I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — the refrigerator odor and cooling issue, ice maker and dishwasher problems, falling shower curtain rod, missing utensils, and lack of follow‑up are unacceptable. We’re taking these actions immediately: - Schedule maintenance to inspect, deep‑clean, and repair or replace the refrigerator and ice maker; if contamination is confirmed the unit will be replaced. - Deep‑clean and service the dishwasher and replace it if it cannot be fully restored. - Secure or replace the shower curtain rod and inspect all bathroom hardware for safety. - Audit and restock kitchen inventory (including spoons and basic utensils) and update our turnover checklist so starter supplies and utensil counts match the guest capacity. - Review the listing language and photos to clarify building vs. unit ocean views so future guests have accurate expectations. - Reinforce our guest response and escalation procedures so maintenance requests receive timely follow‑through until resolved.
