Real Escapes Properties är glada att erbjuda Wicked Good Beach House! Denna vintage East Beach charmar hem med 4 sovrum och 2 badrum är din för hyra. Ligger marshfronten på hörnet av Ocean Road och 2nd Street. Byggdes 1940, har detta hus helt ombyggts hela vägen ner till knopparna och tillbaka. Det kommer att wow dig när du går in.

Det stora sovrummet har ett eget badrum med duschkabin, dubbel fåfänga och vattenkåpa. Njut av marshfronten, skärmad i veranda utanför sovrummet. Alla rostfria vitvaror, gasspis, kvarts bänkskivor, köksö med plats för 4, Keurig och standard kaffebryggare är bara några av de funktioner som väntar dig i kockens kök. Sittplats sex vid matbordet, med fyra på köksön för att göra middagspartier för tio en möjlighet.

Efter middagen slappna av i vardagsrummet och titta på dina favoriter på den väggmonterade smarta TV: n. Dina övernattningsgäster eller familjemedlemmar kommer att stanna i två välutrustade sovrum och en våningssäng med inbyggda insatser som kan sova fyra. Du är en kort promenad till stranden och 1,5 miles till Pier Village-området.

Fantastic setting for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. Dogs could be in the fenced yard while we enjoyed the pool and sun. Furnished brilliantly. All appliances/grill worked. All kitchen supplies we needed. Super close walk/bike ride to beach. Beautiful neighborhood. This is not a knock on owners of home, but rather a reminder for all of us pet owners… please clean up after your pets as you vacate a property.

Our 3 night stay

Upon arrival to the property, several appliances were not working. The A/C, the fridge, the propane tank, and the oven. We reset the breaker for the oven and eventually that started working. We had a diabetic with us and we needed to keep our perishaibles cold, however we were told that only a cooler could be provided for us. Luckily, they had a wine fridge and that saved all of our cold items. The next day the fridge seemed to work fine, but again took a whole 24 hours. And they sent someone out for the a/c but we had no a/c for the whole first day.On top of that, the place wasnt cleaned well upon arrival. Trash in kitchen, hair found in bed, dirty towels outside by the pool, and multiple other things that led us to believe it wasnt properly cleaned despite what we were told. I asked for a refund for that first day and never received it. The rest of the trip were alright, but our group of 10 would not stay here again.

Landfall Cottage Stay Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a group stay here and while the office was very responsive we had quite a bit of issues upon arrival. It looked as if our space hadn't been fully cleaned, trash was found in the bins, dirty towels were left outside. Some beds had hair in them. Then the A/C didnt work, they had someone come out to fix it the next day. Then the fridge wouldn't get cold at all, they said it would take a day to work properly. but we had a diabetic with us and all our essentials could hardly stay cool. Then we had electrical issues and had to reset the was one thing after another. I asked for a partial refund for the first night and still have yet to receive it. The place worked well for our stay, but I'd be hesitant to stay here again.

Epitome of the perfect Beach House

We had a wonderful time at this homey, perfectly located house. We could easily walk to the beach, we could even hear the waves from the yard at night. The home was cozy and perfectly equipped for everything we needed! The screened in porch is a dream. Would love to stay again.

Lovely island property

Other than a problem with the batteries in the door keypads when we arrived (a problem quickly remedied), the property was very comfortable and well prepared. We liked the short walk to the beach.

Some features need attention….well equipped otherwise. Dog hair noticed on socks, mine is non shed. Overall enjoyed the place, area, etc. I assume the property mgr. is owner’s mother. Was unaware she would “show up”, but she was pleasant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is close to the Coast Guard Station beach access, clean, well stocked, nice layout, linens, and furniture. There were 4 beach chairs, a wagon to transport stuff to beach, and several beach towels. My favorite part of the house was the screened porch with a marsh view.

This property was very clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Location was central to beach, restaurants, and shops. We were very happy with this rental.

The walk to the beach is easy and the house has been well decorated. The beds are comfortable yet the fitted sheet did not stay fitted. Also could use a squeegee in master bath shower. 10day visit - pleasure and business - success!

Location is as great - very close to beach and nice views of the marsh. Kitchen was well stocked with nice coffee bar. Internet worked perfectly as I did work some daily. Screen porch and fire pit area was a plus and nice for the couple of cool nights we had. We travel a lot and would rank this place a 9 of 10. Cons: need better TVs in bedrooms.

Perfection!

We had a wonderful stay at Landfall Cottage (I might have gotten the name wrong.) it is beautifully decorated with quality workmanship throughout. 5 minute walk to the beach, close to town center. We ate all our meals there - the kitchen was well stocked. Great spaces - we used them all! From the screened-in porch, to the huge island, the dining room table for our sit-down dinners and all star breakfasts (we like to cook and eat!) to the living room for chilling before the next event. The bathrooms were great. We highly recommend!
