table top hand sized super small mini cooler and window fans. For 1 night not too bad, thankfully it was raining and not that hot, just humid.

Property was as described. If stayed there again, I would get the top floor as we could definitely hear all the noises from people talking, entering and exiting.Would stay there again.

Nice and conveniently located. There was Wifi and Hulu available. The rental is a bit older but is well maintained. We were in Colorado during a particularly warm weekend and it would have been nice if there was AC, but there were a few fans in closets. It's also worth noting the upstairs tenants can be heard in the rental, but the host told us to message her if the noise became a problem.

Great base for our trip to Colorado Springs

It had most of the items we needed, couldn't find hairdryer, but managed without one. Would stay again.

Three Nights in Colorado

Great communication from Jess. It wasn’t the Hilton, but it worked well for us. Easy walk to downtown. Would gladly stay there again.

The location of the property was awesome! We were able to get to many places quickly & there were lots of places nearby to explore. I appreciated that the area was walkable & easy to get to.

Perfect for what we wanted

We loved our stay. The property was exactly as described and what we expected after reading the description and reviews. It has a wonderful location for nearby attractions. Communication with the owner was easy and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again; we had a wonderful time.

Khan Family Vacation

We took a last minute vacation and this cozy apartment was available so we booked it because it was close to everything. It’s a very cozy space and felt warm and homey. Would recommend this for sure!

The kitchen had a coffee make, air fryer microwave and toaster oven for cooking. There were 2 hot plates that we didn’t try. The pots to cook in were very limited- 1 small frypan and 2 small saucepans. There were some basic kitchen ingredients like salt, pepper, sugar, flour, coffee etc. beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels provided. Adequate for our stay and most reasonable VRBO around.

family visit

good place in the basement, close to downtown and very near to our family. Only challenge--the entrance was hard to find at first in the dark. Once inside the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower worked and we had a great stay.

Good stay

It is a small little apartment price is reasonable for the area. The communication with the contact was almost non existent but the place was good for what we needed after all you're on vacation to see the nearby area ot stay in a fancy place. Parking is a bit of a hassle as well.

Wasn’t impressed w this place When we arrived it smelled very heavy of pet covered up w floral carpet powder. Stove doesn’t work you get a tiny two burner electric plug in thing. You can hear the people walking around upstairs. Very loud if they use the washer and dryer. There was bugs in the bathroom, hair on the bathroom shower wall. No ac unit that worked, the host did offer to bring one but we declined, should have already been there functional. We moved the microwave to use the hot plate and there was left over dried up food under the microwave. There is no dresser in the bedroom. There was only one in the living roll but it was chucked full of stuff. We dropped an item on the floor by the couch and when we got down to pick it up we noticed all the trash and junk under the couch. Lamp in the living room doesn’t work no know to turn it on. Can’t turn the ceiling fan on in living room no chain. The door was a pain to lock and unlock, Also don’t mind the dead squirrel in the driveway we had to walk by every day along w the over grown weeds. Overall this wasn’t a great place to stay.

Laundry room is shared with upstairs neighbors and they were cooking so all of our clothes that we washed smelled like what they were cooking... just has a small toaster oven so we had to cook everyones meal individually

Nice stay

Nice stay, however, could use blinds on the living room windows, and much brighter light bulbs in the living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen. The place was a bit dark, and not well-lit. 2nd bed was a bit squeakey
