Denna helt renoverade Gulf Front-enhet ligger i Tower 2 på 5: e våningen och ligger direkt på stranden. Professionellt inredda för din njutning, denna lägenhet på 1 430 kvadratmeter har en öppen planlösning med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet.
Shoreline Towers är en gated resort med 24 timmars säkerhet och 500 meter av privatgulf framför socker-vita stränder i Emerald Coast. Anläggningen har en uppvärmd pool, bastu, gym, 2 tennisbanor och shuffleboard. Njut av de fem gasgrillgasgrillarna och picknickområdet med utsikt över sjön.

Spacious condo with all the amenities. Perfect walking distance to the beach, and located near all the best restaurants! We will be definitely be returning in the near future!

Beautiful condo, great view & location

We loved our stay here! The condo was very comfy & spacious. Fantastic view right on the beach. No long waits for the elevator & easy access to everything. The condo beach staff, security gate staff & host were all amazing!

Excellent place for family

This condo was everything we needed and more for our family beach trip with young kids. Clean, cute, comfortable. The host responds very quickly to any concerns or questions. The private beach service and private beach was a HUGE perk. Made getting down to the beach everyday with kiddos so much easier.

Excellent Get-away!

This is a beautiful place. The view is spectacular… the ocean is RIGHT there. Plenty of space. Location is hard to beat - everything is 1-2 miles… feels like you are at home. The owners are VERY good at coMini caring. Our three kids had a blast. Everything felt very safe. I loved have the two chairs on the beach, very convenient.Overall it was just great! Would definitely come back :)

Stayed for 6 nights and the condo and location within Destin were both great. Close to everything. Beach was great and having chair and umbrella service was perfect..Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations

Our family of 4 loved this condo and the location. The condo was clean and had amazing views. Located right on the beach we had everything we needed right there. The host was wonderful and very responsive! to stay here again on our next trip yo Destin!

Great view and location

The property was nice and clean, and check-in/out was easy. It had a great view and easy access to the beach. The owner paid for chair service, which is a must -- I'm never staying somewhere without this amenity again, especially with two small kids who need a break from the sun. You do need to coordinate with the company to make sure they label your chairs though, which wasn't clear. We really enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. My only complaints were 1) several squeaky door hinges that made it difficult to move through the unit after my kids were asleep, and 2) they only provided a single kitchen trash bag. The first issue could be resolved with some Blaster garage door silicone spray. I spoke with the owner about the second issue and they said it was an problem with housekeeping and there should have been more bags, so perhaps it's nothing to worry about for future stays.

Good Stay

Great location and views from the condo! We enjoyed the included beach set up-this was a huge plus for us! The host was responsive and communication was easy. Overall, we have no complaints regarding our stay! My one, small suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the primary bedroom!

Great location for our girl trip!

This was a great location with an awesome view! We had a party of 5 ladies and felt very safe in the area. Lots of businesses you can walk to or short drive to outlets and excursions. Try the guided dolphin tour on jet skis at Boogies! So fun!

A perfect beachfront location!

We had a most terrific time in Destin, a city that has all you need nearby. The condo was very spacious and accommodating for our 2-week stay. The location was fantastic, being steps from the ocean and it’s wonderful sandy beach and steps from the beautiful pool and amenities, our days focused on both. We’d highly recommend this location.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Destin! The property location was perfect to the water, entertainment and shops. The views of the water was magnificent. The complex was still under construction, however the owners did a wonderful job keeping us up to date. The property itself was so clean and beautiful. It was a perfect size for a family of 6.

Destin’s girl trip

My daughter, her best friend and two of my best friends all came together for a beach trip. This VRBO was spectacular. The host was incredibly helpful and sincere. The listing is exactly as stated and honestly I think even more beautiful than the pics. The beds were very cozy, as well as the couch. This listing was the perfect place and exceeded our expectations. I absolutely plan to return in the future. 100 percent this place is a true gem

Family Spring Break

The property was amazing with a great view of the ocean. Most days we were able to see dolphins from the balcony, while having our morning coffee. The owner was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any of our questions. We were lucky and had great weather and were able to enjoy the beach everyday of our trip. The kids enjoyed mini golf and go carts at the track and the harbor boardwalk. McGuire’s was a big hit with everyone for dinner as well as LuLus and the Back Porch. Looking forward to being able to stay again next year!

Vacation

We enjoyed the property very much. Would recommend that the owner get new mattresses. They were way too firm and were very uncomfortable. Also the chair at the dining table should be replaced as they were not very sturdy. And an over all cleaning should be done.

Construction

Construction was overwhelming. The noise and dust and workers everywhere was not an atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. The grinding noise was even unbearable on the beach and started at 7am in the morning. Workers cooing my daughters was not professional as well. Very uncomfortable for them so we had to accompany them every trip through the worker area. As an owner, I would rather not rent during this time to avoid a bad experience like we had. It rained 2 days, and the noise was so bad we had to leave for the day and go elsewhere to relax.

Annual Beach Trip

This rental appeared very nice online and I was excited to book a stay. Unfortunately, the owner did not make sure the condo was ready or clean prior to arrival, which made the initial impression frustrating and negative. This was remedied eventually via a call in a partial manner, as we had other guests arriving and needed immediate clean bed and bath linens. The property and surrounding grounds have the potential to become very nice, yet ongoing construction/painting and chemical smells were disturbing. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc was provided, nor any mention made in the listing that renters needed to provide their own, which is odd for VRBO rentals. Floors, refrigerator, and counter tops in all common areas needed cleaning as well; the owner quickly reimbursed the cleaning deposit. After stripping the beds per departure instructions, we noticed stained mattress and pillow covers that had obviously not been attended to in the past by the cleaning staff. This is a cute place and I would consider staying again if upgrades and attention to cleanliness were a priority. We had a good stay, due to the close proximity to the beach.

Destin has beautiful white sand beaches, and this unit is right on the beach. We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious (1430 sq ft for a 2 bedroom unit). The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.
