New Listing! St Simons Rentals is proud to present Beach Haven Cottage. Beach Haven cottage is a 4 bedroom and 4 1/2 bathroom custom built home with a private pool. This home will certainly be a favorite with your friends and family.
All of your favorite coastal memories are waiting to be made at this three-story, luxury home! When you aren't playing in the sand, beach views can be gazed at from both the second and third floors. Extending your enjoyment of the fabulous Georgia weather, the home boasts a private, in-ground pool, and three front porches.
Upon entering, you can leave your shoes in the entry foyer. Down the hall, there are two en suite bedrooms, an interior elevator, and quick access to the backyard pool.
The second floor displays the main living area, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows/doors. The living room offers a comfortable space to stream your favorite shows and the adjacent chef's kitchen is gorgeously appointed with stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a farmhouse sink. A bunk room and full bathroom are available on this level.
The third floor is composed of just the primary master bedroom. It is spacious, sunny, and featuring plenty of storage space.
A private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and children's items like a Pack-N-Play, high chair, and games round out the interior amenities.
Nearby attractions include Massengale Park, the St. Simons Island Lighthouse Museum, World War II Homefront Museum, East Beach, and all of downtown's restaurants, and boutiques.

St Simons Rentals is a locally owned and managed property management company. We love the live oaks, scenic marshes and of course the beach. We enjoy riding bikes, eating great seafood, kayaking and relaxing on the beach. The golf courses are beautiful. We have many wonderful memories with our family and friends on St Simons Island and we hope that you will come again and again and create your own memories.
