Can’t wait for our next visit

Wonderful location with perfect views. Well maintained equipment (kayak, sup, hot-tubs, bbqs, tv, gaming…) perfect for family gatherings, plenty of fun activities for the whole group.

Perfect educator getaway

This spot was perfect for my friends and I to enjoy part of our break. The house was spacious and had amazing amenities. The host was easy to reach and responsive and having Alderbrook resort so near was a nice spot to stop by before checking in. This is my second time at this location and I would book this place again in a heart beat.

So relaxing

Absolutely gorgeous home and the views are amazing. The kitchen had everything you needed and was very well stocked with essentials. It rained every day but we still enjoyed the view, hot tub and sauna. Definitely want to come back for another visit when it isn’t raining 😁

Another fantastic visit (with one minor complaint)

This was our third time staying at the property! Nothing beats the views and amenities. The WiFi is fantastic for doing work remotely from a different locale. You can't beat the decor and kitchen! It's amazing! We have raved about this place the last three years and its why we have come back. However, the one minor complaint we have is the new construction going on next door. We had wanted to get away and relax, read, and work, but starting at 8am every day was hammering and construction on the property right next door. It was so close they could watch us when we were in the hot tub so it made it uncomfortable to use during the day. It would have been nice to have an advanced warning about that. Other than that, we do recommend this to property to others.

What a view!! Gorgeous property!

What an amazing place to spend 3 days! From the gracious and beautiful entryway, to the stunning 180 degree views up and down the Hood Canal, the hot tub, sauna, fantastic kitchen and gorgeous artwork throughout, this home was spectacular. Everything was super clean and well labeled. Communication with the host was fast and thorough. We used all three of the bedrooms and the King sized beds were so comfortable.

Northwest paradise

This place is truly incredible. It is spotless!!! It's beautifully decorated, the craftsmanship is unreal, and the view is world class. The owners have thought of it all....luxurious finishings, beautiful furnishings, art work all over (that you can buy!), movement sensitive lighting, smart blinds, hot tub, sauna, comfy beds, 5 star kitchen, patio to beat all patios, paddleboards and kayaks, fantastic sound system, smart tv and views of a lifetime. We saw seals and herons.... went hiking nearyby, played in the water and thoroughly enioyed the huge hot tob and extra delightful sauna. This place will knock your socks and then some. The owners are accommodating, attentive and easy to communicate with. Nothing is spared here!

Excellent property!

Great location, wonderful amenities. We loved being next to a long stretch of (low tide) beach with no adjacent houses so we could take walks along the shore. The three bedroom set up was perfect for a family; two rooms with a shared bathroom and a third esuite. We will definitely be back!

Amazing house and wonderful stay

This is by far the best vacation house we have ever rented. The view is phenomenal. The house and furnishings were all spotless and high end. There are heated tile floors throughout. The home has gorgeous furniture, countertops, flooring, dimmer lights and automatic blinds that I feel you only find in mansions! Custom art work is on every wall. The hot tub was super clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved being able to walk down the private dock and view starfish and crabs. Seals swam by and seagulls and eagles flew overhead. The t.v.s were modern and had many music and movie selections. Even in the cold weather, we were able to use the provided kayaks and take in the mountain scenery all around us. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Perfect weekend away!

Such an amazing property, equipped with all the things you need to check out for the weekend. We cooked big meals, kayaked and paddle boarded, used the hot tub and laid out in the sunshine all weekend!

Amazing spot on Hood Canal

We had a great time. Phil and Tove have a great set-up and were very easy to communicate with. The location of the rental is just perfect, we had many sea-life sightings, including seals and fish and enjoyed the kayaks. The property is very private and quiet and has all of the amenities one would want...including the well equipped kitchen, hot tub, sauna and outdoor, full length deck with views of the Olympics. It was the perfect family get-away for us. Thank you Phil and Tove.

Heavenly getaway

The perfect location to relax and unwind. There is so much to do at the property, kayak, paddle board, hot tub, sauna, beach-comb, enjoy the gas fire pit, sit & read in comfy indoor or outdoor furniture and take in a view unlike any other! We will most definitely be going back.

Everything AMAZING!

Property (inside and out), host, and cleanliness was the best experience we ever had with home rentals! Even better then 5 star hotels! This is now our all time favorite house! Perfect Restorative

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The location is so beautiful. We were able to experience the many different moods of the water and mountain which was a perfect nature restorative. The home was very inviting and bright. The kitchen had every gadget we could possibly ask for, lots of spice options, and plenty of plates, glasses, etc. We loved having the hot tub right on the deck; very convenient and so cozy! Reclining back in the living room chairs and watching the birds was a major highlight. All the windows wer a perfect backdrop for the little bit of work i had to handle while there (and the desk was handy; from dining area you can also use as a standing desk). The owner was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We are really, really looking forward to be able to stay here again one day.

Simply Amazing. The Best We've Ever Stayed At!

We absolutely loved this property. It was everything we could have wanted -- and more! The views are spectacular. The home is gorgeous and updated. We wanted somewhere we could work remotely for a few days and get a different view -- and it was something special. The WiFi was great. The hot tub and sauna were so relaxing. There is not one thing we'd chnage. It was the best VRBO that we've ever found and we cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful and comfortable stay

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful home. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoors because of the wildfire smoke, but we definitely plan on returning soon!

Expected a lot and still exceeded expectations

So many Airbnb places end up not being quite what you hoped for. This one was an exception. High quality throughout, great views , motorized shades, good beds, high-end jacuzzi, good furniture, well-equipped kitchen and heated floors. And overall excellent attention to detail. We will definitely return!
