Summer Place 305 är ett vackert 3 sovrum, tredje våningen, stranden villa på Okaloosa Island. Denna enhet i nyinredda med exklusiva möbler och dekor. Den privata balkongen, tillgänglig från både sovrummet och vardagsrummet, ger en oslagbar havsutsikt där delfiner ofta kan ses dagligen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, stor platt-TV, tillgång till balkong och privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet har två dubbelsängar och gränsar till det andra badrummet, som också är tillgängligt från korridoren. Det finns ett separat våningssängrum med TV för barn. Vardagsrummet kan sova två på en drottning bäddsoffa och har en stor platt-TV. Det kompletta köket har moderna apparater med plats för 10, perfekt att äta i.

Summer Place Resort ligger på 1111 Santa Rosa Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, 32548, direkt intill den populära Waterscape Resort. Detta centrala läge på Okaloosa Island ligger bara några minuter från alla Destins lokala attraktioner.

Perfect Beach View

Our overall stay was amazing. The place was well kept. The furniture in the livingroom could definitely use an upgrade, but we weren’t there to spend our time in the livingroom :). The pools and hot tub were well kept. The ocean color is a beautiful emerald, and white soft sandy beaches! Free beach chairs were a plus and easy to access.

Great Place

This property was very clean! The employees tested and adjusted the water every morning. They even went around and wiped all the lounge chairs each morning. The 3rd floor provided a perfect view of the ocean while also allowing you to be close to the pool. The lobby and elevator was kept exceptionally clean as well. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony had plenty of seating.

Excellent

Great view! Pools are awesome. The beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was that the washer wouldn't work on cold cycle had to use warm, called the after hours number to sunset rentals and left a message but never got a return call. The bunk room breaker tripped once and we called and someone answered and she was very sweet and helped us fix the issue. The unit itself was great.

Beach Vacation

We have come down to The Destin, Fort Walton Beach and Alabama beach for years now. This is the first time staying in Fort Walton beach and we loved Summer Place. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. We had 4 teens and 2 adults. It was clean and the perfect size for us to be on our own when we wanted but together when we wanted. Thank you for letting us enjoy the beach front property. Sitting on the patio was our favorite! I love how you can see the firework show on Wednesday nights from the patio!

Summer Place is the Perfect Family Getaway Spot

We had an amazing time at Summer Place in April. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. It is in the less busy part of the beach, but just over the bridge is Destin with tons of activities and restaurants. The pools and hot tub were well maintained and my children made many friends there. The beach chair set up daily was very convenient. The pier is also very close. The kids fished off of the pier and there was 4 restaurants and ice cream at the pier. Overall, we will definitely be back to Summer place again next year and would love to stay in 305!

Very nice condo & location

Condo was as advertised. Clean and nice layout. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Building was very nice and pool great bonus. Our part of the beach was not over crowded. We would stay again for sure!

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Walton Beach. Condo and beach were perfect for a family. Easy/short walk to pool and beach. Quick drive to grocery and walk to pizza and seafood restaurants. Everything was wonderful.

Very nice!

Loved the third floor...allows you to feel like you are on the beach, since you can see the beach quite well and not be so high up and less connected. The 305 unit was an excellent one, quite clean and decor is so good in the "beachy" setting. We loved it!

Love the location

We have stayed at several condos at Fort Walton. This one was my favorite, the walk to the beach was so short, the building isn't as big as some of the others, which was an advantage. We did have a few small issues but Stacy took care of everything in a speedy fashion.We have used Sunset Resort Rentals several times, they are great to work with. Have always been pleased with them.

Beach service needs to improve

It was cold and rainy the first day, no beach. The second day, cold & rainy but cleared later in the day. No beach chairs set up. We saw others go get their own so we did the same. Service person came and asked my husband for money for the chair. My husband explained that they were included and we had not gotten to use them at all. So he proceeded to negotiate a price. So sorry, we don't owe for service not received. The condo itself was nice and clean.

Relaxing Retreat
