This is a very nice unit, plenty of space and has everything inside that you would need. Location is excellent. The property manager was super and always replied back when we had a question or concern.The only “bummer” of our stay was construction on a next door building, a lot of noise going on during the work hours. If you’re thinking of booking here check with them first about how long this will continue, looks like they’ve got a while to go.

This was one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed. They have everything you could need. Brittany was very responsive and so helpful. She helped us book a snorkeling trip where we swam with manatees, sea turtles, and a spotted Eagle ray. It was very clean and well maintained property. We truly enjoyed our 9 day stay!

This was a great experience. The communication with the onsite management was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. We loved the location and were more than happy with the accommodations.

The condo was clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking supplies we needed. Any issues we had were immediately taken care of by Brittany and Mike, who were absolutely wonderful hosts. The pools and beach front area were great. My only complaint is the wifi wasn't very strong, but we were happy to ditch our phones for a while anyway!

From pre trip communication to arrival at airport and throughout the entire stay I was very impressed with Brittany and Mike and their team. The property is in a quiet yet convenient location, grounds and unit very well maintained and their concierge type service ( arranging golf cart, flights, stocking beverages, getting us at airport, handling luggage was top notch. I have no hesitation in recommending this property for your San Pedro vacation needs!

Brittany and Mike met us at the airport at 8:00 pm and had a really good golf cart ready for us. Hard to find locations at night so they offered to meet us, take our luggage and let us follow them in order to locate the condo. Brittany was a great communicator throughout the whole process. They offered to stock the fridge with the beverages we chose and the lesser amounts also. They gave us a local phone with all the pertinent numbers we might need. We didn’t need it but you never know when you’ll need to contact someone for help…we could use our iPhones/whatsapp too. The condo had an awesome lazy river type pool that we used on non dive days. Beautiful looking out the front windows and seeing the pool and all the lush greenery and palm trees. We had private covered parking for the golf cart onsite. There were two other pools we could walk to and use but stayed at the “lazy river” pool right outside our door. We had it all to ourselves the whole time there. Really easy check in/out. Staff was helpful and respectful. PERFECT location. Just outside town and close to different markets and restaurants. We even went to Magda’s for a body massage a few buildings down from us. Village Market had everything we needed to stock to get by. The only downside was no washing machine but I washed our clothes and dive clothes in the kitchen sink and in the backyard there was a laundry line with clothes pins. Clothes dried by the next morning. The condo was stocked with everything we needed.

Anniversary trip to Belize

This was our first visit to Belize and it was awesome! The condo was great and property amazing. Brittany and Mike took great care of us meeting at airport and helping us get golf cart then quick tour around city. They took care of everything for us even booking our excursions. San Pedro is awesome! We will definitely be back and stay here again!

Perfect spot!

This location is perfect! Just north of the bridge, and only about a 15 min golf cart ride into town. I recommend a golf cart from this location. We basically had the beach to ourselves for a week. Room is very clean! Hosts are exceptional!

Amazing Stay

Very nice and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Condo had all the comforts of home and well furnished. Kimberly and Chad were very nice and helpful with cart rental and excursions and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!!

Brittany & Mike are excellent at what they do!! Great people & employees! They are on top of things!!! The condo was great too! We stayed 10 days! You can snorkel right off the dock! The views are great! Super quiet even though it’s close to town.

Great experience at The Landings

The condo was just as described in the listing, a very nice place to stay. The location was perfect, short golf ride to town and to the restaurants to the south, very easy to get around. Kimberly and Chad can arrange everything you will need. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stayed here for a college graduation trip. It was absolutely perfect. The attentiveness of the property managers made the trip so much easier for us. If you’re looking for somewhere in San Pedro this is the place to stay. I would definitely go back I’m gonna get
