Byggdes 2012 ligger vårt rymliga och mysiga familjesemester i det populära NW-området Bend. Obefläckat utses med två vardagsrum och allt du behöver för den perfekta tillflyktsorten för din familj eller stor grupp. Huset är walkable till fantastiska restauranger, roliga brewpubs, gourmet Newport Ave Market, Drake Park, olika vandringsleder, och ligger bara några minuter från Mt. Kandidat skidåkning.

Vårt hem har en rymlig planlösning som gör att våra gäster kan koppla av i flera områden. Du kommer att njuta av öppenheten i vardagsrummet med inbyggd tv och gas spis, och matsal med stort bord som öppnar uteplatsen. Gated / privat uteplats har gott om sittplatser, och utomhus vattenfall, stor Sundance 6 person terapi spa, och en trevlig grill för grillning kul!

Det välutrustade köket är fullt utrustat med redskap / köksredskap med matlagningsmöjligheter av en konvektionsugn, spis, brödrost, kaffekanna och mikrovågsugn. Det finns gott om tallrikar, bestick, etc. för att skapa underbara middagar.

Det finns fyra sovrum, ett bonusrum och tre fulla badrum på övervåningen. Genom ett av dessa sovrum har du tillgång till ett annat bostadsutrymme med utdragbar soffa plus en smart TV och gaspis, badrum och ett extra sovrum. ** Vänligen ** notera att det finns fyra sovrum: ett av sovrummen har accessdörren till bonusområdet och det fjärde sovrummet. Sovrummen är utsmyckade med härliga sängkläder för att ge optimal komfort.

Faciliteterna inkluderar naturgasvärme, luftkonditionering, uppfart, två garage, två gaseldspisar, 3 HD-TV, kabel-tv, privat / gated uteplats med gott om sittplatser, utomhus vattenfall, stor Sundance sex person terapi spa och en trevlig grill för sommaren roligt!

Family Get- Away in Bend

The house had plenty of room for family time, eating and sleeping. There was outdoor space for hot tubbing and socializing on the patio. Anne was quick to address any questions that we had. The location was within walking distance of coffee shops, a great grocery store, restaurants, etc. We would recommend to family and friends.

Great place, close to activities.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is close to many establishments, and also a great home base for spending a weekend on the mountain. About 1/4 mile walk to nearby restaurants, and 1 mile to downtown. Both easily walkable.

Wonderful family house

I traveled with my three adult daughters. We each had our own bathroom in the second story. It allowed for some to sleep while others stayed up talking then quiet morning coffee without disturbing everyone else. Everything we needed for a great stay was provided.

Great 1st Time in Bend

River West was the perfect place for us to stay on our 1st visit to Bend. It's location was walking distance to almost everything we needed or wanted to go to. The homes layout was perfect for our family of 5 (23, 21 & 13) to have our own space but also multiple great places to hangout together. We'll definitely checks its availability on our next visit to Bend.

Wonderful Bend House

This house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space to hang out together and space to get some rest on comfortable beds. 3-1/2 baths were a bonus. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen equipment as well as the gas barbecue grill. The location was great- a short walk to the river and Drake Beach Park, as well as short drives to area hikes and Sun River. The highlight for our grandsons was the July 4th festivities (especially bounce houses and slides) at Drake Park. We’d definitely stay here again when we visit Bend.

Awesome Weekend!

The house is great and the location is perfect. Short walk to Drake Park across the bridge and you are downtown. Lots of good food within walking distance. Newport Avenue Market is awesome. Breakfast is a must from Nancy P’s. It’s a great basecamp for all the things to do in Bend. The owners thought of everything. If we forgot it, it was probably in the cupboards. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and space to spread out

Our first time in Bend. The property location was great. Close to the market, restaurants, and Drake Park. Some construction is going on in the area which actually helped eliminate any road noise. The home had plenty of space to spread out for our family gathering of 9. We liked that the number of bathrooms was plentiful and one even had enough space for a makeshift office for virtual work meetings. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have the garage to store our gear. We enjoyed our time in Bend and appreciated Annie's responsiveness. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Great stay

The house was great. Well equipped kitchen. Way more equipment and appliances than any other rental house I've stayed in. Nice bathrooms. Hot tub was broken when we got there but the host was able to get someone out to fix it so we got to enjoy it for 1 day. Communication was great and they made up for the hot tub issue. Only a few negatives. The listing says it sleeps 10 but I think that's only if couples share a bed. There are 4 bedrooms with 1 bed in each. 1 pull out couch. The other couch doesn't pull out. 2 people had to sleep on the sectional couch. So I wouldn't say it sleeps 10. Landscaping could use some attention. It doesn't really matter for a rental but there were massive weeds trying to over grow the steps to the hot tub. Front yard could use some attention. The fridge took a very long time to cool down.

Everything at our VRBO was absolutely great! The kitchen was well stocked, ample bathrooms, very clean and tidy, enjoyed having the hot tub, and the location was perfect for our needs. Having the options for early check-in and late check-out helped accommodate our group, who had traveled various distances to get there. Thanks so much!

Perfect location in Bend! Walkable to downtown and the River, wonderful restaurants just down the street, very comfortable for our group of 4 couples! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for easy access to explore town and have all the amenities of home.

Great home base

Great 2 nights in Bend. Everything was as expected and it was an easy walk to places. We spent most of our time adventuring out but thre hot tub was great to come back to. We had 7 adults.

Bend Ski Trip

This house was amazing! Clean and very organized. We loved it. It's also in an outstanding location to get anywhere in Bend. I highly recommend this for your next vacation. We'll stay here again!

Perfect for a family wedding

Family wedding brought us to Bend from Maine. Our immediate family of 7 adults and a 1 yr old and 5 year old had plenty of room to stretch out. Excellent location. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. A+

Awesome, Clean Space

What a great stay at this property. It was spacious, clean and inviting. The location was close to downtown Bend and alot of other activities and eateries. We were visiting Bend for my son’s wedding and it was great to have such a relaxing home to stay in. Thank you very much!!

Great place to stay with family and friends.

Great place to stay with family and friends. The house is well supplied, roomy and comfortable. Great location, downtown Bend and parks all within walking distance. My only suggestion is to improve the front and back yards by removing weeds.

Great location and house layout

We ran into a couple of issues upon check in, but the host was really communicative and understanding. The house was awesome for a group of people. All bed rooms are upstairs which made it nice for noise management. Plenty of parking and good location to shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Amazing Family Thanksgiving!

This Bend home is cozy, well-equipped and a fabulous location. You are walking distance to great markets, restaurants, and parks. We had a wonderful stay! House had so much room for all of us and the location was perfect. Just close enough to town-but still tucked away in the neighborhood. Comfy beds and nice linens-couldn't ask for anything more :)
