Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation rental! The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better: close enough to walk or take a short drive to shops, great restaurants, and stunning beaches.One of our favorite parts was all the extras the property offered. The kayaks made for unforgettable mornings on the water, and the fire pit was the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings with s’mores and good conversation. The setting was peaceful yet convenient, giving us the best of both worlds.From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect blend of comfort, location, and fun activities!

Lovely Stay on the Swan River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was more than comfortable in this spacious, clean, and well maintained home. The views of the river were beautiful from the large back deck and private dock. There were so many helpful things provided, everything was thought of to make this an enjoyable stay, from helpful labels describing where and how things worked, to the use of kayaks for the river. Everything was thought of to make this a fun and lovely stay! We were close in distance to the beach and all that Dennis Port has to offer. The only issue were the biting horseflies in the yard and driveway area. Maybe it was just this time of year, but they did impact the enjoyment of the outside space. Overall, a fantastic and comfortable place with great views of the river - would recommend!

Paradise on the River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful house and property! The house is immaculate, well-equipped and well-designed. It was hot during our stay but the air conditioning units and ceiling fans kept the house cool. We loved how the bedrooms were off the main living area of the house which allowed for privacy and quiet for our family members. All of the beds were very comfortable. The living room is spacious with a very comfortable couch and a lovely view of the riverfront. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen/dining room area which was big enough for us to entertain guests during our stay. The back deck is comfortable for morning gathering but very sunny in the afternoon. Our favorite feature was the riverfront which provided lots of shade and a cool breeze all day long - we only went to the beach one day because we loved the riverfront so much. The property offers use of three kayaks, life jackets and some great beach chairs. The fire pit chairs are also comfortable and can be moved down to the water. There is plentiful parking as well. We dined out for breakfast quite a bit at the Breakfast Room, Good Friends Cafe, Wee Packet, and Buckies - all delicious. Our favorite dinner spot is always O'Shea's Olde Inn which has good food and irish musicians several days a week. We have requested to return to this property next summer since we enjoyed it so much.

Absolutely Lovely

We loved the view over the salt marsh, the layout of the space, comfortable beds, the gas grill steps from the kitchen, and the beaches just minutes away. We had a wonderful time kayaking, catching crabs, and gazing at hunting ospreys.
