Vår lägenhet ligger perfekt på 16: e våningen direkt med utsikt över Lazy River på Phoenix Orange Beach med fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås, så du behöver inte hålla några nötter under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Med över 1.750 kvadratmeter är enheten väldigt rymlig, nybyggd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheterna är rikliga på denna condo i Phoenix Orange Beach: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrummet och en plattskärm 58" HDTV i befälhavaren och en 43 "Smart TV i 2: a och 3: e sovrum, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en king size-säng i mästaren och två queen size-sängar i 2: e och 3: e sovrum för att sova upp till 10. Alla sängar har uppgraderade skummadrasser och vi har även en barnstol för de små.

Det finns en fantastisk nollutgång utomhuspool med en vattenrutschbana som förbinder till en lat flod, uppvärmd pool i döden, två stora jacuzzi, toppmoderna fitnesscenter med utsikt över viken, grillgrillar och en tennisbana på 10: e våningen.

Det finns en 25-årig lägsta åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.

Din semester kommer att vara komplett på Phoenix Orange Beach med alla bekvämligheter, stranden och lyxiga logi. Kom och njut av allt som denna nya Phoenix har att erbjuda, vänligen maila för att boka en semester att komma ihåg. Vi har också 3br-enheten direkt bredvid och 4br-enheten på samma våning borde du ha en stor grupp och behöver mer utrymme!

Parkering: Du måste köpa dina parkeringspass vid ankomst, de är en engångsavgift på $ 35 per fordon. Varje 3br-enhet som du hyr på Phoenix Orange Beach garanterar att du kan köpa upp till två parkeringspass, receptionen kommer att sälja dig ytterligare pass baserat på beläggningen i komplexet under din vistelse, men förvänta dig inte ett extra pass under sommarsäsongen.

Absolutely perfect! The condo was great for our family! The decor is amazing and the balcony view is breathtaking! Add in the lazy river and you have fun for the entire family. The location is also wonderful with everything you need across the street with an excellent restaurant practically next door. We will return for another stay!

Love staying at the Phoenix Orange Beach, stayed in 1603 and it was gorgeous!! Will definitely be staying there next year. Employees were very polite and friendly!!

Orange Beach Vaca

This was a wonderful property with lots to do for the kids! We were able to see dolphins almost every day from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to a lot of different shops across the road example cvs, Starbucks, DQ and much more. We would for sure stay here again!

Beautiful place!

This condo had all we needed. Beachfront, Lazy River, Pool, large balcony, the right kinds of beds to fit our family's needs, a great kitchen, beach toys, kitchen appliances -- it was a great time for our family. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was great. Sand was all over the floors when we arrived and dishes still had food on them in the cabinet but other than that it was awesome!!

Amazing view and location

We had a great time at this location. Beautiful view and great location. Spacious room and for the most part very clean. Our only complaint was that the floors desperately needed to be washed better. Our feet were dirty just from walking barefoot. Very minimal supplies to start too you’ll definitely need a grocery order for supplies. Besides those two things, we absolutely loved this building, easy check-in easy check out and the view was just Wow!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Our group really loved the space, the large round table for gathering and the balcony offered plenty seating. The minor issue with the ice maker was addressed with one phone call. We were very pleased. We did find the lazy river in need of cleaning but it was off season so maybe that’s why it was not attended to while we were there. Would recommend.

Beautiful Location/OK Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying in the Phoenix Orange Beach but the first time in this particular unit. We LOVE the location, views, and access this property provides. However, our family felt this particular until was not as clean or well-maintained as the unit we stayed previously. Once we got into the unit, we noticed a few things: there was a bag of dirty linens or trash left on a side table in the living room, a lamp was broken in the primary bedroom (still functional though), and the floors felt somewhat grimey. We also noticed that the couch was quite worn (and not the most comfortable) and the rug and some of the furniture looked dingy. The other callout from our family was that a couple of the mattresses were extremely hard/firm. Overall, the unit was OK. The unit we stayed in previously was one of the most well-maintained properties we've ever stayed in so our expectations were very high. However, I think better/updated furniture and a better cleaning crew could really elevate this property.

This is the ONE!!

We had a great stay at this condo! If you're looking for a great place 1603 is the one you want. We enjoyed seeing Dolphins swim by every morning and watching the fishing boats set out for the morning as well. If you're looking to relax and enjoy every moment then this place is it. Will stay here again!

Toes in the sand

The condo was perfect. Enough room for everyone, the kitchen has everything. Time on the patio provided great conversations and daily views of dolphins and/or sharks. The lazy River was so relaxing and one of our favorite things to do. We’ll be back!
