4BR / 2BA - K, Q, K, 2S - 8 sovplatser - Kort promenad pÄ ~ 100 meter tvÀrs över gatan till stranden! En klassisk Edisto Beach stuga med tallvÀggar, golv och tak. NÀr du gÄr in i havsutsiktskÀrmen veranda hÀlsas du med mycket sittplatser och Àven en matplats. Intill skÀrmen veranda Àr en dörr till en sida soldÀck, ocksÄ med havsutsikt. FrÄn verandaen gÄr du in i bostadsomrÄdet. En matplats och ett stort Àterkök, med en frukostbar och avföring, ansluter till vardagsrummet. Till höger om det stora rummet finns ett sovrum med en king size-sÀng. Det finns ett bad med en stalldusch i hallen pÄ denna sida av hemmet och ett annat sovrum med en queen size-sÀng. PÄ vÀnster sida av fastigheten Àr ett 3 sovrum med 2 singlar och havsutsikt. Bredvid matplatsen Àr det fjÀrde sovrummet med en king size-sÀng och en dörr till ett anslutande bad. Detta bad öppnar ocksÄ in i den centrala delen av hemmet. TvÀttrummet ligger bredvid köket.

En trevlig strand stuga i en bra plats pÄ Edisto Beach! Ytterligare bekvÀmligheter inkluderar en soldÀck utanför baksidan av huset. Under huset finns en betongplatta för att grilla eller bara hÀnga ut samt en stor sluten utomhusdusch. Internet-tjÀnster Àr tillgÀngliga.

We had wonderful time staying at this property. Easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again. Can see beach from kitchen island. Furniture was a bit dated especially in the living room, but for the price we weren’t too concerned.

Leisure getaway

Great location during our February visit! Perfect beach house for our visit. We enjoyed the laidback atmosphere on the island and the more active lifestyle in Charleston. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Perfect Location, Super Clean

The Gulls Nest was an absolute gem of a location with the beach right across the street. The place was exceptionally clean and was a very comfortable place to stay. Be sure to pay notice to the details that no linens or towels are provided.

We enjoyed our stay at Gull’s nest. We ended our stay a day early, because of the rain, not the house. There is 2 things that are worth mentioning, the beds/mattresses could really use an upgrade. They are really hard which made it a little difficult to sleep. We had to locate the sheets to put on the beds. We were only left 4 towels for 8 people for the week. We had to go buy towels. So you may want to bring your own. Which is fine, I just didn’t know. The parking is a bit limited but we made do. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would stay again. Thank you

Great location

Location and spaciousness of this rental was great. As mentioned in many other reviews- house was dusty dirty and furniture very worn. Could be a dream house with some TLC and a quality cleaning service.

great view and access to the beach, ocean view. atmosphere was cozy comfortable. there were several examples of disrepair in need of attention that detracted from the overall experience. Simple clean up of the property would help. repair of things broken would help.. My DIY bent wanted to go to the hardware store and get stuff to fix things .

Nice older beach home

This is the third time I've stayed at Gulls Nest. I love the location on the island. Very easy access to the beach. While the house is an older style home, it's the charm I like and remember from my youth at Edisto. I'll always try to stay here.

Perfect location, needs a little refresh

Walking distance to everything you need—beach, restaurants, grocery store, state park. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and well-equipped, only thing that could vastly improve the stay is less grungy furniture in living room. Otherwise great!

Good location - good week

The location is close to the beach and the grocery store. The property is a classic beach house, not a 5* hotel. If you understand that going in you wont be disappointed! The owners were extremely helpful and very communicative helping out when we forgot a bag.

Perfect for a group with Kids!

We had the most amazing stay at this house! The location was so close to the beach access point! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The porch spaces were amazing! The kids spent most of their downtime out on the front screened-in porch and once they went to bed it was the perfect spot for parents to hang out! We would definitely come back again!
