Great stay just don’t expect wifi

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful property. The rental had everything you would need for a relaxing trip. We were only a mile from the restaurants and local shops so it was great to just walk into town. The property was excellent if you have a dog as the property is one of the largest lots I’ve seen in town. Completely fenced flat land for our dog to run. The only down fall was when it was time to relax at the end of the night the Wi-Fi only worked for five minutes and shut down for ten minutes. Now we are tech savvy so we did try everything to get the router and internet to work and just as we thought it was up to work or watch a movie blip gone... Honestly that was the only downfall. The property is immaculate. Very enjoyable and I would love to stay again in the future. The mgmt group communicated and were very professioal also!

Great getaway

House was great. Comfortable beds , well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, a great stay overall. Would rent this cabin again.

The Neighbor kind of ruined an otherwise lovely home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although my family liked this home very much, our experience was significantly dampened by being swiftly reported to the management company by the neighbors for loudness after we gathered in the hot tub and had a totally normal-volume conversation (with no drinking) for about 45 minutes. They also reported us for having one extra vehicle for one hour while part of the family staying in the other house visited the family at Peaceful Pines, even though the extra car was fully in the driveway and not blocking anything whatsoever. It made me feel spied on, and I had to take the car back to the other house while the rest of the family played games at Peaceful Pines. The neighbors are clearly resentful regarding renters and are at the ready to report anything they can about even respectful renters. It made for an unpleasant feeling that seriously compromised our enjoyment of the rental. Wouldn't rent this house again solely for that reason. The house was otherwise lovely.

The home is lovely, spacious, and so well appointed. We found the beds and linens wonderfully comfortable and the living room the perfect cozy gathering place. Our dogs loved exploring the fully fenced and flat backyard - such a rare find. We look forward to returning again soon!

Everything and more!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many places for short getaways, and none felt more like "coming home" than Peaceful Pines! The yard was huge and amazing! The house was more stocked than any place we've been. It's better than the photos. We only had two couples...if you had 3 couples in the summer, the ones upstairs might be pretty toasty, but they would have a delightful room! Great beds, towels, and the kitchen was great! Our pooch loved running in the yard too! We enjoyed the Jacuzzi one night too! Highly recommend this place!!

It was truly wonderful

It's better than the pics. Never seen such a well equipped kitchen too! The property itself is massive and magical. Not one thing I could complain about. You get what you pay for. I used to own a home in Idyllwild and know it well. This is a fantastic place and I only wish it was mine. You can't go wrong.

Relaxing

Nice, private property. Many sitting areas in the shade if you like, which we did. Nice breezes. New LG appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub looked immaculate, though we did not use it this time.

Wonderful!

Sweet home, clean, comfy, amazing kitchen, we enjoyed our stay! One thing which worked out well. King bed in master was terrible, sagging, impossible to sleep. We were furious, another reviewer pointed this out, assumed it was taken care of. But it was not. Calked management company, they were amazing! Next morning installed a new mattress.

A wonderful home and a beautiful backyard

This property was fabulous. Inside the home was comfortable and had everything you would need for a great stay. The backyard was amazing. We spent a lot of time outside with the kids. The backyard was perfect for our Easter egg hunt, feeding the birds and squirrels, and relaxing on the swing. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Magical cabin with charming yard

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home! As soon as we walked in, we noticed the cathedral ceiling, beautiful decor and woodsy (in a good way) smell. The property is gorgeous and has everything we needed for cooking, baking and grilling out. The hot tub was immaculately clean. Huge, beautiful back garden area. We would love to stay here again!

Great Place

From booking to check in to check out the process was seamless . The cabin was lovely and way bigger than I anticipated . If you get a chance to stay here it’s a must. The amenities are top notch. My only complaint being a city guy is the peace and quiet is deafining .

Peaceful Pines stay August 2021

We really enjoyed the property. it seemed very clean which is important to us. The fenced yard was great for dogs but if your dogs are small and furry like ours they pick up tremendous items from the yard. Had to groom them every time they went out. Our biggest disappointment was the beds!! Was surprising being that the property is on the higher end of a rental in the area. For us, sleeping on our holidays are number one! My partner had the worst neck pain after first night and our friend Alex had back issues after her sleep. The beds were so soft you could hardly roll over without sinking deeper into the bed. A decent mattress is so inexpensive. We will not return for this reason. Left a day early so we could sleep in our own beds. We rent all the time and this was the worst. Our RV mattress is better. J

It’s a beautiful place fully equipped with all the items you need to enjoy your stay. The unit was spotless and so well decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything down to spices and olive oil. The jacuzzi was great and private, we used it everyday. The lot is large and we enjoyed watching the rabbits, squirrels and many birds. The bbq worked well too. We did lots of walking the neighborhood and also into town most days. It was a lovely stay.

The kitchen was very well supplied with everything I needed to cook, and the backyard was beautiful. The house was very, very clean but it was super evident they have a dog. Totally fine by us as we are not allergic. Lots of dog hair. Otherwise this was hands down the best house we have ever rented in Idyllwild, and we visit about 4-5 times a year.
