Beautiful location

The furnishings, and location were perfect. The views from the lanai were breathtaking and having the more quiet beach and walkable restaurants just steps away made our stay extra enjoyable. We will be back!

The stay was fantastic. We have stayed in multiple VRBO and this one was the best stocked, everything from beach towels to beach chairs to laundry detergent and salt and pepper!

Beautiful property. You couldnt get much closer to the ocean. Excelent beach access and a great pool on property. The east island location was ideal. Close to hiking, restaurants and other beaches. We will definitely return

Such a great location and view you get at this location. The rooms are spacious, amenities were great and we felt so comfortable staying here. Absolutely loved it! We’ll definitely be back.

Kauai Vacation

We had a lovely stay at this at property. Well appointed condo that had everything thing we needed to relax pool side or on the beach, taking breakfast on the balcony or dinning in for the evening. It was also a super easy walk to near by restaurants and easy drive to other beachs. Loved it so such we stay there again. Mohalo for sharing your lovely home!

Property and location exceeded my expectations. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony view was a dream. Loved the pool and had fun at the small beach. My son commented on how soft the sheets were. We look forward to returning someday.

Paradise!

The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was magnificent, with pool access and the beach only steps away. We utilized the owner supplied cooler, beach chairs, and boogie board. What a great property, and the host, Cindy, was easy to get a hold of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

All About the View!!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Never wanted to leave the balcony. Check in was super easy. Cindy, the property manager, was great and quickly responded to our needs. The ocean view is definitely worth climbing four flights of stairs!

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this comfortable well appointed condo. The view of the ocean was lovely and the sound of the waves was “mesmerizing “ everyday we were there. The location was conveniently within walking distance of restaurants serving very good food. Kauai is an incredibly beautiful island and we loved exploring it. Our rental car allowed us to drive to beautiful vistas. The catamaran tour of the Napoli Coast is exceptional. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

First time to Kauai

This is a beautiful and spacious 2 bd condo. Great lanai with comfortable couch, table and wonderful view, right on the water. Location is great for exploring the rest of the island. Plus you can walk to restaurants (Lava Lava Beach Club!), shops and even a small market from the condo. Beach chairs , snorkeling gear and beach towels provided. You do have to go up 3 flights of stairs , but I'm in my 60's and didn't have a problem with that. Would highly recommend this rental .

Gorgeous!

We had a great week-long stay at this beautiful condo. Clean, comfortable and roomy with an amazing view from the deck. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. Lots of nice touches- they provided beach towels, beach chairs and a boogie board! The only slight ding I would give is that there is some noise from the road on the bedroom side of the condo. Quiet at night but it can be hard to sleep in if you are not an early riser. Nothing that white noise and/or ear plugs can't fix!

Originally my husband and I made the reservations. Soon after my husband died from a horrible accident. My teen boys and I decided to go to Kauai anyways. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and wanted. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. The condo was very comfortable and relaxing. It was also great because we had direct access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping. The only need for a car was for excursions. The location was perfect because we were very centrally located to entire island.

Looked exactly like the photos. Amazing views of the lake crab, great location for either beach or pool (although ocean in that location is a bit rough for swimming). Comfortable bedding and the kitchen / living room set up was perfect for relaxing dinners. Favorite spot was the lanai - at any time of day. One caution - while the property does have air conditioning as detailed in the listing, it really only works in the living area. The separate system in the bedrooms never really worked and as it was fairly hot, that was unfortunate. The guest bed was marginally cooler (likely because of proximity to the living area. Fans helped - but as we have had similar air conditioning splits in our home, we might suggest a portable unit might be more effective. That wasn't enough to dock a star as everthing else was so good - but as the air was one factor that impacted our choice of this unit, feel the caution is fair to alert others. All that said - we would stay again (just might be more tactical in choosing a time of year!).

Livin Easy edge of the ocean

Fantastic place. Would stay again. Walking distance to several shops and food. Beach and pool were great. We like the location on the island. Can drive to most destinations in an hour or less.
