Great family getaway

Great property for a quiet getaway. Perfect location in proximity to family entertainment, restaurants, and beaches. Chris was an excellent host with fast communication. Very clean and cozy stay in Selbyville, Delaware, perfect for a family vacation!

Nice weekend Getaway

We only needed to stay one night and Chris was so accommodating. The house is clean and comfortable and had every we needed. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath rental at a great location

4 adults and one teen...very nice rental...had 2 bathrooms which we needed! Use of the kayaks was great!

Relaxation was the word for the week and it sure was ❀

Family Beach Week

The property had everything we needed to have a restful and relaxing beach week. The place was comfortable and had plenty of beds for 5 people. Mallard lakes is a great place to have a family get away with the available pool and other recreational activities

Beach weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this home in a quiet neighborhood near the beach - and the restaurants nearby. We were very lucky for end of September and had warm, sunny days and enjoyed the beach where we saw many dolphins and even a whale 🐳 we would highly recommend this place which had everything you need in a home away from home. Fabulous week of vacation

Plenty of space on the proprerty. Confortable furniture and bedding. Fully equipped for every situation. Nice location near everything. We especially the Rehoboth beach and the Ocean city boardwalk. We recommand this place without hesitation.

Nice place to stay in a quiet beach community

Fenwick Island is one of the quieter beach communities, not so crowded. The townhouse has lots to offer, with kayaks and bikes to use and community pools a short walk away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, but also the option of cooking at 'home'. The Fenwick Island State Park offered a beautiful and not crowded beach with restrooms available and parking for only $10 a day. Plenty of golf not too far away and a couple of nice wineries too.

Pleasant Neighborhood

Just returned from a wonderful stay at My Three Suns. Very clean and in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Stayed here with 4 tween/teens. Plenty of beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Pools and rec areas are also clean and very well maintained. Thanks so much Chris for sharing your space and your boogie board! We had a great week!

Great condo

Chris is a super host. His communication is thorough and responds to questions quickly. He wants to ensure that the renter has a great vacation. This condo isa gem! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the shower is great.

Excellent Experience in Fenwick

I traveled with my husband, mother-in-law and two kiddos (ages 7 and 10). We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and Chris was an excellent and responsive host. I reached out to him a few times and he was kind and very, very timely in his responses. I was a bit worried about not being closer to the beach, but we were able to quickly and easily access the beach via Lighthouse road.
